Atención a la recepción con buena cordialidad. Alojamientos buenos, para el ofrecido, viaje dr paso. Situación excelente, al lado de la carretera y fácil de localizar y acceder.

Highly suggest you force them to give you a receipt at the end of your stay. They take too long to reply after you depart from the hotel. Till now it’s 2 weeks and I’m still awaiting for my receipt.

За 2 недели останавливались три раза. Отель хорошо расположен, в приятном районе.  Чисто, завтрак приемлемый.  Персонал вежливый.  На английском говорит только ресепшен.  Отель уставший.  Я бы сказала это неплохие три звезды, а не 4.  С чемоданом ни разу не помогли, хотя я шла вся увешенная сумками. Полотенца застиранные, мебель старая. В таком климате не дают в номер воду и кранов с питьевой водой в отеле нет, хотя это очень распространено.  Но самое неприятное, что в отеле ( 4 звезды) не работают сейфы в номерах, хотя они есть.  Дважды просили починить, обещали и не сделали.  В результате у меня украли наушники apple. А также при выезде из отеля обнаружила приписки в счете, на которые указала, чем очень огорчилась девушку на ресепшен:). Разбирались долго и вяло, но у меня как на грех время было.  Остановиться в отеле можно, но аккуратно! Я больше к ним не приеду.

整體都挺好的，離中餐館也很近，去旁邊的喜來登下面吃快餐也很方便。 樓頂有健身房和泳池，泳池就算了，太短了，一言難盡。健身房設施還是不少的。 洗了衣服，也不貴，香香的。 服務人員都很nice。 住的中國人感覺不少呢。 早餐沒有蔬菜，各種麪包 腸 甜點 煎蛋 茶 咖啡 也可以拿回房間吃。 電視台不少～

El hotel de cinco estrellas está situado en la zona relativamente segura de Vila Olimpia, el hotel es relativamente nuevo en general, el diseño de la recepción del hotel tiene un sentido de arte y un sentimiento de galería. La habitación es un estilo más moderno y simple, no se esperaba que el hotel de cinco estrellas no tuviera trampas ni toallas. Pero el primer minibar gratis sigue siendo muy bueno. El primer piso es un restaurante italiano + bar, y no quiere salir a la noche, y se puede resolver directamente en el restaurante del primer piso. Un hermano pequeño de huevos de 🍳 chino se enterará de algo chino y se recomienda con mucho entusiasmo todos los días. El ambiente del SPA del hotel es bueno y el precio es razonable, pero necesita una reserva anticipada. Y no esperaba que la solicitud fuera retrasada hasta un poco más, y fue un poco sorprendente. En general, la ubicación de la región es muy conveniente, el servicio es bueno, se puede resolver todo lo que comer y beber, y es una opción muy tranquila para las personas que casi quieren descuentar.(Con un tobillo de tobillo de arrastrar es perfecto)

El ambiente es muy agradable y el personal ofrece un servicio excelente. La ubicación es fantástica: hay muchos restaurantes cerca, es muy fácil conseguir un taxi y está a poca distancia de parques, centros comerciales y zonas de compras. Instalaciones: El hotel está muy bien equipado. Sin embargo, es necesario traer las propias toallas, cepillos de dientes y otros artículos de higiene personal.

it's a really spacious room, and the staff here are friendly! Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is awesome considering the location and closeness to the airport, I chose it because I had an early morning flight, but it's too far from the center. Room is okay, some things are worn out, feels like there isn't much water pressure in the shower and it's not warm enough. Breakfast is amazing, but would love to see more vegetables and fruit choice. The only thing i'd like to complain about is service, hotel was pretty much empty when we stayed there, there was no welcoming bottles of water in the room, called the reception and asked to bring it over, they said they had ”no such service” and basically forced me to come downstairs myself... the next morning (as I ordered a taxi through the reception desk downstairs), I doubled checked with the lady, she confirmed that the taxi will arrive. Time has came, there's no cab, i'm fearing I will be late for my flight, went to her again, she didn't even bother checking if the driver is on the way or not and told me to wait. I decided to get an uber myself and was lucky to find a taxi at 6:20am in the morning. Also, it's upsetting to see them not even trying to speak english or other language to me. She was super stubborn and told me she can speak only Portuguese, on top of not making effort. Disappointing.

El servicio de TRIP fue terrible porque solicité cambiar la fecha de check-in y check-out. Me informaron que se cambiarían las fechas y quizás habría un cargo por la diferencia si hubiera alguna en la negociación del hotel. No se hizo nada y perdí el importe pagado. Nunca volveré a utilizar esta agencia y no la recomendaré a nadie. Hasta nunca más

O hotel é bem localizado com excelentes acomodações e um café da manhã sensacional . Atendimento ágil e eficiente.
