La ubicación es buena. La tienda está justo abajo del hotel. El personal es amigable. Sin embargo, el desayuno del hotel es peor en comparación con otros hoteles en JB. Hay una amplia variedad, pero todo de poca calidad y peor sabor. Lo peor de todo, desayuno inclusive durante la reserva del hotel. No puede optar. No vale la pena pagar la habitación del hotel con desayuno. Me quedé 3 noches pero opté por comer su desayuno sólo dos veces.

Nuestra estancia fue, en general, una experiencia fantástica. La habitación que nos dieron estaba limpia, era espaciosa y tenía una vista increíble; disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, no nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de habitación, aunque la nueva resultó estar bien. También sería útil que nos proporcionaran una ubicación más precisa, ya que la dirección que nos dieron no era la exacta y tuvimos que caminar entre 5 y 8 minutos para llegar al apartamento. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, lo pasamos de maravilla y apreciamos enormemente la hermosa vista y la comodidad de nuestra estancia.

location is a plus point, just next to Novotel and KSL city mall. Deposit need to collect cash RM150 is a not convenience action for the travellers. so far car parking still offer as complimentary basis, but soon would be charged as the AirBnB management doesn't provide any reserved car park to travellers (since they have bought over so many units in the condominium, why not come with the reserved car park lots, is it all occupied by the owner).

Room is spacious. Hotel is strategically located near KSL with plenty of eateries around. The bathroom only comes with rain shower so it may not be convenient for some users.

Had a pleasant one-night stay at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru. The hotel is clean, modern, and very conveniently located near JB Sentral and shopping malls, making it perfect for a short getaway or business trip. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing night. The bed was especially comfortable and the room had a nice city view. Breakfast selection was decent with both local and international choices. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Johor Bahru.

Decided to book last minute - initially cant book for family of 2A2C. WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish. Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness. The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no. Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂 Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected. Upgrade the room for RM80. Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised. Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open” Breakfast was subpar.

Great Location & Excellent Service! Citrus Hotel Johor Bahru is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for convenience and comfort. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and just a short drive from the Causeway if you’re crossing to Singapore. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you check in. Any requests were handled quickly and with a smile, which really made the stay feel special. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and good value for the price. Perfect base for exploring Johor Bahru without the hassle of long commutes. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting JB!

Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

It was my first time booking at New York hotel and I was very surprise of the service given, the room is huge and nice. Toilet is clean. The swimming pool is the best... its big and clean. Amenities is very convenient with good food in the hotel and surrounding the hotel. Its a 100% recommendation to stay here ... the free breakfast was superb. Theres a lot of choices on what to eat. Will definately come again.. as there is a very good massage place vmright veside the hotel and best thing is its all cheap..
