El hotel es bonito y limpio, y la habitación es acogedora e interesante (con un podio y una puerta que separa la sala de estar del pasillo y el baño). También está limpio. Durante nuestra estancia de dos días, no limpiaron, pero dejaron toallas y yukatas nuevas en la puerta. El personal es amable. Hay jacuzzis en el edificio contiguo, accesibles con tarjeta de acceso a la habitación, y máquinas expendedoras de bebidas. Lawson está cerca. La estación de Yudaonsen está a 10 minutos a pie. Cerca, hay un pequeño parque con un pediluvio y un centro turístico. Una desventaja es que el baño está justo enfrente de la puerta de la ducha. También sería más práctico si el hotel permitiera enviar equipaje a otros hoteles y pagar en efectivo. Y tenga cuidado, ya que el podio puede ser peligroso.

I visited Shin-Yamaguchi after a few days in Fukuoka. The weather was still cold, and it rained a little. From the station, just cross the street, and you’ll arrive at the hotel. It’s about a three-minute walk if you have luggage. Next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and many izakayas. The manager greeted me warmly, and the staff were extremely friendly. They would greet guests as they walked in, making me feel very welcome. Welcome drinks and coffee are available until midnight—I loved their lemon water! You can also use the library/cafeteria for work or reading, which is quite convenient. Amenities are placed on the first floor next to the elevator. Breakfast tickets are available, with multiple time slots to choose from. The room size is big for the price. The bathroom is compact, but I had no issues enjoying a bath. The only inconvenience was the lack of a remote control to adjust the air-conditioner’s wind direction. There are two washing machines and two dryers on the fourth floor, both of which can be connected via an app. If you don’t have coins, you can pay through the app with a credit card, and it will show a timer for when your laundry is done. The washing machine is easy to use, but the dryer took a bit long. Ice is also available on this floor. There are no complimentary bottled waters in the room, so I often went down to the first floor for lemon water and coffee. Breakfast was more abundant than I expected. Since this is a chain hotel, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The menu seemed to change daily, and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Definitely worth the price. If I visit Yamaguchi again, I would definitely book this hotel!

設備は古いですが、非常に清潔に保たれた客室でした。 フロント、食事会場のスタッフさんはとても親切でした。 チェックインの時間確認の為フロントに電話しましたが、人員不足で出ていただけなかったこと以外は完璧です。 １名でビジネスで利用しました。１名の予約が伝わっておらず、２名分の入湯税を請求されてしまいました。 事情を説明したところ、１名分に修正いただけましたが、予約時点の宿泊者名からしっかり対応いただきたかったです。 trip.comさんの予約仕様の問題がありますので改善を求めます。

출장 차 들른 호텔이었는데 약간 오래된 느낌은 있지만 편하게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 야마구치 올 일이 있으면 이 호텔에서 묵을 생각

En primer lugar me sorprende que un pais tan turistico como es Japon en este momento no disponga de personal en recepcion que hable ingles nivel medio. El colchon era terriblemente incomodo (duro), no dormi practicamente nada en toda la noche.

¡La estación de aparcamiento adyacente es muy buena! ¡Hay un estacionamiento auxiliar, puedo estacionar 600 yen por noche. Las instalaciones son excelentes, el agua de lavado, la rosca y el emulso son muy altas. Según mi marido, el nivel de la salsa es el mismo que el mercado. El desayuno no es un buffet, sino un paquete como se muestra en el gráfico. También estoy feliz de tener un gran jardín público. Muchas gracias por instalar no sólo la lavandería este verano, sino también la heladera. ¡Me sorprende ver lo congestionados que son grandes piscinas públicas y lavandería en la televisión interior! Con esta calidad, ２ una noche y dos días no tiene un desayuno de 10 millones de personas. Aunque hay descuentos en trip.com, estoy muy satisfecho con el precio!

Especially Onsen facility is excellent. Good front desk helpful and service. highly recommend.

This is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error.

Unbeatable location with many rooms ( or all rooms) and public spaces facing Tsunoshima Bridge. Our room faced the ocean directly with no obstruction. The bath was also quite decent and the outdoor bath is next to the sea. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing in the hot spa. It should be quite spectacular during sunset. The spa was probably renovated within the last 10 years as it was in good condition. The room , however, felt old and the corridor was damp. The carpet in the room felt damp and the room felt stuffy. The AC worked well and we turned it on high. Our triple room as spacious but I felt itchy the whole night while sleeping- although the sheets looked clean ( I slept on the added bed). The other two beds looked slumped in the middle. Bathroom also looked quite old( from the 70’s)? My room was at the far end wing and there were lots of stairs to walk up and down from the front desk which was on the third floor. The staff will help to bring the luggages to your room ( also at check out - just call). Hotel restaurant serves dinner buffet . If you are not interested, the hotel also has a list of restaurants nearby with 10-30 minutes drive. We drove out to have yakitori in a small down, which was very local, but with friendly owner, good food- and super cheap price ( each yakitori was about ¥120-150 yen. Breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western offers, taste was average. Overall service was very good.

4/20-22兩天的溫泉旅館～山口縣萩市，萩小町 夕景之宿， 每個房間都有無敵海景，公共區域也有很多休息區可以坐著發呆喝咖啡喝茶的地方，也有按摩椅，吸煙室，看電影，玩switch，桌球。 有兩個溫泉池，一個露天的一個是岩石的。 晚餐也不錯吃，就是房間沒有浴室，但有廁所！ 但是如果不敢去大浴場泡湯的可以付費去私人湯洗澡泡湯。 夕陽很美！
