Pasé 3 noches con mi novia a mediados de noviembre. A menudo volvemos a esta estructura porque es conveniente para aquellos que quieren experimentar Venecia y ser elegantes. Las habitaciones son espaciosas con camas anchas. Los baños son muy cómodos y lo suficientemente amplios. El único inconveniente es la empinada escalera para acceder al primer piso, incómoda para hacerlo con el equipaje en la mano. Por lo demás lo recomendamos a todo el mundo en especial a las parejas que visiten la Serenissima.

Llegamos muy tarde e hicimos unos 10 minutos a pie hasta el hotel. Tenga en cuenta que hay varios puentes para transportar maletas más grandes si camina desde la estación de tren como lo hicimos nosotros. También tienes que llevar todo el equipaje a la habitación. Sin embargo, el registro fue fácil y rápido en línea y encontramos el hotel fácilmente. La habitación era grande y tenía mucho espacio para nosotros 4. Sin embargo, no pudimos conseguir que la caja fuerte funcionara correctamente o descubrir el sistema de calefacción. El control remoto de la unidad no tenía batería y una luz de mantenimiento se mantenía parpadeando durante toda la noche. Sin embargo, simplemente lo cubrí con una venda, ya que nadie contestaría la línea de servicio; de nuevo, llegamos tarde. El baño y otras comodidades: TV, Internet, iluminación de la habitación estaban bien. El desayuno era agradable y fácilmente disponible y completamente amueblado. La anfitriona fue muy amable y servicial. Otra advertencia de que no hay lugar para guardar el equipaje, por lo que encontramos un sitio de almacenamiento cerca de la estación de tren que nos costó dos contenedores porque solo contienen una cierta cantidad de equipaje. Pero fue una excelente ubicación una vez que salimos de Venecia y abordamos nuestro tren esa noche. Lo pasé muy bien visitando y realmente pude ver y experimentar muchos sitios geniales, especialmente el paseo en góndola.

Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

La más satisfactoria es la oferta de cama, el espacio público es hermoso. La fluctuación de los precios de la vivienda en el hotel es un poco grande. Venecia es un paseo. Ponemos las cosas necesarias para cambiar de lavabo en el trasero y la maleta en el hotel. Después de las 15.00 horas, verifiquemos si hay precios baratos. O donde vayas para ver el hotel chino se quedará directamente dentro. Venice es un hotel de cinco estrellas muy bueno. ¡Puedes probar más!

Hotel súper céntrico, atención del personal súper bueno. Recepción y botones contestan a cualquier pregunta que los expongas con una sonrisa y muy buenas indicaciones para comer en la zona y sentirse como en casa. Personal de desayuno, igualmente te sirven el café directamente en la mesa y son súper atentos con una sonrisa en el rostro. Personal de limpieza y camareras de piso, muy educadas y dejan las habitaciones limpísimas. Volveré a Venecia y volveré a él mismo hotel

Soggiorno di due notti/tre giorni a inizio aprile per una parentesi di stacco super bien riuscita. Accoglienza meravigliosa con Sergio e Marcella, che ci preparava la colazione la mattina con un fare da mamma e proponeva altresì dei panini per la giornata! This hotel is advertised as 3 stars, but comes nowhere near to meeting the minimum requirements for 3 stars - It may have been a long time ago but it is definitely not anymore. Staff are not Italian, but from Bangladesh. Communication was an issue - there was only one staff member that worked in the afternoon that could understand English. If you ask them to order you a taxi, they get one of their ”friends” to transport you (which costs more than a normal taxi). The rooms are very small and tired. The bathroom floors are very slippery - my mother fell and hurt herself. Check-in was only available from 3 pm. We arrived on an 11 am flight and were made to wait till 3 pm. There is nowhere to leave luggage securely until check-in. After waiting till 3.30, the cleaner was still busy in the room when we went upstairs to settle in. There is no dining facility (the dining room is closed up). The air-conditioning only operates in the cooler hours of the day - not active between 1 am and 6 am and also between 9 am and 4 pm, which are the hottest parts when needed most and turns off if you open a window and you have to call reception to reset it. It turns off when you leave the room and remove the key. Lots of mosquitoes. We had two different rooms during our stay and both had issues with non-working lights and power points, no bar fridge, and only 1 skinny pillow (more were supplied after multiple requests). There is a lift, but only large enough for one person and a small suitcase. the two of us had to take turns in the lift with our suitcases. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put clothes, toiletries, etc (only one small towel rail and hook) - nowhere in the shower for soaps, etc. Rooms are only serviced (cleaned and re-stocked) every second day. It is convenient to public transport, however, there are very limited and mostly poor eating options in the area. The beds were comfy enough. Only Italian channels were available on the TV in the room.

