Excellent location - inside Ancient Town with many eating shops. Need to walk about 200m to the hotel because taxi not allowed in the AncientTown. Room & bathroom clean and tidy. Many thanks to hardworking lady cleaners. Staff helpful & friendly. No lift, they carry your luggage to your room and also when you checkout.

The location of the hotel is great. Just outside, to the east side of the old town (古城), with a few minutes' walk. Near a bus stop too, where we can get to most places pretty conveniently or a good pick up spot for taxi. Our room is pretty spacious and well-lit. Big bed. The column where the TV hangs on it's kind of a weird design but ok. They provide a sufficient amount of supplies for the bathroom. Hair dryer is like dyson. I was pretty shocked by that. Definitely a plus. Most of the room is pretty spotless, except the floor can be swept more clean. We found some plastic pieces and a few hairs stuck on the floor, but it's tolerable. We just dealt with it ourselves. Front desk staff are patient and friendly. I think it's worth the money to get their breakfast. It's made fresh every day and has pretty good healthy selections. Self-help laundry machines on 5th floor. We are satisfied with this stay!

Very good hotel, close to biggest industry which is just a short walk opposite. Area is now much better than before ...food just downstairs ..kfc and Chinese restaurant in shoplots on ground floor.

First trip to Xiamen, about 15-20 minutes to the airport. Location is next to Metro lushan exit 2. Big lobby, breakfast was rich, special thanks to the front desk staff, Max was super friendly, very patient with assisting us, leaving great impression.

I booked this hotel by accident and last minute, but fortunately the hotel was amazing, reasonable price, complete facilities, and make my stay amazing and comfort. all the hectic days in airport was gone. this hotel very recommended if you want layover a while to Fuzhou Airport.

Muy buena ubicación central con cafés al alrededor y muy conectado con el metro. La cama estaba muy cómoda.

The location is good which is close to train station in 5 mins walking distance. The room cleanliness is good. But the air condition/ventilation is disappointing. I booked the non-smoking room, but I still can smell the smoking intermittently. Even late at night, I was awaken by the bad smoking smell. What is the point I book non-smoking but you let people smoking outside in the corridor or lift area or other rooms? Can't imagine this can happen at Hampton/Hilton.

酒店地理位置離西街蠻近的，小白車出行便捷，周邊是居民區，相對安靜，房間設計選用黑白灰配色顯高級，整體乾淨利落，酒店工作人員都很有禮貌，見面會主動打招呼，客人有需求會盡可能滿足，對長者友好，有房情況下，幫我們提前辦理入住，很貼心👍晚上9:30-11:00有提供免費夜粥，暖心。以後有機會再來，感謝所有熱心的客服們🌹

El hotel Tegoo Hotel nos ofrece una estancia de 2 noches. No nos esperaba mucho del hotel, pero honestamente nos sorprendió mucho de las pequeñas cosas que todos los servicios pensaban bien. 1) El portador era tan útil 2) Durante nuestra llegada, fueron lo suficientemente amables para mejorar nuestra habitación. 3) 4 botellas de agua se suministraron en la habitación 4) La habitación era grande y limpia 5) Cada día recibimos nuestros saludos de la cámara camarera/supervisor, escritorio delantero, portador, etc. 6) El baño y las toallas estaban casi envasados en un saco de plástico. Esto fue muy pensativo. 7) Debido a que tengo un brazo herido, así que no he pulsado completamente; ya sabes, el portador vino a mí y puso el último botón para mí y se puso mi vestido antes de que me embarqué en un taxi. (Encabezado al aeropuerto) Esto ocurrió justo delante del principal lobby. Me retiraron, pero realmente tocó mi corazón. Olvidé tomar su nombre. Me sentí tan desafortunado, fue mi error. Por último, espero que la gestión del hotel pueda celebrar el portador. ( El evento ocurrió el 11 de marzo de 2026 a las 10.20 horas.) Por último, gracias a todos los empleados del Tegoo Hotel por su buen trabajo. Si vuelvo a visitar a Xiamen, seguro que escogeré a ustedes. Buen trabajo!

The location was great and accessible, and staff were friendly. Only downside was that the heater did not work, and the staff did not tell me that, so I blasted cold air-conditioning through the heater throughout the night. But the staff were nice enough to clarify the next day and also offer a portable heater.
