Esta es la segunda vez que hemos estado en este hotel. Normalmente nos vamos a Yilan los días de semana para evitar la multitud de fines de semana. El hotel está bien situado con instalaciones de aparcamiento. Como el tiempo estaba frío, mi bebé y yo disfruté de la cálida primavera común. The location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet. I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit. BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated. consequently, the pros crushed cons so it became even to say good or bad to stay.

El personal de la cafetería y el servicio del restaurante también son muy buenos, y la habitación es limpia y brillante, y el área de calentamiento también es muy buena, es muy adecuado para un tamaño para jugar, ya ha venido tres veces, ha vivido dos veces, una cafetería de calentamiento cada vez que siente que tendré que volver la próxima vez 😁 Muy cómodo 😆

Room was big and clean with a huge and comfortable onsen tub for the whole family. A short walk away from the train station, souvenir and eatery street as well as onsen park. Hotel had fish spa and onsen cooking station for a holistic experience. Will recommend!

3泊しました。 WiFiがなかったのは非常にマイナスポイントでした。 あと、温泉も含めお湯が出ない時間帯があったので注意が必要だと思います。（10-15時くらいと早朝？メンテナンスの時間か？） ロケーションは完璧で値段も安いです。温泉を堪能できました！ チェックインは近くのホテルで行いますが、わかりやすかったです。15時以前でも荷物をフロントに置くことができます。 SNSを使ったインフォメーションの反応は遅かったです。 総合的には満足です🙌

Very spacious room good for family. Have to try the restaurant up the hill with the grill fish and bbq. Hoyle breakfast was very good too

這次入住宜蘭香格里拉飯店整體感覺非常不錯。 一進大廳 Check-in 時，環境乾淨整潔，空間明亮舒適，服務人員也非常親切。這次是透過 Trip 訂的「四大一小六人床樓中樓房型」，網站上標示 17 歲以下孩童免費，不過現場說明是 6～11 歲需加收費用。櫃檯人員態度很好，詳細說明後我們幫孩子補了 400 元，整個過程非常有禮貌也不會讓人感到不舒服。 服務櫃檯的工作人員都很熱情，對於不清楚的部分會主動提供紙本說明單，服務電話也很容易打通，這點真的大大加分。飯店另一側有專屬停車場，車位充足，停車也相當方便。 下午帶小孩去戲水池玩，雖然池子不大，但對小朋友來說剛剛好，玩得很開心。SPA 池有兩個，需要穿泳衣與泳帽才能入池。園區裡還有釣魚池，真的能釣到魚，小朋友超有成就感！湖邊還設有泡腳池與盪鞦韆，坐在那裡望著湖景，氛圍就像網美打卡照一樣愜意。 飯店有包含早餐，原本也想在館內用晚餐，不過因為長輩牙口不好，怕豬肋排不適合，最後改去附近「逗你開心」餐廳吃飯，開車三分鐘就到，也很好停車。餐點不錯，店名讓婆婆一聽就笑開懷，店員也很熱情，宜蘭人真的都好親切。 晚上回來後，全家又去童玩區玩了一輪，孩子們玩到晚上九點還捨不得回房。當天電影播放的是《汪汪立大功》，下午茶有小餅乾和茶水，晚上還有提供小宵夜，時段依現場公告為主。 隔天早餐在二樓，菜色豐富、口味也不錯，小朋友吃得開心，大人也滿意。整體來說這次住宿體驗非常愉快，環境乾淨、服務貼心、設施雖不算華麗但很用心，是一家很適合親子與長輩同行的飯店。💕

Reservé la habitación esa mañana, pero quizás por haber reservado demasiado tarde, no recibí ninguna notificación de llegada. Cuando llamé por la tarde, me dijeron que no podían recibir la información porque había reservado a través de una plataforma. Por suerte, procesaron la solicitud rápidamente. Hay aparcamiento gratuito, pero se llena si vas demasiado tarde. Sin embargo, también hay plazas de aparcamiento en la calle cercana. Este hotel es muy económico. La habitación estaba muy limpia, la decoración era nueva, el televisor era genial (con Netflix), el secador de pelo era potente y había bañera. Sin embargo, el agua caliente tenía que subirse bastante para que se calentara; al principio la bajé demasiado y no calentaba lo suficiente.

Check-in was smooth and easy. We parked in the underground garage (not too many spaces - but it never filled up during our stay). We arrived a few hours before the check-in time. While we waited in the lobby, front desk staff came to our seats to complete our checkin-in, and explain the facilities. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was a private hot tub on the balcony, 2 rooftop pools, drinking water dispensers throughout, and a small yoga studio. There are a lot of eateries in the area, as well as several 7-11's and Family Marts. Our accommodation package included a good breakfast buffet, and a very nice hotpot dinner with lobster, scallops, sliced fish, excellent beef, noodles, and ample vegetables & enoki's. I highly recommend including both meals in your room package.

Me pareció un hotel estupendo. Lo único malo es que escogí la habitación más barata y por ello era de las más pequeñas, y no tenía sitio ni para una pequeña mesa con asiento para poder trabajar con el ordenador. Pero claro, no es eso lo que se suele buscar en una habitación de hotel :) Pero bueno, tampoco había mucho sitio para abrir la maleta. Tuve que abrirla en el baño, que era más grande que la habitación. La cama, comodísima. Me gustó la almohada.  El baño, enorme, y lo que más me gustó, la bañera tipo onsen, con agua caliente termal. ¡Un lujazo!  El desayuno muy variado y muy completo. El spa, genial. Tranquilo. Relajante. La pena es el horario, de 14:00 a 22:00. Estaría bien que se pudiera usar también por la mañana. Vi que por la mañana lo vaciaban y limpiaban, pero no sé cuanto tiempo puede durar dicha limpieza.  Por cierto, me llamó la atención una mala traducción que da un poco de miedo... :D En vez de sauna, en inglés, han puesto ”horno”. ¿no da miedito? Una estupenda relación calidad/precio.
