Hotel the Eleganza is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are attentive and warm. The rooms are quite modern, immaculately clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The AC works great. Breakfast is hearty and filling. The restaurant and rooftop bar are worth the visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Get the matar paneer with tawa roti. It’s excellent. I will definitely be staying here again.

Service & Food Quality is Good Enough. Located approx. half km away from Mall Road & each time 1 has to walk upwards to follow mall road. Rest all things are good enough. Moreover you need to have extra capabilities of driving as the way is very narrow till hotel.

Hospital staff is very kind service is good rooms are clean. Good view location @ mall road mussorie it in attached to the main market area before toll, rooms are spacious good for 4 to 5 people or freinds get together. They also provide facilities like scooty at best prices for hills travels good for couple who dont have cars or 4 wheelers

Excellent stay with family. Clean and service is also good. Restaurant is very nice. Location is little bit away from prime area of the city but just 4. 5 km away from rail station. Hdfc bank and another one psu bank is available in the same building is added facility. I would like to stay next time in this hotel with my family.

The hotel is situated near Ballupur Chowk & is opposite to huge forest. The rooms even though have average size but offer all the basic amenities. The linen provided is fresh & clean & the washrooms are very well maintained. There is not much to do in the property but it has an amazing rooftop restaurant with a separate open area. The food is very delicious & they serve a good variety of dishes. This was my 2nd visit to the property with my family in 3 years but it hardly felt that anything has changed on the premises. One can plan an amazing drive to the ”Queen of Hills” MUSSOORIE during the day & enjoy a nice meal at the hotel at night. Rooms 5 Cleaning 4 Food 5 Staff attitude 5 Location 5
