Modern Courtyard - limpio y bien mantenido. Las habitaciones son agradables y espaciosas. Situación tranquila por lo que no hay ruido por la noche. Estacionamiento abajo muy conveniente. No se ha dado el desayuno ya que cobran €24, que es una etiqueta de precio demasiado alta para un desayuno Courtyard. Bar: personal muy acogedor y acogedor. Nos encontramos en una conversación casi interminable sobre dónde se puede encontrar el estacionamiento gratuito. Eso es no-go. También, extraño manejo de los 10 euros por día y persona crédito F&B que recibe como cliente Premium. Lo basan en US$, luego aplican Fx para equivaler a EUR y luego instalar el crédito que le da lugar a gastar 20 EUR (redondear hasta 20 con consejos) en el bar y correr en un suplemento EUR 3.96 (Fx delta EUR 1.98 por persona). Esa es la clase de cosas que deberían poner fin a - sólo deja una impresión mixta a pesar de que el hotel mismo es de buena calidad. Y: mira la cuenta Bonvoy - los puntos no aparecen rápidamente. Dios sabe otra vez por qué.

What a miserable hotel. Booked 5 nights and left after 3 nights. Location was great. Rooms okay. But the staff!! Really need training in customer service. Appalling service. On Check in not a word, but just a piece of paper shoved at us to complete. Young girl with black hair had serious attitude problem. Next morning went down to have breakfast. Just totally ignored. Older guy with pony tail made eye contact and turned his back on us. Seemed more interested chatting with receptionist. Do we wait to be seated or just sit somewhere? No idea. Like I said just ignored. We went elsewhere to get food. In the 3 days we stayed there not once were we spoken to. Stay elsewhere, where you may get a bit of service or something. We have spent 6 months in the last 18 months travelling around Europe. Never experienced anything like it. Shocking hotel.

The Stadtoase Kolping Hotel is located in a rather quiet street with hardly any traffic, close to the Linz new cathedral and at a walking distance from the city center where most of the interesting and cultural points of the city find themselves. It's an excellent hotel having everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff members are nearly all of them very kind, helpful and friendly. One can get from the ladies working at the front desk all the necessary guidance to take as much profit as possible of one's stay in the marvellous city of Linz. In addition to that, they are always ready to give the best advice for the benefit of the customers even at the former's own initiative. The hotel parking is at the same level as the ground floor. Upon leaving the parking on foot through a door on the left hand side thereof as one drives into it, one finds himself at the reception area, what turns out to be very convenient as far as acceding into the hotel building is concerned, the more so if a heavy luggage is carried. Once inside, the fabulous atmosphere reigning in the premises is perceived. There is something special inside, something magical about which cannot be described but that sensitive people feel and thus makes them think that by choosing that hotel at least the best option has been selected. The room I was allocated is very nice and comfortable, as well as peaceful. I hardly heard any noise during the whole stay at the hotel, which was essential for the enjoyment resulting from visiting the mentioned city. The bed was indeed comfortable, its mattress having the necessary toughness for getting the adequate rest. The other pieces of furniture in the bedroom are also very appropriate particularly the table desk where I could get some work done. It's up to the guests to decide whether or not the bedroom is cleaned up on the days they deem convenient, which could be, by the way, the entire period of their stay. That's a great idea. By hanging the right card on the room door handle, one may have the certainty that while he is out visiting some interesting places nobody will enter his room and touch his belongings. That's very reassuring and besides it's extremely good for the environment. The breakfast is also excellent. Everything offered for that meal is of a high quality. The pastry and the fruits are very good and tasty as well as the orange juice. The breakfast room is decorated in such a way that the mere fact of being there makes one feel in high spirits. Owing to all the aforesaid elements, the time dedicated to having the stated meal can turn out to be a great moment and thus one of the best ways to start the day. The hotel concerned is therefore by all means a recommendable place to stay in Linz. The fact of lodging in there makes of course more pleasant the visit to that charming city. One would never quit that hotel once inside. Such a stay is absolutely an unforgettable experience which one is always wishing to repeat.

