Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever. -Travis and Elisha (Colorado, USA) PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

I stayed at this hotel before my flight from Kashgar Terminal 2 to Yiwu. I arrived very late, at around 2:00 AM, but the check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming. My original checkout time was 2:00 PM, but the friendly hotel staff kindly extended it to 4:00 PM free of charge so I could get some extra rest after arriving so late. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding. After checking out, I took a taxi to Kashgar Old City. Later, I realised I had excess luggage and my flight only allowed 20 kg. The hotel staff went above and beyond by helping me send my extra luggage to Yiwu, which saved me a lot of stress. The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom. Towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and slippers were all provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night's sleeps thanks to the soft mattress. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kashgar, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Conveniently located next to Kashgar Railway Station, the bus station, and the famous Id Kah Mosque. The hotel also offers easy access to Kashgar Airport, making it an excellent choice for travellers.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este hotel. La habitación era acogedora, limpia y estaba bien equipada, y su ubicación nos permitió explorar fácilmente los alrededores y probar la gastronomía local. El servicio fue atento y el personal siempre fue amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. Nos sentimos cómodos, seguros y tranquilos durante toda nuestra estancia, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera más placentero y relajante.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff are incredibly cooperative, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive energy creates such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere that it truly feels like a home away from home.The view is perfect as I uploaded in the pic and its so good that i have booked it again for the next day and for my friends as well, if i come to kashghar again i will surely book this hotel A special thanks to one of the staff membe…….she is exceptionally kind, beautiful, gentle, and always treats every guest with genuine care and respect. Her friendly attitude and dedication made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and offers a peaceful environment. I wanted some place inside the Old City that accepts foreigners. This one does accept foreigners, for all foreign travellers out there. The homestay I booked was closed unnoticed. I showed up at the place completely getting confused. But after some body languages later I finally found some help on the street to talk to the owner through phone. He came to pick me and took me to another homestay of his sister which is also in the Old City complex. The room was smaller than the one I booked but I agreed to stay anyway. Trip Customer Service contacted later to apologize for the inconvenience amd compensate me with Trip coins which I was fine with. The home owner (Han people) was warm and welcoming so I will leave the unlucky event off my mind. All convos between me and the owner are via translation app since no one speaks English and it is all going well. Helpful people. The first photo was the Jingyi homestay which was closed for the season. The rest of the photos were the other homestay within the Old City complex that I was taken to, not far from Jingyi.

This is an international youth hostel with an extraordinary atmosphere, and the environment and hygiene are also quite good. I first heard about it from a friend who stayed here before. It’s truly fantastic once you arrive! The two hosts are extremely kind—since it’s winter now, they even provided us with hot water bottles, which is so thoughtful. Especially coming to Kashgar from the colder regions of Central Asia, I feel much warmer here. I will definitely recommend this hostel to my friends if they come here next time.

La casa de huéspedes se encuentra justo debajo de una de las entradas al casco antiguo. Las paradas de autobús cercanas ofrecen las líneas 2 y 28 al aeropuerto, y varias líneas de autobús a la estación de tren de Kashgar, lo que facilita mucho el transporte. Anteriormente, me he acostumbrado a elegir una habitación única barata para mí. Pero excelentes albergues juveniles atraen a excelentes personas para reunirse.
