Westin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming. The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

We had an enjoyable stay, particularly because of the variety of animals on the property, including deer, giraffe, parrots, and meerkats, which provided a unique and engaging experience for the children. The swimming pool was pleasant and well-maintained, though it would have been beneficial to have a gym available, especially for older children and teenagers looking to stay active during the stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items; however, the variety and overall quality of the food were fairly average and did not particularly stand out. On a positive note, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and friendly, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant family-friendly stay, with the animal encounters being a memorable highlight for the children.

Great Hotel and value for money. Staff are all amazing and great to see so many young locals being given an opportunity for training and experience. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable .Food is great authentic Javanese and western if that’s what you need. Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Had an amazing stay during our Mount Bromo trip! The hotel offered stunning views, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the start. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Bromo

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

El hotel es un resort en una colina. Es hermoso y el tiempo es agradable y refrigerado. Las instalaciones incluyen piscina calentada, club de niños, 2 playgrounds al aire libre, zona de juegos de agua para niños (agua fría), mesa de ping pong, bicicleta electrónica gratuita, gimnasio, etc. El personal es muy amable y útil. La habitación es moderna, nueva y hermosa. La habitación tiene caja fuerte, bidet, ducha de lluvia y cabeza de ducha normal. Las instalaciones básicas son 2 botellas de agua mineral al día, kit dental, kit vanidad, bolsa de sanidad, tapa de ducha, champú, gel de ducha y loción. El champú y el gel de ducha huele bien. La prueba de sonido puede mejorarse: 1. En las noches que nos quedamos, tuvieron algunos eventos en la infinita zona de café8. 2. También podemos oír a la gente hablar por el corredor El desayuno es gratuito para niños 5 y más abajo. Saboroso es bueno. Aparte de la estación de huevos, salada, waffles y sección de pastelería, el resto son muy estilo indonesiano. La opción de estilo occidental es limitada (es decir, pasta, besas pastas y 1 más). La gente está en el centro de la ciudad, pero no se puede hacer nada.

Second stay here and the consistency is solid. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — no drop in standards compared to my first visit. Service was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Joan for handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Quick, clear, and hassle-free. Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura  is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed. Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

Nos alojamos 4 noches y la habitación era más cara de lo esperado. No se recomienda una estancia más larga. Las fotos son un poco inexactas. La cama está bastante limpia, pero la toalla, aunque vieja, se siente un poco sucia. El baño es muy pequeño y el agua de la ducha salpica fuera del inodoro. Los pasillos y ascensores fuera de las habitaciones también son bastante viejos. Además, el desayuno es práctico y normal, pero aun así es suficiente para saciar el estómago. El personal del hotel fue en general amable y atento. 205 HK$ (precio que incluye el alojamiento y el desayuno) es muy asequible. Hay una cafetería junto al hotel que es muy recomendable. Ofrece buena comida y postres excelentes y económicos. El ”Café Lafayette” tiene un buen ambiente para comer.

Incredible hotel. Very aesthetic deco right from its entrance to the open air lobby and the spacious very well facilitated room. The restaurant food is great too! Facing the sea overlooking Bali. You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

It’s a very nice hotel spacious enough , I get an up grade from Mountain View room into bathtub room. Breakfast is complete and variously… And there is a restaurant just across the hotel
