The room is quite good for a one night stay. We book on weekdays (Monday), so not so many people around. We asked the room nearby the elevator, and we got it. The only issue is the room is not sound proof. And there’s no english speakers at the reception desk. However, the hospitality is good among the staff. They use translator in their smartphones. We think we should have basic mandarin language before coming to make ourselves feel more welcome. And we learned it. Overall, I recommend to stay for a night.

What an excellent hotel. It appears to be relatively new, so it was a real treat to sleep in fresh, crisp sheets, and I loved the supportive, firmer mattress. The blackout curtains and double-glazed windows were excellent too, making it easy to get a great night's sleep off the plane. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the Italian drip coffee bags provided in the room were more than enough to get me caffeinated and ready for my meetings. Room service being delivered by a robot was an unexpected novelty and definitely added a bit of fun to the stay. The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help me order takeaway and organise a DiDi to the nearby train station, making everything effortless despite the language barrier. The weather outside was hot and humid, but it never affected my comfort inside. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling the room with a natural feel and without the usual noisy rattling that many hotel units have. The DIY laundry was another unexpected bonus. With the humid weather requiring more outfit changes than I'd anticipated, being able to wash and dry my clothes was incredibly convenient. The gym was also well equipped and a great alternative to running outside in the heat or getting lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

The Kailiyade Hotel offers a mixed experience for travelers. The location is unbeatable—situated directly atop the Wantaihui Shopping Complex, providing immediate access to dining and retail. Rooms are clean, well-lit, and notably spacious. However, there are several drawbacks to consider. Note that this hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms; as a result, rooms may have a lingering, heavy cigarette odor. Essential amenities like a mini-fridge are also missing. Additionally, street noise may be bothersome for light sleepers. Guests should also account for potential delays with the elevator, as it is shared with the mall (floors 1-6) and other building tenants, including a maternity hotel. This is a solid choice for convenience, but lacks some standard hotel comforts.

酒店大廳很氣派，穹頂上都是鑽石燈，閃閃發光。 酒店樓層還是很高的，我們入住的是19樓，房間的裝飾很中式風，衞浴很大，床也比較大。我們孩子比較大了，需要加床，酒店加床節日需要180元。加床的服務員服務特別好，是一個有點年紀的男服務員，但是給人感覺很好，服務很熱情。

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

the hotel is good and clean, nice environment and good location. I will stay next time again and recommend to you all.

酒店的地理位置一級棒，客房還配有手機充電線，抽紙也是相當厚，客服每個都很敬業，六樓整理房間的小汪會主動打招呼問好，沖涼房的下水道有點水流慢，小汪立馬解決，酒店老闆能請到這樣的員工真心是幸運啊，以後的揭陽行一定還會入住的，已推薦給朋友們。

Positivo: La ubicación se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie de las vibrantes calles del mercado de alimentos y noches de la ciudad de Hepo. La dama de la mesa delantera fue muy cortés y ofreció un gran servicio al cliente con un cálido sonrisa bienvenido. Mis preguntas y solicitudes fueron respondidas rápidamente y con amableza con respuestas satisfactorias. La habitación está muy bien equipada y está muy bien equipada.  Negativo: La cama de cama era un poco demasiado firme para mi gusto. El humo de segunda mano de los fumadores que caminan por los pasillos se derrumba a través de la puerta cerrada de la habitación. Las sugerencias para esta gestión del hotel deberían aislar y separar a los fumadores a un piso diferente de este hotel. Los no fumadores deben tener la opción de respirar en “aire libre de fumar y limpio” mientras duermen. Después de todo, los no fumadores pagan el mismo $$ para conseguir un buen descanso que merecen. Los fumadores deben pagar una tasa de limpieza adicional por la ceniza que caen en todas partes y los botes de cigarrillos queman en los activos del hotel. The hotel is in the centre of Puning. The hotel room is spacious and clean but the hotel is kinda old and staff there are not well-trained even smoked during working on duty that was totally unexpected.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Location was a bit far from main points of interest; it was walkable but not a pleasant walk and shops nearby were not super interesting. There was a 24h convenience store across the street at least. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the hotel breakfast was decent. They advertise a fitness room but apparently it's been closed for a year so the entire floor is not available. Laundry is free but it's one single machine and with no instructions (but staff was able to help). The hallways smell like cigarettes/smoking and our first non smoking room had the smell too but it wasn't too much of an issue inside the rooms for the most part. Beds were comfy and there was enough privacy for a comfortable stay. The elevators did had an issue and they closed one and then both of the elevators for a short time when we were forced to use the stairs but I'm sure this is just an anomaly.
