服務、地理位置、衞生是亮點！ 歡迎水果:早上到的，水果和茶馬上就送到了房間 精緻下午茶:每天下午回來都有，每天種類不一樣，可以品嚐不同的新疆水果。 衞生：對於有一點潔癖的人來説，衞生狀況蠻好的，比如地漏、衣架、洗手枱都清理得乾淨。 環境：民宿內-如圖，老闆很用心，有單獨的讀書休閑區域，建議：收購一批童書，適合不同年齡小童閲讀休息。室外-因為是臨街，晚上12點還是後有很熱鬧的聲音，對於睡眠要求高的人不太友好，建議：隔音窗簾或隔音玻璃窗，雖然民宿已經提供耳塞，但小孩不適應戴耳塞睡覺。 地理位置：應該是亮點，應該好好推薦一下。西區算中心位置，可以説後面就是打卡巷-彩虹巷和布袋巷，對面是爺爺的囊，旁邊是百年老茶館，離西區西門也很近，即使出門打車也很方便。對長者和孩子來説非常友好的地理位置。 服務：事事有迴音，前台的年輕人態度積極、熱心、有朝氣。老闆娘低調、謙遜、和善。整體服務意識強。我們是晚上的火車，下午回來，繼續可以在房間休息等待出發，（房間展示沒有預訂的情況下）。非常人性化的體貼服務！感謝！ 建議：負一樓的淋雨水壓還是要改進一下，增壓閥之類的把淋雨水壓調大一些，洗手池水壓都很大，同一房間淋雨熱水出水壓力小。早餐的麪條可以改為有品牌包裝的麪條，比買的散裝麪條要更安全。這樣可以提高食品衞生。

We stayed 6 nights and found the hotel very comfortable, clean, spacious. The staff were all helpful & friendly. We got to know the Manager & staff who could speak Cantonese which made it easier for us from HK to communicate. We were guided by the Manager to a nearby good restaurant We were appreciative of the welcome plate of dried & fresh fruits, nuts. The Breakfast selection was suficient with freshly made noodles, plus other hot dishes. Note that it starts from 8am which can be considered late compared to other hotels but because Xinjiang is really 2 hours behind the rest of China but they have to follow Beijing time. The free Laundry room was helpful. I did have an issue with housekeeping as on the first day the room was cleaned, the staff took my own personal toothbrush which I have been using awhile for travelling. Although it was not expensive, it has never bee taken by many of the other hotels I have used it. I informed the Manager but the next day it happened again! This time I was using the hotel's toothbush but still, guests should not have their items taken! Fortunately I locked up valueable items in my suitcase each day. Apart from this issue, we would consider staying here again when we visit again next year.

The team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

Muy satisfecho con una estadía, la actitud de servicio de la señorita de la recepción es muy buena, hay problemas que se resolverán a tiempo, el cuarto tiene un sistema inteligente, puede controlar el voz, el tipo de desayuno también es muy rico, muchos tipos, hay deliciosos y frescos y frescos alrededor. También hay una buena ubicación. La vista nocturna es preciosa. I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

Great hotel with very strategic location, walking distance to many landmarks incliuding Ancient City of Kashgar. New, clean and cozy environemnt. Good western foods serve in the restaurant, nice and good choices of breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish to stay in this hotel again in my next visit to Kashgar.

This hotel was a total surprise, it was exceeding expectations. The front of the hotel was like a small shop on a roadside street, which was super easy to miss. But when you go in, it reveals a nice lobby. The room was clean, service was good. It has air conditioned heating as well. The location is also superb. Beside/behind are stalls that sell xinjiang nuts, which supposedly is something xinjiang is famous for. Just a 7 min walk and you reach the east gate of the ancient city, where the opening ceremony will be. Great place.

It’s a wonderful hotel with excellent service and location is perfect. Across old town, beautiful night scenery. Local businesses are very active, huge variety of food selections, from nice sit down restaurants to street food pedestrian streets. Very nice local people.

¡El hotel realmente vale la pena, la experiencia fue inmejorable! Muy confortable, el personal de recepción fue especialmente amable, el check-in fue rápido y nos dieron consejos útiles sobre restaurantes y rutas turísticas cercanas. La habitación con cama doble que reservamos era muy espaciosa y tenía mucha luz natural; por la mañana, al abrir las cortinas, el sol entraba directamente. La limpieza de la habitación era impecable; las sábanas y fundas de edredón se sentían muy limpias, y no había ni una mancha en los rincones del baño. La ropa de cama era muy suave, dormimos de maravilla por la noche sin que nos molestara el ruido exterior. El desayuno del hotel era muy variado, con platos calientes, fríos, repostería y fruta, todo delicioso y para todos los gustos. La ubicación también es excelente, a pocos minutos a pie de la estación de metro, lo que facilita ir de compras y visitar lugares de interés. Realmente quedé súper satisfecho con esta estancia, la próxima vez que vuelva a esta ciudad, sin duda elegiré este hotel de nuevo.

Originalmente había reservado otro hotel para mi estancia de 10 días en Kashgar, pero la fascinación por la historia del Hotel Seman me impulsó a cambiar de hotel. Reconozco que me decepcionó un poco al llegar, al darme cuenta de que la cadena Rezen había optado por un enfoque moderno con sus recientes renovaciones. Pero al final todo salió bien; las habitaciones son muy cómodas, están en excelentes condiciones, con camas magníficas, buen aislamiento acústico y muy buenas comodidades. La ducha tiene una presión excelente y las habitaciones son cálidas y frescas en el frío invierno. La ubicación es buena, a poca distancia a pie del casco antiguo, restaurantes uigures y un centro comercial. El personal de recepción es excepcional y tiene una vocación de servicio maravillosa. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el servicio de limpieza a mitad de nuestra estancia, pero se resolvió con la actitud que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. En definitiva, por el bajo precio de temporada baja que pagamos, fue una excelente relación calidad-precio y un verdadero placer alojarse en el Hotel Rezen Seman de Kashgar. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel. No se dejen engañar por su aspecto exterior algo descuidado, ya que por dentro es moderno, limpio, bien decorado y confortable.
