The room so clean and the people are very” kind we can refill our amenities and we can take everyday we stay when i move to another city we can leave our luggage in there and they can laundry our cloth when we leave and when we come back the laundry is ready, i like to stay in here because the people really” kind and friendly if i go back to jieyang i will stay in this hotel again thank you ouyali hotel for the service and the kindest 😊

El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, desde la recepción hasta la limpieza de la habitación, todo el personal es muy profesional y educado. Durante la estadía hay cualquier necesidad, la respuesta es muy oportuna, realmente lo hizo a los huéspedes como se han vuelto. La habitación es limpia y limpia, la cama es cómoda y duerme muy tranquila.

La habitación está equipada con una máquina de lavar. Negativo : El recepcionista de turnos nocturnos es muy desagradable y habla en un tono agresivo. Parece que no está feliz con su trabajo. Esta es una industria de servicios y debería ser más amable y cortesía. Él va a robar la imagen de este hotel. La gestión debería enviarle a algunos cursos de gestión de personas, de lo contrario no es adecuado para esta industria

Near to the airport, so, is good to stay over night if you arrived at Jieyang Chaoshan airport at night time. There are some food stalls / shops very near to the hotel. But there is no bus from around that region that can link you to the nearby cities like Chaozhou or Shantou at all. The staff doesn't speak or read English at all, but not a problem for me because I speak Chinese. They are friendly people.

We are a group of 16 families booked into this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A welcome drink, Chinese tea, and Lo Hon Goa were provided to all guests at the lobby daily; we enjoyed the drink after a long day of traveling in Jiexi. Free laundry and dryer facilities were provided. I have traveled to many countries, and this is the first time I have experienced a hotel offering free self-service laundry. What I mean was, no coins required to use the washing machine. They were free to use. Good buffet breakfasts were provided. The three-person room had ample space. There was a blocked toilet issue, and they fixed it straight away. Highly recommended to everyone.

สิ่งที่ชอบมี 2 อย่างคือ รร.ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สนามบินมาก ขับรถไปส่งประมาณ 15 นาที อีกอย่าง มีบริการทั้งรับและส่งสนามบิน สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบที่สุด คือ รร.ตั้งอยู่ริมทางด่วนรถวิ่งทั้งคืน เสียงดังมากๆจนนอนไม่หลับ การบริการรับ-ส่งเกือบให้เต็ม100% แต่ตัดคะแนน เพราะเราสูงวัยเดินทางคนเดียว เจ้าหน้าที่น่าจะมีน้ำใจช่วยยกกระเป๋าขึ้น-ลงรถก็จะเป็นการบริการที่เลิศ ที่ตั้งใกล้สนามบิน ถ้าจะไปเที่ยวในเมืองก็ไกล 20 กว่ากม.
