The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was absolutely perfect. The decor is beautiful and stylish, and the entire hotel is extremely clean. The staff speaks a bit of English, but most importantly, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They arranged our transfers to and from the train station, booked a restaurant for us by calling in Chinese, and even helped us organize a private driver for a day trip — everything was perfectly taken care of! We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious, with impeccable service. Breakfast was amazing too, with a huge variety of high-quality options. Truly, compliments to the entire team — highly recommended!

La estancia superó con creces nuestras expectativas. La habitación era increíblemente cómoda y la vista desde lo alto era impresionante. La experiencia fue realmente maravillosa. La ubicación es especialmente buena. La planta baja está llena de actividad, con una plaza, un bar al aire libre y un mercado nocturno. Había actuaciones en directo junto al lago, y fue muy relajante sentarse en las escaleras y disfrutar de la brisa y la música. Lucky, la recepcionista, fue increíblemente atenta y cálida. Incluso nos cambió a una habitación mejor gratis y nos dio un pequeño detalle, sabiendo que habíamos conducido una larga distancia. Muchas gracias.

該酒店屬於凱悦旗下品牌，是胖東來集團管理酒店，提前告知酒店車輛量高度無法進入地庫，酒店提前預留地面停車位，負一樓就是進入超市進口。酒店房間非常大，超大單人床，膠囊咖啡機，冰箱小飲料，優質茶包應有盡有，唯獨遺憾沒有配浴缸。淋浴房衞生間分開，衞生間配有酒精濕巾，大落地窗户電動窗簾，早餐品種也多選擇餘地寬泛。題外話胖東來超市真沒有必要專門跑來，超市商品和當地基本一樣，與盒馬相似不如山姆超市。

Although the place is a bit outdated. We and our kids loved it. The hotel has its own hot spa bath in the room. And the spa hot spring with large swimming pool is 100 meters away. It needs extra payment though. The place is about 20 minutes from trainstation and 40 minutes from luoyang old town and 10 minutes from the grottoes. We liked the green environment. And staff was very helpfull.

Muy satisfecho, muy amable, la habitación es muy buena. El personal está muy paciente con la proximidad de la Plaza de Tiempo de Yan Dong, y hay trajes de niños gratis y la sala de dentistas y bebidas calientes de invierno dondequiera que vaya muy conveniente en el centro de la ciudad para solicitar algo con la casa de huéspedes o el camarero de inmediato. Es especialmente satisfactorio esta vez, pensé que iba a vivir toda la temporada, y por eso no hay habitación en la temporada, y vino aquí realmente me hace sentir especialmente satisfecho. Este precio para vivir en esa habitación es realmente demasiado valioso. Sólo hay un poco de que el próximo día es que hay demasiados que vienen a Qiangdong, y no hay mucha gente que escoja a alguien, Ven a jugar aquí.Satisfacción satisfactoria.

Let’s begin with the check in process. We booked for one night from 23 - 24 Oct. 2025. We were served by a reception lady, her name is Vicky. She greeted us with a warm smile and a typical Chinese hospitality. She explained us so thoroughly with patient. We felt that we were very welcome in the Luoyang International Hotel.  Our room is very large, sparkling clean. The bed is extra large and very comfortable. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub & a separate toilet equipped with a Japanese bidet.  The breakfast has an International Dishes, too good to be true.  For something beyond our control we had to stay one more night in Luoyang. Without any hesitation we booked again Luoyang International Hotel. We returned to the hotel and we were greeted with a warm smile by Vicky who then finalise the booking with ease.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Carol at the front desk during my recent stay at your hotel. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made my visit memorable.From the moment I arrived, Carol greeted me with a genuine smile and a welcoming attitude. She efficiently handled the check-in process while also taking the time to explain the hotel’s amenities and answer my questions patiently. 親子房很可愛，有帳篷，有娃娃，有陽台，服務人員非常熱情，推薦。 洗浴女賓部陳瑞服務態度尤其棒，給孩子吹兩次頭髮了，感謝。 人非常多，但是她的態度一直很禮貌熱情，推薦。
