We were a group of 10 and stayed here for 3 nights for an event nearby. As far as location is concerned, it is right in the heart of Chakan and very close to renowned companies and industries. The service was good. Food during both breakfast and dinner time was good. There was a lot of variety in the buffet. Sachin, the food and beverages ***ager was always around checking on the guests and their needs. The entire staff at Pier One was very helpful and alert to the guests’ needs. Mamta, at the front office was very helpful. Moii at the spa was good too. Thank you Team Monarch! We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Chakan!

I visited the courtyard by Marriott in Pune in May 2024 as part of a business trip. The facility was impeccably clean, the staff exceptionally courteous and helpful and the amenities excellent. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and the staff was beyond courteous. I needed help from the staff to address a non-hotel related situation and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my issue was addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The issue is not related in any way to the hotel as noted. I give this facility and staff a five star rating and it will definitely be my go to stay the next time. I am in Pune India.

Fantastico club. Visitado con 2 ados por 3 días, muchas actividades para mantenerlos ocupados, squash, badminton, tenis, billar, etc... Recuerde traer sus racquets y zapatos no marcados. Las habitaciones son agradables y limpias. El servicio es bueno. Todos los servidores son agradables. Excelente masaje por la Sra. Anita. Bien equipado gimnasio. Noche de cine en pantalla grande. El lugar es realmente bueno para el dinero. Ahora los negativos encontraron la comida super especia. El hotel/club se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde el personal estaba dispuesto a aceptar y hacer cambios. El agua de la piscina es fría. Regresaría y recomendaría este hotel/club.

Estaba en esta propiedad durante dos noches como viajero solitario, solicité una inspección temprana y estaba bien acomodado por el personal en la recepción.
