I’ve visited this place each year for the past 8 years. It’s a wonderful stay with beautiful views. It’s starting to show it’s years(hot tube doesn’t make bubbles, outdated rooms) the staff is always friendly the grounds always look good and you can’t beat the views. I’ll continue to stay here each and every time I visit.

El hotel tiene una apariencia llamativa y es fácil de encontrar. El exterior del hotel está lleno de grandes tulipanes de uno y dos pétalos, que son muy hermosos. Las instalaciones de hardware de la habitación son muy buenas. Reservé dos habitaciones con vistas al jardín, pero me dieron dos habitaciones que daban a la calle. Me puse en contacto con la recepción y me respondieron que estaban completamente reservadas. Obviamente hay algo mal en esta respuesta. Los precios para las dos direcciones diferentes son diferentes y Ctrip también muestra que la sala del jardín se puede reservar. La habitación estaba en el segundo piso y el balcón que daba a la calle principal estaba muy mal insonorizado. Había coches pasando zumbando toda la noche, lo que hacía mucho ruido. Pedí un cepillo de dientes y pantuflas, pero la respuesta fue que no había pantuflas, que el servicio era deficiente y sentí que no me preocupaba vender.

No es mejor escribir gratis 🆓 (por supuesto, esto es una sugerencia) El hotel está en el lado opuesto del Holiday Inn, el entorno de las calles alrededor es limpio y limpio, muy cómodo. Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. La llamé cuando llegué. El autobús gratuito del hotel llegó en unos 15 minutos y paró en el punto de recogida de la B3. La recepcionista fue muy amable y le dijo que había estado en un vuelo largo. durante más de 20 horas y arreglaron una habitación muy tranquila sin dormir. Me dieron una habitación y aceptaron retrasar mi salida una hora al día siguiente porque tenía que esperar a que mi amigo me recogiera. La clave es que el paisaje fuera del hotel es súper hermoso. No obtuve las deliciosas galletas mencionadas en las reseñas. Vi agua embotellada en su idioma nativo, que parecían ser 2 botellas por habitación. No sé si hay miembros o no. Me dieron uno cuando me registré. Fui allí más tarde. Cuando pregunté, me dijeron que podían enviarme una botella. La sensación general es muy buena. Es un hotel muy adecuado para alojarse cuando se realizan transferencias de vuelos o se reúnen con amigos en coche. El hotel tiene su propio aparcamiento amplio.

La habitación está limpia y las instalaciones están completas. El desayuno también es rica, yogur, fruta y queso deben tener todo. El estacionamiento es también conveniente, justo en frente de la habitación de huéspedes. En general, se siente muy bien.

The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Estaba 2 noches. Recién reformado. Se sorprendió por lo agradables que las habitaciones eran. Grande TV. Tenía una habitación enfrente al sureste y tenía una vista de montañas cubiertas de nieve. Lenguas blancas limpias. Toallas no eran tan nuevas, pero eran limpias. Todo parece muy nuevo en el interior. La única cosa que parece fechada unos años son las puertas y el baño. espaciosa habitación. Grande comida y bebida y el restaurante y el bar. Estacionamiento fue apretado ($25/n). Gran estancia y definitivamente reservaría aquí otra vez.

Very nice hotel, clean and beautifully kept. It has several pools and hot tubs, restaurant on site and spa. Location is perfect, right outside of the national park, next to the visitor center. It’s the closest hotel to the park except Zion lodge which is in the park itself. This Hilton curio hotel is much nicer than Zion lodge of course. Great view of the river and mountains out back, food at restaurant was delicious and portions were huge huge. Highly recommend to order one entree only and share for 2 people, it’s too much for one. I couldn’t finish even half of it and I was really hungry.
