老闆娘和他的團隊很熱情，從接機，到門口迎接，一進門還又是水又是瓜果的。主要是她家裝修的很特色，很新疆，每個房間都是根據喀什的景點裝修的，是不同的主題。房間乾淨，日常用的東西一應俱全，衣服會洗好烘乾疊好送上來。早餐也可以送到房間。還有手繪地圖，老闆娘和他的團隊還可以幫客人做攻攻略。有接送機服務。總而言之，五星好評。下次還來。

Very nice hotel and very convenient location just 5 minutes away from Kashi airport, rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly especially the driver ally is very generous guy and the girl at the reception at night very friendly

This hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

This is a clean hotel in a great location, very convenient for getting around. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's just a few steps from the old town of Kashgar, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. Coffee is available in the common area. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay in Kashgar; it's a great option.

The hotel is definitely not up to the par of 3 stars and it is far below a 2 star hotel that I stayed before in the city. The room is not a smart room as the smart system can only control the open and close of the curtain and is not even sound sensitive which you have to call it multiple times to activate the system. There is no main switch at the bed side table and you have to turn off all the switch one by one. The room is also a bit dusty especially the remote control of the tv. Breakfast provided is just okay and is puzzled that this is the first hotel that I stayed in xinjiang that never provide any single meat as part of the breakfast.

Otro edificio es un pabellón de madera de dos pisos con estilo uigur. Lo más destacado son los dos ficus centenarios del patio, los más antiguos de toda la Ciudad Vieja. En verano, están llenos de verdor y cargados de fruta, y desde cualquier rincón del patio se puede oler la fragancia láctea de los higos. Hay un pasillo que conecta el亭子间 (habitación del pabellón) del patio Higuera con el pabellón, creando un espacio privado exclusivo para los huéspedes de esa habitación, perfecto para leer o tomar té. El patio con los ficus, la arquitectura francesa y el pabellón se complementan a la perfección. La entrada principal tiene un amplio y luminoso pasillo que lleva al patio, donde uno se siente aislado del mundo exterior, sin percibir el bullicio de fuera. El restaurante Mandala ofrece té de la tarde, conciertos y cenas en la terraza con exquisitos postres. El establecimiento se encuentra en el corazón del distrito oeste, cerca del callejón Arco Iris, el callejón del Saco, una centenaria casa de té y la mezquita, todos a menos de cien metros. También hay una calle gastronómica a cien metros y una comisaría de policía a 50 metros donde se tramitan los permisos fronterizos.

The hotel is strategically located within the ancient city. Since cars are not allowed inside the city walls, our driver dropped us off at the nearest gate, and we had to walk with our luggage to the hotel. Fortunately, the receptionist met us at the gate and guided us to the property. There are also plenty of street food stalls right below the hotel, making it very convenient for dining.
