**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure

Las opciones de comida para el desayuno y la cena eran decentes. Nos alegramos de haber elegido la media pensión. Los postres estaban muy buenos. El acceso gratuito a las piscinas cubiertas climatizadas y al jacuzzi era realmente bueno. Nuestra habitación con dos balcones tenía una vista estupenda. El hotel contaba con cajero automático y servicio de cambio de divisas. También había tiendas de barrio y de alimentación cerca. El entretenimiento nocturno era un poco ruidoso. Hermosa vista del paseo marítimo y se podía ir andando a la playa con bebidas ilimitadas. Habitaciones espaciosas y tranquilas. Lamentablemente, las sábanas estaban sucias. Pedí que me las cambiaran, pero aun así hacían burbujas y eran muy incómodas para dormir. Las almohadas eran demasiado blandas. Las alfombras del hotel estaban un poco deterioradas y los pasillos olían a tabaco. Pedí plancha tres veces y no la trajeron hasta el día siguiente. Nos dijeron que cualquier botella de agua adicional para la habitación tenía un coste adicional. Un hotel decente para una estancia corta.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The resort itself is stunning, with a beautiful atmosphere, great facilities, and a fantastic beach. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was fresh and well presented. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail and how the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach, and have a wonderful holiday. Definitely a 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El personal del hotel es excelente. Me encanta su profesionalismo y dedicación. Nota especial para el personal de oficina que nos acogió con profesionalismo y caridad, y nos escucharon con un sonrisa y actuaron de manera reactiva en consecuencia. El gestor de servicios al cliente (Haifa) también es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy limpias, pero los muebles son muy antiguos para un hotel de 5 estrellas(algunas cosas de madera rotas ...) Debilidad más grande: 1- El menú de almuerzo/diner era exactamente el mismo y tuvimos que hacer una reclamación. 2- Tuvimos que pasar por una zona de puerta abierta para ir a la piscina interior durante un tiempo frío que era muy incómodo (tenemos frío después) 3- ¿Reservado un todo inclusive y todavía necesita pagar por el gimnasio? ¿Por qué?

Decepcionante por este precio y para un hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación era apenas aceptable, claramente no limpiaban debajo de las camas, no había vasos, ni toallas, los envases de jabón y champú estaban casi vacíos al llegar y no se rellenaron en absoluto durante nuestra estancia. Las toallas eran una pesadilla: a veces solo las suficientes, a veces faltaba una, a veces faltaban dos. Conseguir una plancha fue una batalla y olvídate del servicio de lavandería. Las solicitudes no siempre se atendieron con una buena respuesta, pintaron una habitación contigua a la nuestra sin tomar precauciones, lo que hizo que el olor llegara hasta la nuestra. El almuerzo era insoportablemente caro para la zona, olvídate de eso. El desayuno y la cena incluidos estaban bien. La ubicación era muy agradable, aunque los alrededores están un poco muertos.