We were in Venice for a few days in the lead-up to Easter weekend and stayed in this small, but lovely little hotel not very far from St Mark's Square. As such, it was well situated to visit many key sights and was also close to the waterside by the Doge's Palace for all manner of water transportation being not even five minutes up an alley running up past the back of the Doge's Palace (the prison cells I think!). The staff are super friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is an ideal base for visitors to return to after a day's sightseeing, to refresh before heading out again for an evening meal. There is a small square around the corner (actually, it is triangular!) which offers a breakfast coffee, a lunchtime snack or an evening meal. We had a lovely time, enhanced by staying in this most comfortable of hotels...

Personale molto gentile ed efficiente alla reception e in sala colazione. Sala con frigo e bollitore e macchinetta per bibite. Ambiente piacevole. Prezzi onesti. Es el más cómodo que vive Italia en todo el viaje, hay supermercados junto a él, muchos restaurantes! ¡La habitación también es grande! El jefe dirá chino, nos dio un restaurante! También nos dio muchas directrices para la ruta a la isla principal, dejando que nos llevemos a coche y juguemos! ¡Vamos a viajar muy bien en Venecia! ¡La próxima vez escogeremos vivir aquí!

We have just returned from a 2-night stay at this lovely hotel. It is well positioned for all the sights and there is a public water taxi stop next to the front of the hotel. The staff make all the difference. Valentino and another young man, whose name I didn’t get, were on reception for the 2 nights we were there. They didn’t stay behind the desk but came out and circulated and were engaging with all the customers, genuinely interested in what everyone had been doing. As front of house, they were outstanding. We had a side canal view. We paid a premium and being only 5’2” if I leant out, with my husband holding my ankles, I could see the Grand Canal. Not sure I would go for this option again. The room itself was small but very comfortable. We both slept very well. The only ****** was breakfast. I would like this to be self-service. On entering the breakfast room, we were advised that we had to have table service we were automatically given some bread rolls and croissants on the table. I like to have a look and then choose my own size portions, normally small. I observed that several people seemed to want to do self-service, but this wasn’t an option. A lot of rolls and croissants weren’t used as not everyone wanted them and I assume went to the bin. Also I just like to be left to do my own thing at breakfast. Table service for tea and coffee would be good. Unfortunately, this is something that would put me off using the hotel again. The only other small issue for me is the individual shampoo etc in the bathroom. I much prefer refillable dispensers which create far less plastic waste.

This was a fantastic place to base for our 4 nights in Venice. It was not far from the vaporetto stops and also it was easy to walk to the nearby attractions and had many food choices just south of the accommodation. Not to mention the little cafe below the building and the gelato shop. The host, Giampaulo, was always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He would always listen to me rambling with a new Italian word on each occasion he was in the front office with a cheerful smile. The room had a view of the canal right in front and was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and on the first night Giampaulo supplied a bottle of wine and on departing some venetian biscuits were also given to us as a thankyou. I would not hesitate to stay again as it is quite peaceful and very comfortable within walking distance of main attractions.

Como indica el titulo es una buena opcion para visitar venecia si no quieres pagar un pastón alojándote en la misma isla. Además, si vienes en coche tiene aparcamiento incluido. El personal del hotel es muy agradable tanto en recepción como en el desayuno donde siempre hay una mujer rubia que sonrie a todas horas, da gusto que te atiendan así. El hotel es muy original, con un toque vintage, y muy limpio. La parada del bus está a tres minutos andando. Y en quince o menos estas en la piazza roma de venecia. En conclusión un sitio genial.

