Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated. Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help. Service was 10/10. Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!

El hotel está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación central de Cardiff. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. La habitación es espaciosa pero sencilla. El decoro también es un poco fechado. Se espera que sea como un Premier Inn. En general, justifica su precio y la ubicación es conveniente.

El hotel es elegante y está bien ubicado, cerca del centro de Cardiff y del castillo. Ubicado en una antigua galería comercial, la distribución es un poco confusa, pero la habitación era muy cómoda y el personal muy atento.

The hotel is located in a very nice area where it’s easy to get a taxi or walk anywhere within the town. However, the mobile signal was quite weak, and the hotel Wi-Fi kept disconnecting - I had to log in again every time, which was quite inconvenient when trying to work. The room had a strong smell of rubber or leather, which made me feel sick and gave me a headache throughout my stay. The shower drainage didn’t work properly - no other drainage hole in the bathroom, and it eventually overflowed. I had to call the maintenance team to fix it. After lying on the bed for a short while, I noticed red, itchy patches on my face, almost like insect bites. I later found out that strong detergent used in washing the bedding can sometimes cause skin irritation. That night, I slept with a clean towel over the pillow and asked for fresh bedding the next day. Although my companion didn’t have any issues, I’d recommend anyone with sensitive skin to cover the pillow with a clean towel just in case. Overall, the services provided by the hotel were not bad, but the condition of the room and the reliability of the Wi-Fi definitely need improvement.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, about 15 min walk . The facilities in the hotel are good. I like the kitchen in the room and I can make my meals during the holidays. It's really amazing.The staff members are really friendly and responsive.The breakfast was really good too. Highly recommended to people who are going to Cardiff.

I have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.

El mejor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado. Hay una piscina, sauna, jacuzzi, gimnasio y mucho más. La habitación está limpia y otras instalaciones comunes. El servicio es magnífico. No hay problemas con el check in y el check out. Además de obsequios para niños. Definitivamente vamos a volver. El hotel merece ser un 5 estrellas.

Estaba en una noche. No estoy seguro si debido a la renovación, la zona de recepción no era muy bienvenida, bastante auto-incheck configurado, pero también personalizado. Hotel ocupado, piscina popular, gimnasio, necesita esperar su turno para la sauna y la habitación de vapor, pero impresionado con instalaciones. La habitación era básica. La habitación necesitaba sin duda actualización y la presión de ducha no es grande.

Las únicas razones que di para el servicio 4/5 estrellas fueron la estación de bebidas calientes de autoservicio y hacer tu propio tostador. Room was good and clean. Location excellent. All the staff were polite. Breakfast is self service but very good.
