Hotel staff don’t speak much English but are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants, a mall and supermarkets are nearby. The hotel has a beautiful garden. It’s good to stay at the garden in the evening but too many mosquitos that made us stayed in the room. There were few pigs live in the bushes in front of the hotel. According to the hotel staff, those pigs were belong to the resident nearby. Beautiful and colorful Flores island is within walking distance.

A clean and nice hotel. You need to be explicit if making requests and make sure they understand what you want.

Excellent location, services and sunset views from this fabulous hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They prepare a picnic bag if you do Tikal sunrise tour leaving at 2.45 am, they arrange a shuttle to the airport and were very kind providing medication for indigestion. The room is very spacious with a terrace and air conditioning is a must. Breakfast had multiple options on the terrace overlooking the lake. Will definitely recommend.

El personal de servicio es amable y cuidadoso, lo que hace que la experiencia de alojamiento global sea más perfecta. The Jingle Lodge is a nice hotel in a great location. However, the rooms do not have air conditioning, and the power is turned off at night and for part of the afternoon. You'll receive the power schedule when you check in. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and restaurant, and there is no cell signal in Tikal.

Good choice. Firstly, I thought it’s overpriced hotel, but airport transfer is included (taxi will charge 10 usd), breakfast was included and pick up/drop off place for all transfers and tours 2 min walking. Nice, clean hotel with good view. I’ve heard many people complain about their hotels, so I believe it was good choice for us.

El personal de recepcion muy amable . El restaurante del hotel da al lago y es muy agradable. En general todo muy bien

1. El desayuno del hotel es general; pero no se requiere mucho de acuerdo con este precio; 2. La vista es buena, directamente al lago, es equivalente a la habitación de la vista del lago. Pero también puede ser la razón por la que el lago está en la habitación, es muy humedecedor, no experimenta bien.
