«We arrived at the hotel during Eid al-Adha.We had made our reservation through Trip.com, but when we arrived, it seemed that our reservation was not showing in the hotel’s system. I believe the intermediary agency may have forgotten to forward the reservation to the hotel. Despite this, the reception staff were extremely helpful and assisted us throughout the process. Thanks to their support, we were able to check in and settle into our room without any issues. First of all, the hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was served on the 5th floor in a bright and comfortable area, which made for a very pleasant dining experience. The fruit platter provided in the room was also a lovely touch. ☺️ The location is very central, with a Starbucks right downstairs as well as many markets and restaurants nearby. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we return.»
