I would like to commend the hospitality of the staffs it's safe to say that they are well oriented in accommodating their customers. The cleanliness is 101%, not only the room wherein you can't see a single mishaps in cleaning but as well as the stairs going it's thoroughly cleaned. Early in the morning you can see the staffs cleaning in the hallway. I suggest and hope that they will care to provide each floors with its own water dispenser because it's quite inconvenient to walk down and upstairs again just to get water to drink. I hope they also serve breakfast rice meals.hehe But overall it was a good stay. Surely, we'll be choosing The Strand Suites and Dormitel in our next stay in Davao. Kudos! and God bless!

Everyone is nice. But staff needs to know more about the area and places that we asked they have no clue. Linens and towels needs to be replaced when the color is almost brown instead of white. Its a very old hotel We had to call to replaced our pillows because its smells like old sweat. We were so excited that its beach front not until they told us the water is not recommended for swimming. We had to go to another island and pay. We were disappointed with that.Breakfast buffet is good.

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

We have been checking to Acacia Hotel whenever we are in Davao but recently during our stay May 1-3,2026 the service is not good especially the front desk. We use to charge our food and drinks to the room even we prepaid the hotel via trip.com but unfortunately during our stay we were not allowed to do so even when we told the front desk that they can swipe my credit card for deposit purposes. So the business travelers together in this booking decided to find another hotel for the next trip. Another thing the room don’t have anymore fact towels as a standard and floor towel too. We used to sit down and have some meetings in the cafe area for coffee but unfortunately they won’t allow. They said the lobby is the area where we can have it. Sorry they all got pissed. Hoping they improved their customer service that would correspond to their hotel rates.

My stay was good.The staffs are polite & accomodating.I love my room because if u look at the window you can see the sunrise & sunset..My room.was quiet, I had a beautiful sleep...

As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.

La habitación era muy limpia, espaciosa y cómoda. La cama estaba confortable, las instalaciones estaban completas y todo funcionó perfectamente. El ambiente tranquilo hizo mi estancia aún más agradable. Me quedaría aquí de nuevo.
