Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of hot water. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave and real dishes a plus. Coffee and tea provided was very good. Crabtree and Evelyn products were very nice. Our go to place when visiting Branson.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and it comes with a wonderful breakfast! Staff is friendly and very helpful when needed. The beds are very comfortable, and a blankets are warm!

Location = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Estancia bastante tranquila. Nada extraordinario, pero la habitación era enorme y el gimnasio era decente (aunque la televisión no funcionaba, o quizás el mando a distancia). El desayuno es muy típico de este tipo; no hay mucho que comer para quienes siguen regímenes más saludables. Yo comí huevos, eso es todo. Un autobús turístico se había quedado allí y la comida a menudo se limpiaba rápidamente. El tiempo lo era todo, pero el personal hizo todo lo posible. Esta es mi segunda crítica de este hotel. Había un olor extraño en la habitación cuando se apagó el aire acondicionado helado. Una vez que estuve en la cama, lo descubrí. Era perro, colonia para perros húmedos. Tan malo como una habitación para fumadores. Por la mañana, recogiendo mis zapatos, había pelo de perro entrelazado en la alfombra. Olor confirmado. En mi primera revisión, recibí un correo electrónico de BW indicando su preocupación genérica en mi revisión sin indicar mi específica, pero por favor, quédese con ellos nuevamente. Me quedo en hoteles en este momento alrededor de ⅓-½ del año y BW ha sido un elemento básico. Esto no cambia mi opción de que la cadena tiene un valor decente, pero es decepcionante que ni siquiera pudieran responder de manera más específica, no es que esperaba una respuesta, pero no finja que les importa.

El servicio del hotel fue muy bueno. Todos fueron muy amables y corteses. El hotel que se hospedaba a las 12 de la tarde a las 3 de la tarde quiso enviar el equipaje y salió para quedarse a las tres de la tarde antes de regresar. No esperaba que el personal del hotel tuviera una habitación para dejarnos quedarnos primero. . El saneamiento de la habitación es bastante bueno, es decir, hay muchas migas negras en las sábanas, así que solo doy 3 puntos. El desayuno es un buen hotel en los Estados Unidos, hay comida caliente, hay algunos, ¡contados ricos!

NnambismeriFriendly and helpful front desk. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared lounge and games area if wanted for a group. Convenient location to universities and train station or town amenities by car or walking. Unfortunately, there is no on-site parking, but you can get advice for where in the city to park.

UUsuario invitadoFinding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the strip. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks!
Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable.
To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage.
The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway.
My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests.
I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

RReedPEl hotel está situado en la calle desde el nuevo estadio de fútbol de la ciudad de St. Louis, a dos bloques de la zona de la estación de la Unión de la ciudad.
La habitación era muy confortable, el baño estaba limpio y bastante bien almacenado. Y el lado de atrás sería el del refrigerador de la habitación. Vengo de lejos lo suficiente y con niños que necesitaba para congelar los paquetes de congeladores para snacks.
El desayuno estaba bien cada mañana. Una mañana fue una elección de pavo, patatas de salsa o patatas de salsa de cerdo, mientras que el día siguiente fue una elección de las ligaduras de salsa de cerdo o de pollo. El descenso sería la falta de fabricante de waffles. No sé por qué eso hace una diferencia, porque no como realmente waffles. Pero mi niño ama waffles y ama hacerlos. Y en lugar de tener un fabricante de waffles, tenían una placa caliente llena de waffles congelados prefabricados que habían precalentado para todos. Oh, sí en mis fotos verás una foto de la leche de mi niño. No había expirado, pero la publicidad en ella estaba y me dio un gran miedo cuando la vi.
Y dependiendo de los planes, y de lo que necesito estar cerca, si necesito estar, definitivamente quedarme aquí otra vez con mi familia. La zona era segura, limpia, y olvidé la parte más divertida ... Directamente por la calle del FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔

UUsuario invitadoNos encantaba mucho este lugar!! Además de que sólo parecía un lugar agradable para quedarse de las fotos, era realmente un lugar muy agradable para quedarse. Mis 10 y 14 años, mi marido y yo nos quedamos para esta visita. El hotel es un hotel muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que puedas hacer. El ascensor está activado con la llave de su habitación, y sólo puede ir al piso su habitación es, el nivel inferior con la piscina y la cena y el nivel principal (entrada), así que no hay diversión para ir al lol superior. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa. No huele. Las camas parecían limpias, así como el baño. AMO la característica del atrio, alcanzamos a las 6:00 para nadar mientras podíamos ver el sol y las nubes estaban tan divertidas. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable.
No me importaba tener que pagar para estacionar en el hotel.
El agua parecía muy nublada ..., lo que me hizo sentir un poco raro, pero en cualquier caso tuvimos un explosivo. Mi hija se escapó de su cuello sobre ella y cuando ella salió comenzó a sangrar un poco. Necesitan refinar el acantilado de la piscina. Sin embargo, la piscina fue calentada y lo apreciamos.

RReedPThis is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed here (I say 3, wife says 4 😂) and this time was definitely our least favorite. We'll still try it again but the amenities weren't up to previous stays.
I have booked the same style of room (1 King + Sofa Bed) every time, and we got that... But DANG was it tiny! There was literally 6-8 inches of walking room. The bathroom was overly spacious and the room could've used some of that.
The breakfast was rough too. Previously there were waffle makers, oatmeal, and other great hot options. This stay had eggs 👍 and shredded cheese 👍. While I give props for including a meatless ”sausage”, the standard pork sausage was mislabeled. The waffle selection was mismanaged. They offered a ”waffle with pearl sugar”, which is fine bc we've had those at other places. BUT instead of leaving the waffles in their single serve pouches, the employee was standing there opening them and putting them in the service container. 1) that's unnecessary touching by the employee & slobs who don't know what tongs are. 2) if kept in its package THEY WON'T DRY OUT. Also 3) in its package it's a perfect food for the grab and go guests.
Every single staff member we interacted with was AMAZING! The front desk, housekeeping, etc were all wonderful. We will be back, but definitely might need a different approach to the room.

UUsuario invitadoBest place to stay in the Clayton/STL area if you are visiting WashU. Staff is A+. I have tried at least five other hotels, and since I stayed in January 2024, I constantly repeat when I visit the town. Breakfast is GREAT! This is not your typical breakfast ”INCLUDED!” Extremely clean! They are doing renovations, and you will be greatly surprised at how good it looks every time you go! Plenty of parking and safe! Stay here, you won't regret it!

Ggmartin212El hotel está situado en el centro de K.C. El lobby del hotel es muy agradable. La única queja que se presentó aquí fue que el bar adjunto era muy alto y el ambiente del restaurante podría ser revisado para ser más cómodo y intimido. Había un grupo de aproximadamente ocho personas en una mesa grande cerca de nosotros que estaban teniendo una discusión de carga que nos distraía pero se ocupaba de ella.
La habitación era pequeña, pero la renovación era muy agradable, el baño era grande con un buen tubo/douche que mi esposa disfrutaba de un soda de sal de epsom. También utilizan el viejo estilo café dos tazas de café ya que la mayoría de los hoteles han ido a la visita. El ruido de la calle es muy notable y el ruido de la habitación es también. Podríamos escuchar literalmente la conversación en la próxima habitación. Una cosa que realmente no me gusta es la falta de un ”no moleste” tarjeta para la puerta y como se esperaba, el guardián estaba golpeando en la puerta a las 9:00 para limpiar la habitación aunque el checkout es a la tarde! Pero si usted está buscando un lugar razonable para permanecer en el corazón de K.C., esta es una buena elección.

There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!
