Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

Las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas. Se pueden escuchar los anuncios de la estación de tren que no nos despertaron pero sí nos impidieron volver a dormir. Hubo algunos problemas esta mañana con el corte del agua al azar y la electricidad en una de nuestras habitaciones dejó de funcionar durante unos minutos la noche anterior. Tomamos bebidas y comida en el bar Castaway y estaban bien, pero el servicio fue lento: ¡solo 1 personal del bar durante la hora feliz un sábado por la noche! Me encantaría volver a alojarme en el transatlántico, pero espero que se solucionen los pequeños fallos. xx

Due to refurbishment, they were no evening meal and entertainment when we arrived. So we went to the Prince of Wales Hotel and had our evening meal and the entertainment was very good. The room was very nice at the front view the bed was very comfortable at The Clifton Royal

Reservé una habitación con cama doble para 2 días, pero antes de llegar el primer día, vendieron la habitación para el segundo día a otra persona... Finalmente, después de que se negaron a reembolsarme, me dieron una cama individual. ¡Qué desastre!

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. En general, es un poco decepcionante. La casa de York, que vivió en el indígena, aunque la habitación era pequeña, era relativamente rica, y la sensación era que la triple línea de la tendencia era común, no era una tendencia, y la tendencia era relativamente rica en color. On arrival, the receptionist was pleasant. No issues directing me to my room. However, once in the room, when trying to open the window, the top handle broke off in my hand. The cold water for the sink was not working, so I had to use a shower for cold water. There were also stains in the pillow. The TV had no service, and although I informed the receptionist but nothing was done. I was advised that they would inform the manager. Overall, for a night stay, it was ok, but I will not be staying here again.

Early check in was made available for us after contacting the hotel. Pillows/mattress in the room were extremely firm which wasn’t great but location and value for money was there from what we had paid.

I will start my review by saying the staff were very helpful and can only work with what they have. Our check in was fine but on getting to our room it was like a fridge and the heating was very poor and even after being on for an hour or more was barely warm. We had to get a connector heater which was broken!! We had to prop it up with part of the hair dryer. The draft at the window was like a gale force wind. The room was well showing its age there was no mirror over the dressing table/desk. And the curtains were thread bare. The swimming pool was OK but the steam room and jacuzzi was not working. I was expecting a lot more from a mercury hotel. We were very disappointed.
