Doubletree Hilton Turin is located on the site of the historic FIAT production work. The rooms have very high windows (over 5 meters), the beds are very comfortable, the TV mostly Italian. The hotel itself is located outside of the city center. However, it is easily reachable by metro in 9 minutes. A metro ride costs just 2 Euros. A shopping center and two supermarkets are just one minute away as are a plenty of restaurants. The price is fair and much cheaper than in the center itself, where parking lots are simply unavailable (free at Doubletree Hilton Turin). I would surely recommend staying here.

Perfect base of operation for your stay in Piemonte or beyond. A lovely oasis at a mountain top castle overlooking Langhe vineyards. Relax after day trips or simply chill all day by the pool and have lunch and dinner at their divine ristorante. A full breakfast buffet is included on their lovely garden terrace where they also serve afternoon charcuterie and cheese plates. The rooms were recently renovated with all the modern amenities except Nespresso machines and duvets but the lobby bar where they make excellent Cappucinos is always nearby. There they can sell you Fontanafredda wines (the same owners) at convenience store prices. I have nothing but great things to say but do have five suggestions: 1. Leave the AC on even if just a little bit between guests because it was 40C when we arrived (55C in the room) and it took almost 24H for the room to reach 22C. 2. Have duvet covers available in the room if not on the bed because my wife like many people likes to have some weight in her covers. 3. Lower you laundry prices and have a price list in the room to avoid surprises at checkout. 4. Don’t charge for EV charging, it’s free at most hotels around the world. 5. Consider Nespresso machines in the room with coffee mate creamers to reduce demand in the morning in the kitchen and keep guests well cafeeinated. Grazie Mille, we’ll be back for sure!

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Llegar a las 21 y encontrar la habitación con 12 grados no fue agradable. No me reemplazó la habitación hasta después de esperar más de una hora para calentar la habitación, pero la temperatura no se elevaba más que de un grado. Pero a las 22:30 finalmente cambié mi habitación, que estaba a 18 grados... en el armario de una habitación de matrimonio, una cubierta, una plaza. En el baño 1 conjunto de toallas para 1 persona Bueno, aparte de estos detalles que podrían ser claramente mejorado el hotel es muy bonito y limpio excelente ubicación restaurante en el interior cómodo y comida de calidad

Este hotel me dejó realmente asombrada. Un edificio centenario con enormes puertas de madera. El interior es un espacio laberíntico y apartado. La recepcionista era muy amable y me enseñó la habitación. La suite incluso tenía una gran terraza, una cafetera Lavazza local en la sala de estar, dos baños y una cocina funcional; todo era simplemente perfecto. ¡Despertarme por la mañana y disfrutar de un auténtico espresso en mi propio patio fue sencillamente divino!

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata. Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio. Presente un televisore a schermo piatto. Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita. Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo. L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).

Apartamentos de estilo excelentes. No hay recepción ni alguien en el sitio para ayudar. Todo se gestiona a través de WhatsApp. Esto nos ha causado un poco de preocupación, pero la comunicación era clara y fácil de seguir. Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner. The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for. Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

Struttura situata in posizione centrale, sul lungolago, ma al tempo stesso in ambiente riservato. Servizio inappuntabile, inservienti premurosi e gentili, personale sempre pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi e a garantire un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima la colazione con ogni prelibatezza in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
