The hotel is quite new and room is big and clean. Staff is not very helpful or proactive although they are courteous. They did not proactively sent someone to make the sofa bed at night but rather ask me to do it myself. The body wash was not refilled and I have to use shampoo to take bath.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet given the location. The environment felt safe and well-kept, and everything—from the lobby to the hallways—was tidy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place for a simple, comfortable night. Would happily come back.

The hotel is very close to the water park, driving about 8 minutes, near the KFC, Walmart, the hotel's breakfast is also not bad, but the facilities are relatively old, like many years ago, the hotel's service in general, just started to check in when I saw to take a lot of luggage no one to help take a little bit of the face of the expressionless.

Front desk were kind enough to loan me an iphone charger while I was there which was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable, nice view. I don't normally stay in the hilton hotels so I'm not a member of their little club that gives you access to ”basic” wifi, and I just don't like dishing out all my details so without much of a phone charge to tether off, I resigned myself to reading a book on an evening.

Staff are friendly and the location is good! I brought my little dog with me, so I love the room without carpet! The room was big and with free breakfast. For the amenities, they only provided shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel. And if the hotel can be equipped with a microwave instead of sharing one ok the ground floor, that would be great!

La primera vez que se me dio un buen momento, me dio un buen momento para volver al escritorio delantero. Trip.com Agente salió y fue más allá del servicio que ella ofreció. The hotel theme room is so surprise, especially the space room. It was big and enough for 4 people. So toughing for their small gift 🎁

La ubicación es excelente, cómoda para viajar, el Grandi Hua está a punto de conducir en unos minutos, la próxima vez que lo haga, seguro que vivirá aquí.