Hay centros comerciales personales, supermercados y plazas de aparcamiento privadas al lado del hotel. Está un poco más lejos de la plaza. Para el estómago chino, que no está acostumbrado a la comida occidental, el restaurante chino está muy lejos. No se ha completado debido a la lluvia. El servicio es muy bueno. Al niño de 9 años se le cobrará 10 euros por persona y día. El servicio es bueno, las instalaciones completas y limpias, pero el espacio es un poco más reducido.

Llegamos la noche y nos recibimos con alegría y cortesía, y el pedido de taxi tampoco era un problema. La conexión de tráfico del hotel es excelente, por un lado, está junto a la autopista, por otro, también es bastante bien al alcance público. Las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas y tenían todo lo que necesitaba en un viaje de negocios, el Wi-Fi es gratuito y Sky estaba incluido en el precio. La única desgracia que me ha pasado en mi estancia fue que en la ducha (probablemente) había cocido el hongo. Desafortunadamente, me refiero a que no fue muy tarde, por lo que no lo he mencionado, porque en mi opinión tampoco era de la máxima importancia. En general, volvería, para un viaje de negocios, lo correcto, sólo para el duche hay un punto de deducción.

En la primera noche en Europa, casi no vimos que la habitación estaba dormida y despertó a las cuatro de la mañana. El lugar está bien, todavía tiene que ir a una sección de la estación de tren, pero es muy conveniente en las cuatro semanas. El desayuno es bueno. El garaje debajo del suelo no es muy amplio, el estacionamiento requiere habilidades y se recomienda que se quede. La cama es muy cómoda y duerme. El hotel está cerca de **. Puede probarlo. La estación de trenes pasará por un parque callejero. Los grandes me movían de manera seria. La próxima vez, intenta vivir en una ciudad más pequeña.

The Cathedral is right next door but the clock can wake you up as it chimes every quarter of an hour, so ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. In just a stones throw there are some good restaurants and the shopping centre just round the corner.

Hoteles en El Pablo: Este hotel es un hotel muy agradable con un personal amigable. Excelente desayuno y instalaciones. Decoraciones rápidas. Dos menos puntos. Las sillas de los dormitorios son incómodas, pesadas y debido al diseño que sigues bajando los dientes contra las piernas. La naturaleza bastante abierta de la ducha y el baño no será para el gusto de todos. Por mi cuenta, estaba bien. La música en el desayuno también fue interesante y no enterrado, durante siete días tuvimos Sade, Pearl Jam, Coldplay y otros. Me encantó esto. Sólo repito que no fue intrusivo.

Underwhelmed. River view is beautiful, rooms are clean and modern. Beds are comfort. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. BUT the hotel is only good if you are here for work and don't plan to stay in the room to rest. Otherwise, expect to hear every single noise the people in the rooms above and next to you, and in the hallways, make. Everything housekeeping did, all their conversations, and all their door slamming and furniture moves, could be heard in the morning. So you can forget sleeping in. And forget keeping your windows open for fresh air during the day. There's constant construction noise ruining the beautiful Danube river view. And at night, you'll be kept awake because people stay out drinking and talking loudly in the courtyard till late hours into the night. Apparently the hotel does not ask them to mind the noise pollution so people in their rooms are not awakened.

La ubicación del hotel fue muy buena para una breve visita a Linz. Muy cerca del mercado de la estación de tren sur, con muchos sabores para la cena y a unos 10 minutos a pie de la calle Linzer.La suite renovada, sala de estar, dormitorio con armario y baño muy espacioso, Grandioso: el baño está separado. Desafortunadamente no había ducha amovible, sólo una bañera-con discapacidad física no era adecuada. También faltaban algunos piratas para aplastar las toallas. Estas dos habitaciones fueron muy espaciosas y la habitación tenía incluso cortinas con vistas al mar y un balcón con asientos. Un paseo de gira en el jardín condujo a un parque de estacionamiento seguro, € 7,00/Tag. El personal de la recepción, el servicio de desayuno fue muy amable y útil. ¡Nos vamos a volver!

Algo situado a una distancia del centro, pero con el autobús (3 estaciones) muy accesible. Servicio amistoso en la recepción. Moderno establecimiento de habitaciones limpias y grandes. Ducha/toallas en la habitación, separada únicamente por un vaso de vidrio de leche. El desayuno buffet no es nada especial. Es decepcionante que los huéspedes del hotel tengan que pasar por la habitación de desayuno por el camino a la garaje profunda.
