Noté que el bote de basura del baño estaba lleno desde el principio. Pero básicamente fue hermoso. Aunque la habitación estaba en el cuarto piso, estaba en el entresuelo, así que tuve que tomar el ascensor hasta el cuarto piso, bajar las escaleras una vez y luego volver a subir, lo cual fue un poco preocupante en términos de instalaciones. El personal de recepción me permitió amablemente tomar prestada una cuchara para comer la comida que compré en el supermercado, lo cual agradecí.

The reception staffs are nice and welcoming. The gentleman served me on the day of check-in provided me a very clear and detailed information on travelling salzburg. It was glad that early checkin is possible in here allowing me to have a short term of relaxation at my room before exploring Salzburg. Hot water and coffee were provided too. it was also appreciate that the shared bathroom and toilet were very clean and tidy. They really do a good job in hygiene maintenance. Keep going!

Customer service with the daytime front desk staff were simply excellent! Staff Vanessa and Allen (think both are South American) were courteous; extremely helpful pertaining to our queries! The breakfast were also great, I simply loved their waffles and not forgetting to mentioned the breakfast lady who is a blonde middle aged who cannot really communicate in English but her mannerisms and Customer attentiveness were really 100%! Kudos to the Adlerhof staff who really made my stay at Salzburg most wonderful! Thanks

Perfect overnight stop near Salzburg Airport with self check-in convenience! Clean, compact rooms and comfy beds for a quick rest. Friendly staff, free parking, and easy bus to city center. Basic but reliable 7.4/10 value - great for early flights!

View from hotel was amazing. It’s located just in front of train station, bus station and cable car.

我們會選擇住宿此地，是因為想要逛濱湖采爾，但那一帶住宿費用較高，搜尋鄰近城市，發現卡普倫這個有趣的城市，看網路住宿回饋，住在該地合作旅館至少二晚以上，可免費提供夏季卡，有許多免費的項目，因此搜尋到卡普倫JUFA飯店，飯店的對面有來自濱湖采爾的公車抵達此處，這一帶有許多的飯店，是滑雪聖地，飯店前有一條流速快的溪流可觀賞，我們預定四人房，二座上下舖，空間比預期的小與擁擠，行李箱只能半開，我們是自駕前往，停車免費，早餐挺豐盛的，長條雜糧麵包好吃，讓我印象深刻，聽說餐廳的自助晚餐不錯，但未享用。入住的隔天，我們拿著夏季卡直接去搭乘在附近知名的3K纜車，卻出了狀況，我們是三大一小，夏季卡卻製作成二大二小，因此當我們要搭乘第二段自費纜車時，還得補足前一段的成人差額，回到飯店，請櫃台小姐協助更改，稍晚有更換四張全新的夏季卡給我們。我們一開始入住時，櫃台小姐就詢問我們是否要先就已支付取房費和城市稅，我們選擇先支付，但尚未給收據，最後一天退房時，櫃台小姐卻告知我們尚未支付房間，後來櫃台小姐告知因此重新製作夏季卡給我們，因此紀錄顯示我們尚未支付房費，跟我們致歉，由此，我們學到二個教訓，第一，一律選擇退房後再支付房費較佳，第二，拿到夏季卡，一定要檢查夏季卡上面的資料是否正確。

Haus Wartenberg es encantador y se siente como si estuvieras en la casa de tu abuela. Tiene un ambiente cálido y invitante. Hay mucho arte antigua y vintage y muebles para ver. El personal fue útil y amigable. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventiladores, o no me ofrecía uno. En la habitación, las hojas de cama tenían pinturas visibles y había polvo ligero y bugs familiares comunes en la habitación. El antiguo mueble le da un buen toque. Si te gusta un sentimiento alternativo a ambientes esterilizados y esterilizados, entonces este es el lugar para ti!
