¡Un viaje maravilloso y una ubicación privilegiada para el hotel! Sin embargo, me descontaron puntos porque no teníamos agua caliente para ducharnos la mayor parte del tiempo. Lo cual fue realmente difícil e injusto.

Estábamos en la habitación 111. Muy bien situado pero ruidoso dada la proximidad a la piscina. La limpieza general de la habitación era muy buena, pero a la alfombra le vendría bien un poco de limpieza o cambio, así como al colchón si empieza a tener vida Pero en general tuvimos una estancia excelente.

My mother in law stayed here for a night and said everything was fine. No complaints. Easy to find, clean.

Habitación limpia, espaciosa y bastante tranquila. Se proporcionan toallas, además de champú, acondicionador, loción y jabón corporal. Equipado con TV, nevera, plancha, secador de pelo, cafetera, microondas y caja fuerte. Amplios enchufes y buen aire acondicionado/calefacción. Buenas instalaciones con piscina y gimnasio, y centro de negocios (escritorios en el lobby). Hay aparcamiento disponible por un suplemento.

My husband and I stayed here from September 9 to 10 last for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had a medical appointment down the road so it was a convenient location. Here are some of our observations where they could do better. 1. l use a cane with my disability, and there was no luggage trolly in the lobby when we arrived. I had to haul two heavy bags on one arm while using my cane with the other hand. 2. I checked to see that there was body wash for our evening and morning showers and the bottle was completely empty. The housekeeping staff hadn't refilled and we had to find someone to put a new bottle into the shower. It's a good thing I checked and didn't get a rude awakening in the morning. 3. The picture in the room looked as though something was thrown at it and went down the glass. There were two streaks and it was very disgusting. Obviously, the cleaning had not been done properly in the room. 4. Nowhere on the website was there mention of a continental breakfast so we were quite surprised that there wouldn't be your typical eggs, bacon, sausage. Etc. It was very disappointing. We only found out because we got on the elevator, and there was an ad taped to the inside of the elevator. At the time of booking, all it said was free breakfast included. 5. The shower-head sprayed all over the ceiling when it was turned on, so we had to put a face cloth over it to contain the spray 6. The microwave glass tray did not rotate so when you put something in there, it didn't heat it up evenly. It actually burned the item. 7. Bathroom light fixtures were covered with caked on dust. I wrote my name in one of them. It's Obvious that the housekeeping staff does not pay attention to cleaning - only does minimum.

Fantastic Stay! ¡Tenemos una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. El personal era increíblemente amigable y útil, siempre arriba y más allá. El interior es moderno y elegante, creando un ambiente muy cómodo. El desayuno era delicioso con una gran variedad de opciones.

La ubicación era perfecta, parte del hotel está siendo renovado, así que tenlo en cuenta. El personal fue muy amable y la habitación que nos dieron fue recientemente renovada y agradable.

10 minutos esperando a que me contestaran el teléfono para pedir el transporte al aeropuerto (aunque la llamada la hizo otro conductor, ¡así que fue muy amable!). Larga espera, autobús sin identificación, nadie me ayudó a cargar las maletas. El registro se realizó mientras la recepcionista hablaba por teléfono, no lo completaron, empezaron a atender a otros huéspedes, me pidieron una tarjeta de crédito sin explicarme por qué tenía un ”saldo pendiente” (ya que había pagado el total por adelantado y, al llamar, me informaron de que era un impuesto: ¡podrían haberlo explicado fácilmente en ese momento!). ¡Almohadas descomunalmente gordas! Tuve que intentar dormir sin ellas, ya que me dolían mucho el cuello y la espalda. La habitación estaba bien, pero la ”bienvenida” al hotel fue realmente desagradable.

Very convenient and close to Square One. The bed is good. Bathroom is bright and clean. The frontline counter staff is helpful.

三年前就入住過的酒店，酒店地理位置交通便利，房間設施比較新，都很不錯，早餐比較豐盛，前台接待也很熱情。
