Hoteles con gimnasio en Scottish Highlands, Reino Unido

Hay mucho que mejorar, pero se podrían hacer algunas mejoras. Lo más importante son las puertas de las habitaciones. Son de madera pesada y se cierran de golpe muy fuerte. Como te puedes imaginar, es bastante molesto cuando la gente entra y sale, despertando a la gente. La puerta del baño está podrida por abajo por la humedad; necesita ser reemplazada; se ve horrible. Limpiar debajo de los lavabos y grifos de los baños, ¡lo que se ve al sentarse en la bañera! La pintura de la habitación podría estar un poco más ordenada; hay pintura blanca sobre las tuberías grises del radiador. Los limpiadores podrían ser un poco más cuidadosos al aspirar; golpean las tuberías del radiador de las habitaciones y la vibración se transmite a la habitación de al lado. Se han agotado algunos sabores de cócteles; se ha visto al personal joven con el móvil de forma muy casual. ¡Escóndanse! El cliente y el servicio son importantes. La comida es cara para la calidad que ofrece.

Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

Me alojé aquí hace poco durante un viaje por Escocia. Un hotel muy agradable. La ubicación es bastante alejada del centro de Inverness. No hay autopista para ir ni volver del hotel al aeropuerto, así que el trayecto puede ser lento debido a las carreteras estrechas. La proximidad al aeropuerto no supone ningún problema de ruido de aviones. Sin embargo, podía oír el secador de pelo de mi vecino. Me gusta el tamaño de la habitación y el baño. Es más grande que en la mayoría de los hoteles. Me gusta especialmente la ducha a ras de suelo, ya que mi esposa y yo no podemos entrar ni salir de las bañeras. El desayuno estuvo genial, aunque la variedad de opciones puede no ser tan amplia como en otros hoteles de la cadena Marriott. Hay que pedir huevos fritos. El desayuno soleado fue el mejor que he comido. Todo el personal fue maravillosamente amable y servicial. Es necesario matricular el coche para evitar que te lo cobren. Pero estoy seguro de que, con el gran talento de todo el grupo Marriott, se les ocurrirá una mejor manera de gestionar el sistema de aparcamiento sin que sus clientes se quejen por internet. En general, mi esposa y yo disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

La habitación era muy buena y limpia y la sauna, piscina y cuarto de vapor fueron fantásticos.

El hotel mismo fue bueno el problema que teníamos es las habitaciones que fueron asignadas en el anexo (70, 71 y 72), se suponía que eran pequeños dobles, 2 se crearon con 2 camas únicas, no tenían ventanas que me habían aconsejado no el problema, pero ellos eran ellos. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Volvería al hotel otra vez, pero confirmaría previamente la ubicación de nuestras habitaciones

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading. The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.

Depite of being arranged to a tiny room merely looking at the house roof, we petty appreciated the hotel staff's good effort and services including Monique, Cailean and especially Raymond who chatted with me in a few early mornings. Overall good in room condition except leaking from shower glass door and from tap to basin area as photos enclosed. Thank you and hope to stay in a better view room next time in your Hotel.

Not a golfer but chose this place because of the star rating. Takes about 20 minutes to walk into city centre. First room looked over noisy air conditioning units so I was offered two others on a lower floor. Got a peaceful night's sleep with room overlooking car park. Furniture and bathroom door looks like it could do with a lick of paint. Refreshments a little subpar for a luxury hotel. Everywhere else I've stayed had a coffee pod machine. Staff booked an airport taxi for us but forgot the wakeup call. Despite this, I'd say service is quite good.

The facility is rather dated although they renovated parts of it. The food at their aspects restaurant was outstanding. The beef tip was so tender n their cod was very fresh. We liked it so much we went back the following night n was pleased with their rump steak also. Their reception area was tiny n was not very welcoming custodial service was not provided the second day claiming they were out of linens Overall it was a quiet 3 night stay n we ere surprised they were not busier

Fue un viaje muy agradable, recomiendo mucho tomar el autobús 302 y viajar hasta el lago Ness y también al castillo de Dunrobin, más 2 horas en tren, pero será agradable. En cuanto al hotel, el desayuno estuvo bien, pero igual, limpio, el personal muy amable, el agua tónica con sandía, lima y menta era interesante, la piscina americana y el gimnasio estaban bien.
