Ojalá hubiera bañera porque el baño era más que espacioso. La ducha era barata. Por lo demás, me encantó la habitación con un techo alto de 4330 mm. Este hotel solo tiene vistas a la ciudad hacia el norte y el sur, pero es agradable y mucho mejor que la vista al patio cerrado del NH. Me encantó la generosa bebida de bienvenida en el bar. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y simpáticos e intentaron cumplir mi petición en la medida de lo posible. Y el edificio es hermoso y la habitación está tan bien diseñada que es funcional. La próxima vez que tenga algo en Lingotto, elegiré este hotel. El único inconveniente es que el hotel está un poco alejado de la estación de metro o de la parada de autobús, especialmente si vas con equipaje.

Perfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions: 1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Llegar a las 21 y encontrar la habitación con 12 grados no fue agradable. No me reemplazó la habitación hasta después de esperar más de una hora para calentar la habitación, pero la temperatura no se elevaba más que de un grado. Pero a las 22:30 finalmente cambié mi habitación, que estaba a 18 grados... en el armario de una habitación de matrimonio, una cubierta, una plaza. En el baño 1 conjunto de toallas para 1 persona Bueno, aparte de estos detalles que podrían ser claramente mejorado el hotel es muy bonito y limpio excelente ubicación restaurante en el interior cómodo y comida de calidad

De vuelta en Turín, quedé muy satisfecho con el hotel que reservé por impulso. Tenía una relación calidad-precio increíble, mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. La ubicación es segura, entre las academias de música y arte, y a poca distancia de lugares como Via Roma. El hotel es muy nuevo y reservé una habitación con balcón, perfecta para relajarme y charlar durante mis vacaciones.

The man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great. I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful. The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast. Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed. I will recommend to any of my friends.

La habitación era muy limpia y ordenada. Presenta un abrigo y un par de zapatos usados y tirados, además de una botella de agua natural de 0,50 l en honor. Tiene un televisor de pantalla plana. Baño limpio, la ducha a pesar de ser un poco viejo con la tenda impermeable, esta última era nueva y limpia. También me alegra de la recepción y de la información recibida en la recepción cuando llego. El hotel está a diez minutos a pie de la línea principal de la línea 4 (en estos momentos, la línea de trabajos se interrumpe y se detiene hasta la Plaza Derna en lugar de parar en la parada de Scotellaro más cerca del hotel) Muy cómodo para llegar al centro. El hotel se encuentra en una calle de escaso paso, sobre todo en las horas de la noche, ya que las actividades adyacentes terminan el horario de apertura, aunque la iluminación no es, en mi opinión, una de las más seguras para caminar solos. (Yo prefiero alquilar un monopatino en compartimiento para llegar al hotel a la noche).

Apartamentos de estilo excelentes. No hay recepción ni alguien en el sitio para ayudar. Todo se gestiona a través de WhatsApp. Esto nos ha causado un poco de preocupación, pero la comunicación era clara y fácil de seguir. Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

Servizio inappuntabile, inservienti premurosi e gentili, personale sempre pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi e a garantire un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima la colazione con ogni prelibatezza in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
