Hoteles con Bar en Daman y Diu, India

The whole property is good, the views are really great, pool is well lit and decorated. Overall the view of the property is really really good. But, only issue is the staff, thus some stars less .....they are not courteous and make you feel you are asking anything out of blue...we went to place asked for any complimentary upgrades , they said rooms are their but pay for it and get it...we said ok .. considering it was needed....their are complimentary welcome drink, which is not served to you unless you ask for....then they say pool is open from 7 am to 7 pm and suddenly you see a whole block of PPL arnd po from 4 pm for arrangements, so no privacy and they say pool is closed for maintenance from 5 pm - which actually was not and it was given to a pool private party ....so all in all you have lost your pool time ..wherein you also paid extra for room....next they say you will get complimentary cake ..which als you have to remind at restaurant and they as well make you feel as if you have asked for specific out of blue....candle light dinner is really nice....but the lights on trees and str shaped all where shut...so it was literally like have food in dark with mosquito butting all over ....next they will say you get 20% off in dinner and in actual bill it is 10%...on asking they said you must have heard wrong we said 10%only....next day you go to swimming pool and ask them to give the pool benches.. .they will ruudely reply ..we will do it but will take time....on insisting they made arrangement of one chair and wen back to their natural course....this was around 10 am.....the pool which was under so called.maintenance had litter in it...party ties, paper fallen all over and so...then we asked for mat in benches for which they said they don't have....which later I found were lying inside the washroom area...for which they answered they are dirty so we said it is not their.... All in all the experience makes you feel that you pay and get nothing....thus the frustration...and yes it is definitely due to the hotel staff and ***agement...which makes you feel that way... So please ensure when you are going....their is no pool party that nite...else the pool will be kind off blocked from 3 pm onwards for arrangments till 10 or 11 am next morning...which is kind off 90% of your stay time... Staff at reception may tell you something...but get it in writing... Lastly...if you want something in room....please plan to call half he early...as that is their lead time.... Rest the property is really good, if staff is changed...you will enjoy it..

It was 13 years since we last stayed here, so we didn’t quite know what to expect. We were not disappointed! The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff group were always helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. The pool area was spotless And as a bonus, the RADHIKA now has a number of bicycles which we used to explore the island. The roads were safe with lots of accessible and interesting cycles. In particular the Bird Watching at Fudam.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fern luxurious tent resort. View is heaven and the stay was to peaceful. Staff is too empathetic and food was amazing. The rooms are real clean. Sunsets are close to heaven here. We had amazing time there.If u plan to visit diu look no beyond than this hotel. They make you comfortable and the games, the pool, the restaurant are very clean.

Best place in Daman to stay. I have stayed in other Beacon Hotels but I didn't find these kind of Sevice. They provided good breakfast buffet spread. Staff was very polite very helpful during Breakfast. Arun kundan, Abhishek & Vijay was very helpful. F&B Head Ashwani was very Suggestive. Room was neat & Clean. Thank you all

Ha sido un regular desde 18 años.. Para mí no hay otro lugar a pesar de otros hoteles estrellados que se mueven en Da***.. Un segundo hogar.. Excelente comida y personal sonriente.. Todo crédito a los propietarios que toman interés personal y están siempre allí .Mis cumplidos a Shri Haresh Bhai.. Prakash ji y Vijay ji Tangal..

La ubicación está muy cerca del famoso Mirasole Resort y el parque acuático. Pero la habitación es tan pequeña para permanecer con 3 miembros de la familia. El personal de los servicios de la habitación es bueno. En el restaurante de la casa hay un menú muy limitado y fuera de la comida y bebida no está permitido 🚫

Very nice property stay was very nice and room was awesome. About the staff was very good and friendly people front office team are very supportive specially Mr Tanmoy , Roshibina , Vinay and Tom they are very helpful people and Amar from bell desk he was also good will suggest you everyone to visit and enjoy the the facility.

Es una buena experiencia con primos. Le recomiendo este hotel principalmente para los becarios y la familia. Muy cerca de la pista de playa. Sólo a pie. En la temporada de lluvia es agradable. Ve a la dama y disfruta de la vista.

Checkin and checkout was smooth, no long wait. Rooms, food and the property was upto expectation , Breakfast buffet was amazing, we love the live counter for omlette and dosa. However, overall experience was good,Manger Mr.Tushar was so helping and friendly nature ,becoz of Mr.Tushar (hotel manager) again we had booked on was stay was so good. Mr.Salman and Mr.Ragevendra bell boy also good with us , again soon we will visit and enjoy Hotel Searock Villa in front of beauty beach.

We had great family time at this place, We liked the food and also liked the availability of pan asian cuisine offered. We had the starters and main course food in our dinner and found it quite delightful. Ambiance is quite pleasant and peaceful which we loved alot Thanks & regards

Palm beach resort in Diu is budget friendly simple hotel with a swimming pool. Rooms are quite cozy having all necessary furniture. We stayed there for seven nights . The best part is all the supporting staff including the manager we're extremely cordial..We celebrated my birthday with them. Food was very good. Service was also nice.

Beautiful resort . Highly cooperative & courteous staff. Good food & reasonably priced. Large pool and activity area.Very prompt room service.Approximately 1 KM from main market. Resort is on the main road leading to airport. Spa managed by an experienced worker.

The hotel is in convenient location. Safe and secure for family. Rooms are good with ample space and all the required amenities. Beverage services are also up to the mark. Only one remark, if you required extra bad in the room the policy should be clear with make my trip as i had to pay extra charges for additional bad although i mentioned additional bad request in the make my trip application.
