Hoteles en Kashgar con desayuno

Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever. -Travis and Elisha (Colorado, USA) PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

非常開心的一次住宿，位置就是古城西區門口，過個馬路便是，很方便。房間大小合適，收拾得也很乾凈。從老闆，老闆娘到裏面每一個人對客人都是特別的熱情，每次見面都笑呵呵的，還推薦了不少好吃的地方，每一個都好吃到停不下來。第一天提前到門口等待，臨走開車送機，老闆娘還送了一個小禮物 。這是我住過的酒店和民宿裏服務最好的，讓人沒有距離感，像去朋友家做客一樣 ，讓這次的南疆之旅劃了一個完美的句號。對了，臨走才知道他家在東區也有一家，叫歸徠寧居，看圖片好漂亮，下次再來喀什一定要去體驗下。

Reservé a través de Trip.com Fue de las expectativas! Cerca del aeropuerto de Kashi, se siente como un alojamiento a un precio más bajo. El hotel es limpio y limpio sin huelo de cigarrillos. Reacciones adversas personales: No puedo encontrar el hotel con el nombre ”Hotel Oriental” (traducido por trip.com). (Branche de aeropuerto de Kashgar) como en Didi. No hay nevera en la habitación, no podía almacenar frutas y bebidas frías durante mi estancia de verano 4-night. Sugerencias: - Añadir etiquetas a las comidas de desayuno para evitar residuos - Los signos ingleses serían una ayuda adicional - Una vez los locales hablaban en voz alta en la noche cerca de las habitaciones un recuerdo podría ayudar.

This hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

We stayed 6 nights and found the hotel very comfortable, clean, spacious. The staff were all helpful & friendly. We got to know the Manager & staff who could speak Cantonese which made it easier for us from HK to communicate. We were guided by the Manager to a nearby good restaurant We were appreciative of the welcome plate of dried & fresh fruits, nuts. The Breakfast selection was suficient with freshly made noodles, plus other hot dishes. Note that it starts from 8am which can be considered late compared to other hotels but because Xinjiang is really 2 hours behind the rest of China but they have to follow Beijing time. The free Laundry room was helpful. I did have an issue with housekeeping as on the first day the room was cleaned, the staff took my own personal toothbrush which I have been using awhile for travelling. Although it was not expensive, it has never bee taken by many of the other hotels I have used it. I informed the Manager but the next day it happened again! This time I was using the hotel's toothbush but still, guests should not have their items taken! Fortunately I locked up valueable items in my suitcase each day. Apart from this issue, we would consider staying here again when we visit again next year.

We had an amazing stay at the Sky Garden. It’s a beautiful renovated home in the old city. Inside, the decor is elegant and luxurious, even serving as a museum. The views from the terrace into the city are breathtaking. There’s only 10 rooms here so it truly feels like the staff is ready to address any needs and concerns. For us, they helped to set out afternoon tea, accommodate my mother’s needs in the dry weather, give us a tour through the city, washed our clothes, and transported us to the airport. We were very fortunate to have stayed here!

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff are incredibly cooperative, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive energy creates such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere that it truly feels like a home away from home.The view is perfect as I uploaded in the pic and its so good that i have booked it again for the next day and for my friends as well, if i come to kashghar again i will surely book this hotel A special thanks to one of the staff membe…….she is exceptionally kind, beautiful, gentle, and always treats every guest with genuine care and respect. Her friendly attitude and dedication made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and offers a peaceful environment. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring guests have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, outstanding hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit. Thank you for making my trip so special!

Although everything was excellent about the hotel but room when entered 1st had sewer smell. I thought maybe be toilet was freshly used and I let the key in to let the exhaust fans do their work while I went out for several hours. Unfortunately upon return the smell was intact, however I was so tired that I crashed into bed without complaining or considering room change possibility. . Considering the price and reputation I think the hotel management should look into this issue of room no 1715.

Originalmente había reservado otro hotel para mi estancia de 10 días en Kashgar, pero la fascinación por la historia del Hotel Seman me impulsó a cambiar de hotel. Reconozco que me decepcionó un poco al llegar, al darme cuenta de que la cadena Rezen había optado por un enfoque moderno con sus recientes renovaciones. Pero al final todo salió bien; las habitaciones son muy cómodas, están en excelentes condiciones, con camas magníficas, buen aislamiento acústico y muy buenas comodidades. La ducha tiene una presión excelente y las habitaciones son cálidas y frescas en el frío invierno. La ubicación es buena, a poca distancia a pie del casco antiguo, restaurantes uigures y un centro comercial. El personal de recepción es excepcional y tiene una vocación de servicio maravillosa. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el servicio de limpieza a mitad de nuestra estancia, pero se resolvió con la actitud que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. En definitiva, por el bajo precio de temporada baja que pagamos, fue una excelente relación calidad-precio y un verdadero placer alojarse en el Hotel Rezen Seman de Kashgar. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel. No se dejen engañar por su aspecto exterior algo descuidado, ya que por dentro es moderno, limpio, bien decorado y confortable.
