The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Está muy cerca de Pang Donglai, lo cual es súper conveniente. Es fácil aparcar y hay seguridad en la puerta. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca del casco antiguo, lo que lo convierte en un lugar ideal para pasear. Toda la zona está llena de artículos de Pang Donglai. En recepción incluso ofrecen un mapa. ¡Muy atentos!

The room is new, comfortable and luxurious. It is really a great value for money. Staff service was excellent too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiaozuo.

El precio de las cosas es barato, el transporte es conveniente, el precio es hermoso, el entorno es bueno, vale la pena recomendar, es adecuado para viajar, viajar, esperar a que los amigos vengan a permanecer, la actitud de servicio también es muy buena.

該酒店屬於凱悦旗下品牌，是胖東來集團管理酒店，提前告知酒店車輛量高度無法進入地庫，酒店提前預留地面停車位，負一樓就是進入超市進口。酒店房間非常大，超大單人床，膠囊咖啡機，冰箱小飲料，優質茶包應有盡有，唯獨遺憾沒有配浴缸。淋浴房衞生間分開，衞生間配有酒精濕巾，大落地窗户電動窗簾，早餐品種也多選擇餘地寬泛。題外話胖東來超市真沒有必要專門跑來，超市商品和當地基本一樣，與盒馬相似不如山姆超市。

La estancia superó con creces nuestras expectativas. La habitación era increíblemente cómoda y la vista desde lo alto era impresionante. La experiencia fue realmente maravillosa. La ubicación es especialmente buena. La planta baja está llena de actividad, con una plaza, un bar al aire libre y un mercado nocturno. Había actuaciones en directo junto al lago, y fue muy relajante sentarse en las escaleras y disfrutar de la brisa y la música. Lucky, la recepcionista, fue increíblemente atenta y cálida. Incluso nos cambió a una habitación mejor gratis y nos dio un pequeño detalle, sabiendo que habíamos conducido una larga distancia. Muchas gracias.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Special mention to Mr Aaron at the front reception who helped us with our airline tickets as the Airline company staff was unable to understand our English. One thing they should improve on are the labels on the food items in the breakfast, since its an international chain they should consider these labels for international guests. The labels should in my opinion explain properly the ingredients or contents of the dish

El personal de limpieza de nuestro patio fue encantador y muy servicial, al igual que el recepcionista con el que tratamos. Era evidente que el personal se esfuerza al máximo, considerando el estado del hotel y el spa. Sin embargo, tanto el hotel como el spa están deteriorados y ambos necesitan una renovación. Por ejemplo, el lavabo y el marco de nuestra habitación estaban descoloridos, al igual que la pared de la puerta; se veían cables sueltos y las plantas del patio se estaban marchitando. Las zonas comunes del hotel, fuera de la recepción, estaban descuidadas. La piscina del spa tenía los azulejos rotos y descoloridos, con muchas hojas en el agua y los canales cerrados. Ambos podrían ser una excelente inversión.

El viaje de mi familia a este hotel durante el Festival de Primavera me brindó una estancia inolvidable. En primer lugar, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, con transporte conveniente. Se encuentra en una zona animada, lo que facilita el desplazamiento. Hay aparcamiento justo en la puerta, lo cual es muy práctico. El vestíbulo es sencillo y elegante, y la música de fondo es festiva, ideal para el ambiente del Festival de Primavera. En segundo lugar, debo elogiar al conserje del hotel por su hospitalidad y profesionalidad. Abrieron la puerta del coche con prontitud y descargaron nuestro equipaje en la puerta, algo que ningún otro hotel podría igualar. El té de bienvenida también estaba delicioso, y los botones siempre estaban ahí para traérnoslo. La recepción fue increíblemente eficiente, atenta y profesional, incluso durante el ajetreado Festival de Primavera. Los dos gerentes de conserjería también fueron muy profesionales. Cuando les pregunté sobre lugares para ir y dónde comer, el gerente Wang me imprimió directamente una lista de excelentes lugares para comer y hacer en Zhengzhou. Como íbamos a pasar el día en Zhengzhou, quería explorar la ciudad esa noche. Más tarde esa noche, le pregunté al gerente Lu en la conserjería y me enteré de que la feria del templo del lago Beilong era muy interesante. Conduje hasta allí esa noche para asistir, vi una exhibición gratuita de flores de hierro y compré algunas especialidades de Henan. La habitación tiene buena iluminación, es luminosa y tranquila, los sanitarios están impecables, el colchón es muy cómodo, el baño tiene buen flujo de agua y buena temperatura, y la conexión a internet es rápida. En resumen, este viaje a Zhengzhou merece la pena.

Let’s begin with the check in process. We booked for one night from 23 - 24 Oct. 2025. We were served by a reception lady, her name is Vicky. She greeted us with a warm smile and a typical Chinese hospitality. She explained us so thoroughly with patient. We felt that we were very welcome in the Luoyang International Hotel.  Our room is very large, sparkling clean. The bed is extra large and very comfortable. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub & a separate toilet equipped with a Japanese bidet.  The breakfast has an International Dishes, too good to be true.  For something beyond our control we had to stay one more night in Luoyang. Without any hesitation we booked again Luoyang International Hotel. We returned to the hotel and we were greeted with a warm smile by Vicky who then finalise the booking with ease.
