Hoteles con gimnasio en Gansu, China

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

We spent 9 days around LanZhou- XiNing - YinChuan staying in the top 5-star hotels in all 3 cities. We can easily conclude that Hyatt Regency LanZhou is the best by a long shot. We were fortunate to have Mr. Yuan of the front desk arrange all our pre check in request. And for a smooth check in- we were lucky to be received by Ms. Paris. She was very gracious and professional. Breakfast at the hotel should be one of LanZhou’s tourist attractions- such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El Sr. Li Xia superlativo y todos los miembros del personal, incluidos los receptores, el restaurante y el desayuno, el hombre de mantenimiento y la dama que limpió mi habitación, fueron tan amables y útiles que me hacen gloriosamente memorable mi estadía. ¡He tenido un tiempo tan feliz y lujoso, este es uno de mis hoteles favoritos y en mi viaje de automóvil solo por tierra de Inglaterra he estado en un par de lugares! Gracias a todos - si todos los hoteles se ejecutaban así como el mundo de la hospitalidad comenzaría a vivir hasta su nombre.

El hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica, justo al lado del mercado nocturno de Dunhuang, lo cual es increíblemente conveniente. Llegar a las atracciones turísticas en taxi también es fácil, y podíamos pasear tranquilamente por el mercado nocturno al regresar al hotel por la noche. La recepcionista, Luo Yao, nos brindó un servicio excelente; mi vuelo se retrasó y solicité una salida tardía, la cual se tramitó con mucha rapidez. El servicio y la limpieza también fueron impecables.

¡Este hotel merece una reseña de cinco estrellas! La estancia fue realmente excepcional; nos atendieron con esmero en todo momento y lo recomiendo ampliamente. Al llegar, el personal nos recibió con calidez y nos ayudó con el equipaje, facilitándonos todo. Al registrarnos, la recepción nos ofreció agua caliente y toallitas desinfectantes, lo que nos permitió desinfectarnos y descansar antes de entrar. Su atención al detalle fue impecable, haciéndonos sentir seguros y cómodos desde el momento en que entramos. Mención especial merecen Xiao Cheng y Xiao Zhang; su servicio fue excepcional. Fueron amables, pacientes y siempre sonrientes, lo que nos hizo sentir increíblemente a gusto. Incluso nos ayudaron con el equipaje en el ascensor, explicándonos con detalle los restaurantes del hotel, el horario del desayuno y cómo usar la lavandería de autoservicio en el sexto piso, todo con mucha claridad y amabilidad. ¡Una sorpresa aún mayor fue la mejora gratuita a una habitación inteligente! El personal nos explicó todo con paciencia al entrar en la habitación. Todas las instalaciones eran gratuitas, incluso el yogur y los aperitivos, un detalle generoso y considerado. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y los dispositivos inteligentes eran prácticos y modernos, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy cómoda. Lo más agradable fue el servicio de baño de pies gratuito. Nos proporcionaron bolsitas desechables y sales de baño, y un baño de pies alivió instantáneamente el cansancio del día. Un detalle tan considerado es realmente excepcional. Para cualquier necesidad, bastaba con llamar a recepción. El desayuno del día siguiente también fue excepcionalmente variado, delicioso y con muchas opciones: una comida muy satisfactoria. Desde el registro de entrada hasta el de salida, todo fue cómodo y tranquilizador. El servicio de Xiao Cheng y Xiao Zhang fue un gran punto a favor; su entusiasmo, atención y profesionalidad dejaron una impresión imborrable. Al viajar por la zona, alojarse en este hotel es sin duda una apuesta segura. Ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio, un servicio magnífico, y sin duda volveré a elegir este hotel la próxima vez. ¡Lo recomiendo de todo corazón!

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

Don't let the facade of this hotel fool you. While the frontage is a 4-floor building, majority of the hotel rooms are located at a much taller building behind the frontage. The reception has a free coffee machine for guest, which is a rarity for Chinese hotels (especially if not 5-stars). I wish the reception was more brightly lit. There is a Halal restaurant next to the hotel, so if you must eat Halal food, this hotel is perfectly located. The room has adequate space for 2 person to put 2 big luggage, with plenty space to hang the winter clothing. The insulation is good, heater is warm, water pressure is strong with sufficient hot water when you need it. There's one odd thing about the heating in this hotel. The floor is heated, which is good prima facie, but the guest cannot control the temperature. So if the window is closed when you sleep at night, the heated floor ended up radiating heat all over the room to the point it feels like a 30C charcoal sauna when you wake up in the morning. One special mention must be made about the breakfast. The dining area looks relatively spartan but the dishes would surprise you. It serves Salmon, Fish Eggs and one Cantonese delicacy ”Buddha Jumping Over the Wall”, which was a total surprise as we didn't expect a Cantonese dish to be served here so far in the northwest of China. I appropriated 2 bowls of Buddha Dish for one morning, enough said. I would absolutely come here for breakfast again. If the hotel could fix the control for the floor heating, that would be great !

Good location near major sites and restaurants are nearby and walkable to Datang food street. The reception Staff and those serving breakfast are fantastic. The food is varied. The Queen business room is sizeable but I found the shower room needs hooks to hang my clothes and draining can be problematic if I use a lot of water. The air conditioner was not working apparently they were doing some refurbishing. Overall the location, breakfast. Room size and staff give a good value

Las tarifas de hotel en Dunhuang son generalmente bajas en comparación con las de las ciudades más al este. En este contexto, el Bowen Hotel es considerado uno de los mejores cuatro hoteles de estrellas en Dunhuang, y por buena razón. Desde el nivel de fácil acceso a los controles de luz, a la calidad de los mobiliario, el diseño del baño, las toallas de baño y el matadero de piso, los toallas, el restaurante de desayuno, lavandería y gimnasio. Siempre me aguardo con interés llegar a Dunhuang en el lejano West Gansu y permanecer en Bowen mejora aún más la experiencia.
