Tuve una gran estadía. La piscina estaba limpia, la habitación era agradable y el desayuno limpio era excelente, así como las bebidas de cortesía no eran las mejores, pero bueno, eran de cortesía, así que no puedes quejarte demasiado.

What they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)

Lugar asombroso. Los espectáculos de luces en el histórico vestíbulo principal son deslumbrantes. Pida comida de bar y prepárese para una noche de entretenimiento. Las habitaciones están protegidas bajo el histórico granero del tren, repleto de piscinas reflectantes, restaurantes y, por supuesto, la noria de 120 metros. Cabe destacar el flamante acuario de Saint Louis. Vale la pena el precio en sí mismo, te tomas tu tiempo. Puedes apresurarlo en una hora, pero haz un presupuesto de al menos 2 a 2 horas y media y tómatelo con calma.

It was very good experience, staff polite and overall good, i will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Super rápido y fácil de comprobar en proceso. Algunas maduras y un pequeño color en las hojas y no hay vista. Pero cerca del Arch y los restaurantes.

Buen servicio. Alimentos promedio pero servicio bueno y útil. Pantry fue un poco remoto pero la sala de fitness no fue mala. Sala de baile buena vista y adecuada para cien participantes.

Location = Great for the Arch Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross. Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience. Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk. Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

Buena relación coste/beneficio

Best hotel since we’ve traveled over the holidays. This was a good midway stop for us to take a rest before heading home. Staff was super nice, breakfast was included even if they originally said it wasn’t, parking was free/available (no extra surcharge), hotel was super clean and layout was nice, they provide Starbucks coffee in your room (for those coffee lovers) and they have a good coffee machine as complimentary that you can grab at anytime. They have a vending machine for you to grab any snacks if needed on your floor. The price was worth it. I would 100% stay here again! Springfield also introduced me to a few fun activities around the area as well so it’s definitely a place to go visit and if so I recommend this hotel!
