Lovely hotel, staff are amazing, day and night staff, quiet, beds are comfy, would stay again definitely. Under different circumstances of course due to being stranded because of weather & trains! But highly recommended hotel.

Las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas. Se pueden escuchar los anuncios de la estación de tren que no nos despertaron pero sí nos impidieron volver a dormir. Hubo algunos problemas esta mañana con el corte del agua al azar y la electricidad en una de nuestras habitaciones dejó de funcionar durante unos minutos la noche anterior. Tomamos bebidas y comida en el bar Castaway y estaban bien, pero el servicio fue lento: ¡solo 1 personal del bar durante la hora feliz un sábado por la noche! Me encantaría volver a alojarme en el transatlántico, pero espero que se solucionen los pequeños fallos. xx

My partner and i have just returned from a 3 night stay over Easter Bank holiday weekend with our french bulldog skyler. This is a brilliant hotel, lovely and clean, staff were very helpful and very accommodating. breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I would definitely return next time we visit southport. Thanks to all the royal clifton staff that made our short break amazing

Reservé una habitación con cama doble para 2 días, pero antes de llegar el primer día, vendieron la habitación para el segundo día a otra persona... Finalmente, después de que se negaron a reembolsarme, me dieron una cama individual. ¡Qué desastre!

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. Excelente hotel. Ha tenido una estadía muy agradable aquí. El desayuno era increíble y el personal era muy útil y amigable. Me sorprendió ver un refrigerador de bebida en mi habitación y es totalmente gratis!!! Me gustaría recomendar para los viajeros solos 24 horas recepción. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

Great stay at the Knowsley. The staff were friendly and there is parking which is a bonus. The rooms were generally clean but the dining area could have been cleaner - some crockery needed re-cleaning. The fire alarm went off mid way through the night but was quickly dealt with. The breakfast was OK - a good selection of food but the ingredients were of low quality and quite greasy. I'd stay here again however but would go elsewhere for breakfast.

Room was really cold and needed the heating sorted although the room was really spacious and had a good stay apart from how cold it was
