外観やロビーは古さを感じますが客室はキレイで広く過ごしやすかったです。 冷房がきき過ぎでoffにしました。 お祭りに合わせて宿泊しましたのでとても便利でした。 駐車場が満車でしたが近隣の駐車場に停めたのですが、領収書を渡すとキャッシュバックされました。 また利用したいです。

I visited Shin-Yamaguchi after a few days in Fukuoka. The weather was still cold, and it rained a little. From the station, just cross the street, and you’ll arrive at the hotel. It’s about a three-minute walk if you have luggage. Next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and many izakayas. The manager greeted me warmly, and the staff were extremely friendly. They would greet guests as they walked in, making me feel very welcome. Welcome drinks and coffee are available until midnight—I loved their lemon water! You can also use the library/cafeteria for work or reading, which is quite convenient. Amenities are placed on the first floor next to the elevator. Breakfast tickets are available, with multiple time slots to choose from. The room size is big for the price. The bathroom is compact, but I had no issues enjoying a bath. The only inconvenience was the lack of a remote control to adjust the air-conditioner’s wind direction. There are two washing machines and two dryers on the fourth floor, both of which can be connected via an app. If you don’t have coins, you can pay through the app with a credit card, and it will show a timer for when your laundry is done. The washing machine is easy to use, but the dryer took a bit long. Ice is also available on this floor. There are no complimentary bottled waters in the room, so I often went down to the first floor for lemon water and coffee. Breakfast was more abundant than I expected. Since this is a chain hotel, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The menu seemed to change daily, and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Definitely worth the price. If I visit Yamaguchi again, I would definitely book this hotel!

Esta era mi tercera estancia en este hotel. Gran lugar. El desayuno es ocupado a las 6:30 am pero buena comida.

Near Tokuyama Station, near to the convenient store, clean room, breakfast is not that really good. Car park space available for 300 JPY for the whole night.

Big room with nice accomodation and suitable price. Recommend to stay and don’t missed onsen (hotspring) in the hotel.

とても綺麗でした。対応も丁寧で安心でした。 近くの温泉も楽しかったです。身体がほぐれました。 近くには食べるところもたくさんあり、食事にも困りませんでした。何よりホテルよ朝ごはんがとても綺麗でちょうど良かったです。瓦そばが特に美味しかったです！カレーも甘め。コーヒーは正直美味しくなくて残念でしたが、コーヒー以外は本当にお値段が安いのに大満足です！ありがとうございました！！！

We had a good night's sleep at this hotel. Would stay with them again next time we are in Saga city.

Always a good stay here at the Green Rich hotel, nice bath area for guests to enjoy and breakfast if your reservation includes it. One issue that I deal with is their branded shaving razors, they are extremely sharp and I got cut by them a few times. One was bad enough that it took off a whole layer of skin and I had to wear a bandaid on my chin for a couple days, so be very careful. (I have utilized many disposable razors before)

호텔 내에 코인란도리(세탁)시설이 없는건 좀 의외고 아쉽습니다. 근방에서 가장 최근건물이라 시설 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 첨부사진처럼 호텔은 6층이 전부입니다. 온천마을답게 대욕장은 100%가온, 가수 하지 않은 물이라고 합니다. 물 좋습니다. 입욕만 하더라도 1500yen인데, 저는 일월화 2박3일 일정에 1박 7만원대로 이용했으니 만족스럽습니다. 아침식사는 크게 추천하고 싶지 않지만, 저녁은 명물음식인 가와라소바도 제공되니 한번쯤 먹을거라면 추천합니다. 비용은 4950yen입니다. 16시 체크인인데 다른 호텔처럼 아주 융통성 없게 하지는 않고 빈방있으면 15시부터 체크인을 도와줍니다. 이점이 제일 좋았어요. 바로 앞에 로손편의점 있고, 그옆에 관광안내소와 족욕탕, 음용가능 온수 등이 있으니 최적의 입지 입니다. 야마구치예 방면으로 15분정도 걸어가다보면 NHK도 있고, 중앙공원이 쾌적하고 좋습니다.

Its a perfect place to stay to enjoy and experience Yamaguchi. Its very accessible — just walking distance from the train station, and its at the center of the city this makes it easier to access highly recommended tourist spots in Yamaguchi. The staff are all friendly; the rooms are well maintained; and the food are great.
