Apreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timingthough it's based on request, not standard. Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

Все понравилось. Отель прекрасен. Особенно порадовала близость к аэропорту. Была проблема с уличным таксистом, сам навязался, привез не туда, взял деньги и умчался. Совет: Заезжать только на машине, заказывать через приложение uber.

Este es un hotel muy agradable. La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien mantenida, haciendo mi estadía muy agradable. El personal fue amable y útil, y definitivamente reservaría este hotel la próxima vez

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

Достойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта) Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался. А в остальном - за свою стоимость хороший вариант.

Reservamos 6 habitaciones en Trip.com y pagamos el pago de que el hotel recibe el pedido de 5 habitaciones. Después de cuánto necesitamos para una habitación 12 personas, con la teoría y la tarjeta original de reserva de la habitación móvil, También dijo que teníamos cuatro habitaciones dobles para aumentar el costo de 500 yuan al día y que teníamos más de 3000 yuan para quedarnos en más de tres días. Hoy, cuando se retiró, dijo que una habitación bebía 2 cervezas 🍻 y que tenía 2300 yuan (reduciendo 130 yuan) para cobrar dinero local. Lo cierto es que no se ha usado ninguna bebida del hotel. ¡Este hotel también es demasiado oscuro, deberías preguntar a Trip.com sobre el comportamiento del hotel y recuperar nuestras tarifas de habitaciones duras!

El baño del hotel, sin un sistema de huracanes, sería inodoro, muy refugiado, sin ningún otro problema. El desayuno es bastante rico y los empleados son amables.
