The hotel is quite new and room is big and clean. Staff is not very helpful or proactive although they are courteous. They did not proactively sent someone to make the sofa bed at night but rather ask me to do it myself. The body wash was not refilled and I have to use shampoo to take bath.

The hotel is ideally located to locations for downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton. The breakfast choice is very good for this standard of hotel. The rooms are spacious and general facilities are good such as gym and pool. There is no bar or food lounge but there are lots of restaurants nearby. What lets it down is that it is quite dated and looking a little wornout/tired. To some degree it is starting to look more Motel than Hotel and impressions are really important. In my view the rooms are in need of a modern renovation. Despite that I would stay again. I dont think it deserves the rating that it has on Trip.com and would put it at 7.5/10.

Pros: EV Charging: Great to find third-party L2 chargers on-site ($2/hr, added about 40km range per hour). Very convenient for EV owners. Cleanliness: The main room area was generally clean and well-maintained. Cons: Housekeeping Fail: When preparing the sofa bed, I found the provided bedsheet had a massive hole right in the middle. I tried calling guest services multiple times but no one answered. I eventually had to hunt down a housekeeping staff member in the hallway to get a fresh sheet. Breakfast Frustration: My booking clearly included breakfast for myself and my two children. However, the restaurant staff insisted it was only for two people and made me go to the front desk to resolve it myself. It was an awkward and unnecessary hassle during a family trip. Tipping Pressure: After the breakfast confusion and mediocre food quality, being presented with a $0 receipt that explicitly prompts for tips felt like a cash grab. Verdict: While the hardware (charging, cleanliness) is decent, the service and communication between the front desk and the restaurant need major improvement. I shouldn't have to ”prove” my booking status or chase staff for basic linens.

El hotel está muy cerca del parque acuático, conduciendo a unos 8 minutos, cerca de la KFC, Walmart, el desayuno del hotel no es malo, pero las instalaciones son relativamente viejas, como hace muchos años, el servicio del hotel en general, Justo empezó a comprobar cuando vi tomar mucho equipaje nadie para ayudar a tomar un poco de la cara del inexpresivo.

Hotel was nice, guy at the front desk during check in was a little bit rude but I think he was just having a rough night. Overall good stay though.

Staff are friendly and the location is good! I brought my little dog with me, so I love the room without carpet! The room was big and with free breakfast. For the amenities, they only provided shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel. And if the hotel can be equipped with a microwave instead of sharing one ok the ground floor, that would be great!

La ubicación es excelente, cómoda para viajar, el Grandi Hua está a punto de conducir en unos minutos, la próxima vez que lo haga, seguro que vivirá aquí.

El hotel es muy agradable, pero el hotel es muy agradable, pero la habitación era limpia y agradable. Era un poco más esparcido de lo que pensaba (no hay proteínas reales excepto para huevos cocidos refrigerados que no eran grandes, y todo lo demás era bastante sólo fruta, y otros carbos). La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no había ningún condicionador en el baño (pero había champú, loción corporal y dos mini barras de jabón Dove) y la estancia era muy buena, muy buena para un hotel con un presupuesto.
