It was a nice experience, everything was very superb. But the location wise, not so impressive. Too much traffic always, travelling from center of city to hotel through cabs not easy.

バンガロール(ケンペゴウダ)国際空港からタクシーで10分程度。キレイで明るい雰囲気のホテル。周りにはレストラン、薬局、スィーツ屋、ファストフードがありとても便利。ホテル両側に新しい建物が建つのか工事中で日中はかなり重機の騒音、また目の前が空港〜市内間を結ぶハイウェイなのでこちらも車の騒音やクラクション(インドの車はとにかくクラクションを鳴らしながら走る)がやかましい。気になる人は部屋がどちら向きなのかチェックイン時に確認のこと。ハイウェイ反対側は緑豊かな住宅街。私は7階で工事中と住宅街が半分ずつの角部屋だったので何とか耐えられた。

The hotel is OK, I stayed in 3 Fern hotels on my trip, this was the best. The rooms are OK, a little bit more effort in cleaning the bathrooms would help. Breakfast was a complete waste of time. The coffee was undrinkable and very little options at the buffet. It was OK for the 2 nights, but thats it.

This hotel is located in a walkable distance to metro stations, and shopping mall. The facility is nice with view of racecourse, top floor swimming pool, and fitness gym. I have a nice stay and experience from checkin through checkout.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

2 issues
1. Uber doesn’t come to hotel, you have to walk to airport and then stand in a usually long queue.
I think Taj has some arrangements with Uber that needs to be looked at.
2. No indoor swimming pool.

El hotel es bueno para permanecer. Buenas habitaciones confortables cama y baño. El equipo de habitaciones como la TV, la caldera no son grandes, pero no me importa mucho para una estancia de noche. El desayuno fue bueno.

UUsuario invitadoI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

HHappylfgLa experiencia de esta zona ha sido increíble, y la conveniencia y la accesibilidad han hecho todo tan fácil, permitiendo que me disfrute y me haga el máximo de mi tiempo. FFernweh_mannuIt's such a beautiful property in the middle of Bengaluru. And it's so pretty coz it's royal in look and based on the theme of Royal palace of windsor.
If i talk about service, it was top notch, checkin and checkout was super smooth and easy. Room service was quick and really helpful!
Food was amazing with so many great restaurants within the property. I loved food at Dakshin. And ofcourse there was big breakfast buffet with lots of variety and taste.
I loved my overall experience at this place! 😍 😍
