We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It really deserves its excellent reviews. The staff were so welcoming, kind and were so patient with me when I tried to conduct the check-in in French for practice. They stayed in French and were happy to repeat and speak slowly - thank you so much for your kindness! They also showed us the room and facilities personally, which was a lovely, welcoming touch. The room was comfortable and clean. Especially the bed was very comfortable. Good-size, hot shower I the en-suite bathroom. Good location, walkable to train station and central areas. The breakfast was also very good quality, and highly recommended. We would happily stay here again.

Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff! Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge. The room itself is on the small side but nice. Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion. The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened) Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage. Clean pool, clean water, and the perfect terrace to sit and drink a coffee. Was verry nice!

The location of the hotel is not close to the train station, and it is located in between two subway stations. We took the subway from the train station and then walked to the hotel from the subway station. The room was a good size, with a small fridge, microwave, and kitchenware (pots, pans etc.) to cook a light meal. We requested at quiet room, and got a room at the end of a long hallway. It was quiet. The most interesting thing is that there is this ”reminder” in our room, telling us that we had to empty our own garbage before check-out, and if we don't, we will be billed at the ”current rates” but nobody told us what is the ”current rates”. Also, the same reminder states that if we break anything, or don't wash our own dishes and put them back at the exact spot where we found them, we will be billed at the current rates. We emptied the garbage, took the recycling downstairs, washed and dried all dishes, and put them back at the exact spot where we got them before we checked-out.

Esto hace que moverse por la ciudad sea facilísimo y cómodo. El hotel en sí está impresionantemente limpio. Desde el vestíbulo hasta las habitaciones, todo está impecable y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones están diseñadas como apartamentos, lo cual es genial si prefieres tener un poco más de espacio y la opción de cocinar. Cada habitación cuenta con una nevera y todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, así que es perfecto si planeas una estancia más larga o simplemente quieres preparar tus propias comidas. La cama de mi habitación era realmente espaciosa y cómoda, lo que siempre es una ventaja después de un largo día explorando. El baño fue otro punto a destacar, con una bonita bañera donde puedes relajarte. Otro aspecto destacable es la amabilidad del personal. Siempre fueron muy serviciales y se aseguraron de que tuviera todo lo que necesitaba, lo que realmente contribuyó a la experiencia positiva general. En general, alojarse en el Nemea Appart'Hotel fue una gran experiencia. L'accueil a été un peu bizarre car je suis membre gold dans cete chaine, mais n'ai pas réservé via leur site... aussi le personnel m'a dit que je n'avais pas droit à mes privilèges habituels. Au delà de ça, tout s'est bien passé et l'hotel est de bon standing. Petit déjeuner excellent et avec des produits régionaux de qualité. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes, mais au calme, enn pleine ville !

El hotel está situado en una zona remota de Toulouse, muy cerca de la estación de metro. La puerta de entrada parece pequeña, pero en realidad hay muchas habitaciones adentro y un lavadero, lo cual es muy conveniente. Las instalaciones son completas y la higiene es buena. Aunque el desayuno no tiene mucha variedad, se repone puntualmente. Hay un descuento después de Navidad. El apartamento pequeño tiene capacidad para tres personas y solo cuesta 500 yuanes. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.
