Overall OK, good location, easy access & so many cafe nearby. Even the breakfast also so good like so many local foods that can try. Just one thing no iron inside the room & asking to send iron to room they just take note but not send the iron .

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!!

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)

Maybe the only complaint about this Hotel, just the housekeeping, they really did the Cleaning so early at 09.00 am, knock your door, and after that 1PM they do Cleaning room with ”magic” but didn't worked hahahahahaa... The room still dirty and mess

May seemed a little dated at first but it’s really backed by it’s old world charms. The pleasent scent of lemon grass greets you in the lobby with a hint of jasmine.
Awesome staffs are always accomodating to your requests however meagre it may be. Rooms are clean and really cozy, depending on your preferences.
Would definitely recommend, kudos!

Really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and just across the street from a shopping mall. We loved being able to walk around and explore nearby restaurants and street food stalls. It was fun discovering a local market about 10–15 minutes away with some charming souvenir stores. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay!

SStellaLouI have nothing but praise for this hotel. It’s truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained, exuding a luxurious feel from the moment we stepped in. The beds were very comfortable as well and we had one of the best sleep here. Service was impeccable, with every staff member making us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. A standout highlight was the breakfast buffet, offering an impressive variety that catered to every taste. Our stay here was nothing short of wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

CCarman Chewexceeded expectations in all regards.
from the main lobby to the toilets, from the rooms to the animal pens - all super clean, a massive respite from mosquito-infested accomodations the few days prior.
the receptionists were all very friendly, well-versed in both bahasa indo and english; the driver kindly helped us find somewhere to buy feed for the animals and take photos at the entrance; the concierge was also very pro-active and the cleaners were constantly seen mopping.
and the facilities are undoubtedly one of a kind. the view from the balcony were of the animals happily skipping around, not like some other safari accommodations where the animals are either kept in too small fences or too far away. every store was well stocked with water dispensers of different temperatures. the animal feeding was also easy to purchase from the counter. only pity is that we were not aware that the breakfast with giraffe needed booking beforehand, but honestly you can feed the giraffes for cheaper at the Taman Safari Prigen safari adventure. breakfast for humans otherwise had a good spread, including some humorously named items. there is also a free and convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from baobab to the safari area, just have to ask the concierge.
overall 10/10 will visit again.

Localización, es convenientemente cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y carreteras principales, pero el propio hotel se siente como una escape tranquila.
Recomendaría sin duda a Shangri-La Surabaya a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de cinco estrellas con una hospitalidad genuina.

佛佛系旅者Nos alojamos 4 noches y la habitación era más cara de lo esperado. No se recomienda una estancia más larga. Las fotos son un poco inexactas. La cama está bastante limpia, pero la toalla, aunque vieja, se siente un poco sucia. El baño es muy pequeño y el agua de la ducha salpica fuera del inodoro. Los pasillos y ascensores fuera de las habitaciones también son bastante viejos.
Además, el desayuno es práctico y normal, pero aun así es suficiente para saciar el estómago. El personal del hotel fue en general amable y atento. 205 HK$ (precio que incluye el alojamiento y el desayuno) es muy asequible.
Hay una cafetería junto al hotel que es muy recomendable. Ofrece buena comida y postres excelentes y económicos. El ”Café Lafayette” tiene un buen ambiente para comer.

YYebethThis is my first time staying in Dialoog hotel. The view is so amazing.. you will love it.. Most of the staffs are humble and caring. In general I enjoy staying in Dialoog. I recommend adding more variety food to the breakfast menu.

MMrEmzThe location is just off the main street running through Malang, makes the hotel less affected by traffic noise. One of the minor drawbacks of this hotel is the lobby drop off area and minimal availability of parking onsite.
The friendliness and helpful customer service can be felt as you step into the hotel, from the security to the receptionist and workers all radiating warm smiles. Our check in process was smooth, we were assisted to find an available room for early check-in before 1pm . The restaurant staff was also attentive and courteous.
The hotel felt relatively new, only a couple years old and in great shape. The bedroom had semi firm but comfortable mattrass, with abundant pillows. Delightfully we got a 55” LG Smart Tv, with the to-date streaming services available (Netflix, Disney, Prime, Vidio, Youtube) and also cable tv showing international channels (AXN, Japanese, Arabic, etc). The room felt very cosy for resting after a long day's work or travel. The bathroom, although only had showers and no bathtub, gave great water pressure and hot water. The only complaint from the hotel is perhaps due to the connecting door, we can hear the other room's door closing and opening loudly as well as some talking from the other room.
Hotel had an interesting gym for good workout, rooftop cafe/restaurant. Didnt try any of those facilities for this trip but hopefully for my next trip. This is my second stay at 101 and look forward to returning again. Also, right across the hotel is a Sara Bakery, which serves good cakes and bakery products, and has a full restaurant menu also.

YYUNG SIANGFirst time in Surabaya . Very very terrible experience at Swiss Belinn hotel .
First night due to my flight delay I check in around 10pm and I get a last room ( in front of the room is emergency exit ) very bad feeling when I step in the room, I feel “something” inside . Request to change but reception inform full house. Midnight my room keep got water sound , flush water sound !
Second morning I request to change room , 8pm finish work bck to hotel told me full ? I’m like ***? I requested to change in the early morning. One round of battle , I manage to change room , the boy told he help me take my luggage from old room, after 10 min , luggage that they sent to me is not belong to me!!!! Where is my baggage? After half an hour, my baggage is back to my room and they told me found it at the other room ??!! I got so many question mark in my mind . 11pm , a boy keep knock my dooor and call Ibu ibu……in the morning , housekeeping come in without knocking the door at 928am ! Thanks god that moment I’m done changing !
Third night : this is the worst night for me. Been awake by toilet water sound again ! But this time is different , I feel something not right and I’m so scared. I try to ignore , but I feel “someone” sit on the other side of my bed and I feel my blanket is grasp firmly to the left side（I slept at right side ) ! The following is 447 am someone knock my door again !
I on my light and dare not to sleep anymore !
Fourth night : no story as I only back to hotel at 2am , I leave at 6am to airport
Hotel location is really good , breakfast nice too .
