The hotel is very good. The hotel is in the beautiful garden. The staff of the hotel are kind and professional. The traffic of the hotel is convenient and easy. The breakfast is very delicious.

Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre. Genuinely friendly and helpful staff! Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge. The room itself is on the small side but nice. Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion. The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened) Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

The location of the hotel is not close to the train station, and it is located in between two subway stations. We took the subway from the train station and then walked to the hotel from the subway station. The room was a good size, with a small fridge, microwave, and kitchenware (pots, pans etc.) to cook a light meal. We requested at quiet room, and got a room at the end of a long hallway. It was quiet. The most interesting thing is that there is this ”reminder” in our room, telling us that we had to empty our own garbage before check-out, and if we don't, we will be billed at the ”current rates” but nobody told us what is the ”current rates”. Also, the same reminder states that if we break anything, or don't wash our own dishes and put them back at the exact spot where we found them, we will be billed at the current rates. We emptied the garbage, took the recycling downstairs, washed and dried all dishes, and put them back at the exact spot where we got them before we checked-out.

Todo en el hotel es excelente. El personal de recepción y el servicio de limpieza son agradables. Una cosa que se debe tener en cuenta es volver a proporcionar alfombrillas de baño en el baño. Es una medida de seguridad. La bañera es resbaladiza cuando la ducha está encendida. Se podrían conservar los servicios como pasta de dientes, cepillo de dientes y zapatillas, pero no se pueden sacrificar las medidas de seguridad.

L'accueil a été un peu bizarre car je suis membre gold dans cete chaine, mais n'ai pas réservé via leur site... aussi le personnel m'a dit que je n'avais pas droit à mes privilèges habituels. Au delà de ça, tout s'est bien passé et l'hotel est de bon standing. Petit déjeuner excellent et avec des produits régionaux de qualité. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes, mais au calme, enn pleine ville !

El hotel es muy bueno, la ubicación es muy buena, el piso inferior es la Plaza Municipal, otras atracciones también pueden llegar a pie, hay muchos restaurantes abajo, no hay comida, la variedad de desayunos y la calidad es buena!

Hotel bien ubicado y céntrico. En mi caso la habitación que me ha tocado esta junto al buffet y con la ventana a un patio interior por lo que si eres alguien que no puede dormir con ruído posiblemente no sea tu mejor opción. Para mi personalmente me parece un hotel adecuado para viajeros que sólo necesiten una habitación.Si tuviese que volver a la ciudad probablemente lo elegiría.

Sin que yo le pidiera nada, se ofreció a mejorar la estancia, con una naturalidad que demuestra su costumbre. Gracias de nuevo. Las zonas comunes están completamente renovadas y son muy acogedoras; la habitación está reformada a la altura del dormitorio. La piscina es muy bonita, con todas sus ventanas. El desayuno, aunque no lo probé, me pareció muy variado. Aparcamiento seguro para coches. Un pequeño consejo: conduce con el coche y aparca cerca de la puerta trasera en cuanto tengas el código, ya que delante hay poco espacio disponible.

The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.

Realmente disfruté de mi estancia en Lagrange Aparthotel Toulouse Saint-Michel. El personal fue muy amable, servicial y la estancia fue cómoda y agradable. La habitación es espaciosa y muy limpia. El hotel también dispone de consigna de equipaje. El hotel está bien situado cerca del centro de la ciudad, lo cual es realmente conveniente.
