Suite a un malentendu j'ai été surclassé dans une très grande chambre avec 2 balcons et vue sur la piscine. Bien équipée clim frigo bouilloire tv ventilo etc
Bon wifi.
Bien situé dans la rue principale de Tam coc mais en retrait au calme.
Le petit déjeuner n'es franchement pas terrible.

Отель в жизни более уставший, чем на фото, потрепанное постельное белье, но большие номера, расположение удачное находится в Там Кок, рядом много кафе. Персонал старается помогать, но не всегда эффективно, Рядом очень хорошее travel agency там можно купить билеты на автобусы, жд, нанять машину с водителем. Когда мы были в отеле, там отключился свет, но ненадолго. Завтраки посредственные, но много фруктов.

Aunque parezca disparatado, llegamos Tam Coc hacia las 4 de la madrugada en el bus nocturno desde Hue (estos autobuses terminan en Ninh Binh, pero todos hacen una parada previa en Tam Coc, que es donde se bajan casi todos los pasajeros). De la estación de autobuses al hotel, hay unos 400 m que hicimos casi a oscuras por una carretera bastante segura y sin tráfico alguno a esas horas (de día es la más transitada). Cuando vimos el edificio singular del hotel entramos al patio-jardín delantero, que estaba abierto y a oscuras y nos sentamos a esperar a que hubiera señales de vida. Poco después de las 5, ya había personal trajinando por recepción, de forma que a las 5 y media teníamos la llave de nuestra habitación (con pago de un suplemento), donde pudimos dejar equipajes, asearnos y descansar un rato hasta las 7, donde acudimos a la sala de desayunos donde nos encontramos una zona amplia y bien ventilada, con un bufet muy razonable (huevos/tortillas a petición) y completo. El hotel tiene 2 edificios, el delantero (recepción y desayunos) y el de detrás, más moderno, donde está la mayoría de habitaciones nuevas y la piscina. Personal muy amable y atento. Ambos edificios con ascensor (aunque el día de salida no tuvimos luz y no funcionó). Habitación grande, espartana en muebles y con cierta humedad. Cama grande con colchón y sábanas aceptables. Minibar con agua de cortesía y ventanas al pueblo. Tv con satélite, ventilador y a.a. Baño amplio igualmente castigado con ducha (mampara vieja y agua escasa) y toallas pidiendo el cambio. Limpieza buena y wifi bien. En el mismo hotel alquilamos otro escúter (el más económico de todos: solo 5€) que nos permitió hacer más de 100 km visitando todo lo visitable: pagodas de Bai Dinh y de Bich Dong, Templo Hoa Lu, barcas de Trang An, Mua Cave y la subida hasta el mirador.... Muy bien situado en el centro del pueblo, rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. En resumen, un 3 estrellas familiar con una relación calidad-precio buena. Recomendable.

We were three adults and had booked the triple room but were upgraded to the family room which was huge ! The room is spacious and has a small but balcony too. Bathroom was clean and the ac was powerful. Nhung at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Thank you for upgrading us :) The location of this hotel is amazing - literally steps away from restaurants and bars. Now here are the cons: - There is some construction work going on in the hotel. The wing where the rooms are is a bit of a walk from reception and bf area. - The bf buffet spread wasn’t great and the food, specifically the breads, looked little stale But since our room was great, I would still recommend booking this hotel.

We had a lovely three night stay in this clean family run hotel right in the centre of town. Our bed was comfortable and quiet at night, the shower was hot and the staff were very helpful. We borrowed a couple of bicycles for free on our first day and cycled through the rice paddies. On our second day they arranged a couple of Motorcycles for us for around AU$7 each per day. The buffet breakfast was generous and varied. We enjoyed a swim in the swimming pool. Also had a load of washing done perfectly clean and folded. I recommend staying in this hotel.

A very serviceable and accommodating hotel in an excellent location in Tam Coc. Swimming pool and bike hire were very enjoyable. Bathrooms were nice, rooms were clean and well air conditioned. The reception staff could not have been more helpful if they tried.

The staff are the friendliest, warmest and most generous I’ve met so far. They felt more like friends than employees of the business. Our bedroom was very spacious and with metres of desk space, and plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. The breakfast buffet was varied: eggs, cakes, cucumber, tomatoes and a brilliant range of fresh fruit including Dragon, passion, apple, pineapple and mango. The pool was cool enough but a decent length and catching the sun for several hours a day. And there were even a couple of beautiful butterflies staying there! Manager Dinh and his team made this an outstanding stay! Thank you.

Good Hotel besides the canal! Room: The room was huge enough to accommodate three of us adults.( there were 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds) But the location of the room was in another wing which was a bit far from the reception area.There was no intercom facility to contact the reception/housekeeping and we had to go all the way to the reception to ask for anything.We felt there was some renovation work going on as in the bathroom there was an outlet but bathtub wasn't installed yet.Bathroom was also huge in size.Swimming pool was nice but we couldn't use it due to rains and cold weather.The hotel is big enough but kind of confusing walking inside the buildings through different wings. Service: The staff was courteous and helping but again as there was no intercom we had to go all the way to the reception and call them. Food: The buffet breakfast was good in terms of quality and variety.The spread was also nice. Location: We stayed in this hotel for just 1 night so we couldn't explore nearby areas but we found a small stream/canal with village houses (traditional) behind the hotel compound near swimming pool area and few mountains in the vicinity.Also while leaving the hotel in our tour van we saw cafes and restaurants on the same street as our hotel.

Welcoming hotel with large rooms and friendly service. We arrived in Tam Coc following a long trip from Sapa on the overnight train. Early check in and breakfast was provided at minimal cost. Two large family rooms - one with balcony and one with window. Unfortunately, the room without the balcony smelt terribly of cigarette smoke and after one night we requested a change - this was accommodated without an issue. This appears to be a family run hotel where every effort is made to ensure that guests have everything that they need to have a great experience. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and there was evidence of recent upgrades (new Aircons, new light fittings/ switches) Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and pancakes available to order. The hotel put on a free lunch for our family the day before we left and this was delicious. The pool looked lovely but it was too cold to swim while we were there.