Hermoso hotel en una hermosa isla. La habitación era grande y limpia, con una pequeña vista de la laguna. El personal de la recepción fue muy servicial y nos dieron un viaje de cortesía para visitar la fábrica de vidrio en la isla de Maurano. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra cena en el restaurante junto al mar con la hermosa puesta de sol. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a quienes visiten Venecia.

The staff were friendly and Lorenzo, in particular, was especially helpful and accommodating. He went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable, even arranging a specific breakfast for me during Ramadan. Overall, the price for the hotel was more than reasonable.

La ubicación del Hotel Abbazia está muy cerca de la estación de tren. No había puentes para cruzar en llegar a la ubicación. El desayuno era excelente. Como sólo tuvimos una noche en Venecia, pudiéndonos ir a la mañana después de poner nuestros bolsillos en el “vajilla izquierda”, fue genial para la ciudad y volver al hotel antes de atrapar nuestro tren. Estar cerca de la estación de tren realmente salva las etapas. Podemos visitar la ciudad y salir sin tener que retroceder. Lo apreciamos. Era hermosa elegencia en un viejo abejo. Qué placer.

My wife and I traveled to Italy for two week in October . Our trip started in Venice and we spent 4 days and 3 nights @ Ca Rialto House Hotel . The hotel in located steps away from Rialto bridge and the water taxi is located steps away form hotel front door The hotel is very old as our most things in Venice , the lobby is nice , the staff is wonderful and go out of their way to to take care of their guest Are room was on the small side , we had 2 Windows that over looked an alley , so not much of view . Room was decorated in traditional Old Italian decor , it was reallnice and I came to appreciate it more and more . We had nice bathroom , shower had lots of water pressure and hot water . The AC worked fantastic I mentioned the room ws on smaller side , but once we organized our suits cases it was more than ample space . We were out all day and if the afternoons we would come back and enjoy our room . The hotel offered a nice breakfast every morning , and there were 2 or 3 restaurants and coffee bars right outside of the front door Hotel is centrally located at rialto bridge , it is an easy walk to San Marks square and other areas of Venice . We venture to the neighborhoods across the Rialto bridge , we found lots of great restaurants and cafes with a lot less tourist . Overall we loved our stay at Ca Rialto and would definitey stay here again The also have outside deck that offers a view of the Grand Cannel , great spot to bring bottle of wine and drink on the deck and enjoy the view

We stayed here for 3 nights early September for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was the first time we’d been to Venice and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Before I write the hotel review, I would like to highlight to travellers that haven’t been to Venice before and perhaps aren’t aware of how the travel works to and from the airport that no cars are allowed onto the Venice island. We weren’t aware of this before we travelled and paid €90 (£80) for a taxi that drops you at the termini. You then head over a very large bridge and walk to your hotel. I would recommend that you take the bus from the airport which takes the same length of time for around €11 (£10). The buses leave the airport terminal frequently. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk from the termini. I would recommend paying the £2 roaming fees (check price with your network provider) as it would have been impossible to find the hotel without- we arrived quite late at night. We had let the hotel know that we would be arriving late and they arranged for a member of staff to be there to greet us. The hotel is small, with very few rooms, but lovely and very comfortable. Our bedroom had a balcony that looked onto the canal- not sure all rooms do, so definitely ask if this option is available as the view was beautiful in the morning. Although the room also overlooked the streets it was very quiet and we weren’t disturbed. Breakfast was tasty- it was a cold breakfast of cereal, yogurt, meats, cheese, rolls and pastries and the coffee was delicious! There are lots restaurants and bars close to the hotel. You will find that a lot of them around lunch and dinner will not serve drinks only- you will need to search out these places that will. A lot of people tend to head towards the Grand Canal for meals. You will pay extra in these places and to be honest they aren’t as nice as the cute quirky places around the side streets. There is a very small pizza/pasta place with canal side eating, close to the hotel called Al Garzoti. It’s highly rated on trip advisor and was delicious and cheap- it gets very busy so you will need to book. We didn’t take a gondola, but there are plenty of these available. If I remember rightly a 30 minute ride was around €70. We did take one of the boat trips to a couple of the neighbouring islands- I would definitely recommend seeing Burano. The colourful houses and buildings are so pretty! These boat rides are pretty reasonably priced. Enjoy your trip to Venice! :)
