**Absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel – we’re already planning our return!** I’m almost reluctant to sing its praises too loudly in case we can’t get a reservation next time, but I simply cannot recommend The Ocean highly enough. This place is an absolute standout. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The team is warm, highly attentive, and genuinely approachable – every single member made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, with a wonderful selection to suit every taste and waistline. What really elevated it was the full table service – a lovely, touch that made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The hotel restaurant is an absolute must. After scouting every other option in the area, we ended up eating there both nights of our stay because it was, without question, the best find around. The menu offers a fantastic selection, everything is cooked fresh to order, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The portions are generous yet perfectly judged – so much so that we sadly couldn’t squeeze in a dessert, though the menu looked every bit as tempting as the mains. The hotel itself has been decorated with real taste and care throughout. Our room was stunning – fresh, modern, and incredibly welcoming, while still feeling cosy and homely. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual tired, tacky seafront offerings; the team has clearly poured heart and soul into creating somewhere that feels both stylish and genuinely comforting. Overall, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smiling from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. A Perfect Day at The Bedingfeld Arms! What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting. While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully. Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. Puede tomar un tren o autobús hasta el centro de la ciudad. Si desea viajar, puede caminar hasta el centro de la ciudad a través de Riverside, lo cual es muy conveniente. Sólo se tarda media hora en llegar al zoológico en taxi. Merece la pena visitar el zoológico porque puedes ver los animales de cerca.

Excellent hotel location for the heliport, always clean, with nice gym and pool. Had comp breakfast which was very nice.

This is our second visit as a family at the Cromer Country Club. This visit we had extended out our invitation to our parents. We all enjoyed our 4 night stay. This place is brilliant and accommodating for families. We have a 9 month old baby. We asked for an apartment close to the road so we could have easy access for a pram. Which they did. Staff friendly. The restaurant catered for our baby and the food was delicious. You can walk to the coast comfortably. The apartment was clean, updated, and accessible for our family. We would definitely recommend and go again.

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding. The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby. Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

The summer room is a small cosy unit attached to the main house with a separate entrance. It's about 30 minutes's walk to the city centre. We preferred not to walk the quiet streets after dinner to get back to the flat. There are a lot of parking options and it's a flat rate of 3 to 4 quids after 5 pm to the next day.
