My checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.

We like the strategic location. Also, the friendly staffs render their services to the guests. Especially, a surprise cake given to us for our anniversary. We returned to stay as we liked the spread of menu both international and local food availability. The foods were regularly ready to replenish by the staffs.

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews from my country. The hotel is beautiful, located on a hill with a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included Padang-style dishes. However, the hotel is a bit old and has carpeted rooms, which I’m not particularly fond of. Nevertheless, it’s fine as I’m only staying for a night before heading out to explore tomorrow.

Recommended place to stay. This is my short stay as i need to catch up early flight back to my country. It's take 40 minutes from this hotel to the airport.

La recepción era muy útil. La habitación era pequeña pero limpia. El desayuno (nasi goreng) y el café y el té se ofrecen en autoservicio.

La habitación de mi amigo que acaba de casarse. Le pedí al equipo Trip.com que se le comprobara si pueden ofrecer cualquier decoración de cama para el pareja. Dijeron que harían algo, pero no fue nada. Siguiendo con el Trip.com pero la equipo del hotel no dio ninguna respuesta. Estoy incluso listo para pagar por cualquier extra. O al menos si no pueden hacer nada con decoración de cama al menos una toalla de decoración/folding también sería buena. Pero no fue nada en absoluto.

Un buen lugar para permanecer, y necesita aumentar la limpieza porque hay que quitar algunas tinturas en el baño.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Padang es una ciudad costera en la costa occidental de Sumatera. El hotel está limpio y cuenta con una vista grande desde la parte superior del techo del hotel que puede ver el Padang entero. Hay una pequeña piscina para que usted trabaje y dip. Otros que no hay gimnasio. El desayuno no es normal. La cama de gemelo es pequeña pero cómoda. El baño es como una cápsula para mí. El personal del hotel es amable.
