The hotel is good. The location is great. Only a short distance walk to the ancient city of Kashgar. The staff are ok. They could've been more helpful but maybe it's because of the language barrier.

This hotel was an excellent choice on my first visit to Kashgar. It's located outside the Kashgar City Walls, but close to the East Gate (the water gate is even closer, and the closest is through the Kashgar City Hall😊), and the Kurun Tower is right next door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a huge plus. The room was so comfortable that I had no issues during my three-night stay. Thank you.🙏

This hotel was amazing, staff were friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and big with a great bed, everything was clean and modern. I would easily recommend as a great place to stay

There was a strong cigarette smell that was unpleasant as you walked into the room. I asked for a non smoking room and was disappointed to arrive with the room completely saturated with the scent of cigarettes. The breakfast options were disappointing. Many of the dishes were cold and did not taste good at all. I recommend that they vary the meal options or at least serve hot food. The eggs and vegetable dishes were all cold. The coffee machine was not working and when it finally did, it tasted burnt. I would say to skip having breakfast at the hotel and have breakfast outside on the street instead. The location of the hotel is great because it is super close to the Kashi Old City Gate and also close to the Park and other nice restaurants. Please be aware that the hotel is divided into two buildings and it's not very obvious or easy to find from the street.
