The room is quite good for a one night stay. We book on weekdays (Monday), so not so many people around. We asked the room nearby the elevator, and we got it. The only issue is the room is not sound proof. And there’s no english speakers at the reception desk. However, the hospitality is good among the staff. They use translator in their smartphones. We think we should have basic mandarin language before coming to make ourselves feel more welcome. And we learned it. Overall, I recommend to stay for a night.

Self-serve welcome drink at the hotel lobby. The front office staffs were helpful and polite, compliments to Henrry and Cicie. Kudos to Lily. At breakfast, I asked for recommendation to get local snacks and Lily recommended a shop that is about 15 mins ride from the hotel. Spoilt for choices and the prices were more reasonable than tourist areas. Samples available. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to Wanda shopping mall. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Hotel is located next to the Rong River in an area,with less vehicke traffic, offering nice virlew and fresh air. It is conveniently located next to a big shopping mall qhere one can get food and shop for clothes, ele tronicz and even supermarket groceries. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Check-in was smooth wity helpful and courteous staff like Jeni and Ivy. The frobt desk help printed oit good eat and attractions to visit. Soecial thanks goes out to two staff - Slyvia, who patiently attend to our enquiry on transport arrangements and tried very hard to get us a good. Competitive deal for chartering transport for a day trip. She even help convey our expected arrival to feont desk sraff so that we get a better chance for earlier check-in. The other outstanding staff was Mr Huang Xu Dong 黄旭东。He was at the front desl whrn we were checking in, offering help and sharing his knowledge on local eats and visits that we can do after we settled down. When we were ready to go out, he helped with planning our visit jtinerary, earmta and transport. Knowing is our first visit to Jieyang 揭阳，he shared local knowledge, customs and recommendations. He helped to point the way and offer recommendations when we seeked to buy some local specialities. He iffered support and recommendations in terms of what to choose as well as transport on getting to our locations. When we were leaving, he was there to say goodbye, wushing us bon voyage, double checked our transport booking to our hsr station and helped with our luggages, even checking that we did not leave things behind. He reallt helpwd made our firat trip to Jieyang comfortable abd pleasant. Breakfast offer was good. Highlight was that the spread included many local specialities. The restaurant receptions were well manneted abd akways greeting us qith a smile. Table setvice staff was helpful. One of the young make chef cooking porridge can do a little better when attending to customer request and queries rather than just brushing off what was saud and asked customer to just make do with what ready cooked and laid out. In all, an good stay made even more enjoyable by great staff like Mr Huang, Slyvia, Ivy and ger frontvdesk team.

The Kailiyade Hotel offers a mixed experience for travelers. The location is unbeatable—situated directly atop the Wantaihui Shopping Complex, providing immediate access to dining and retail. Rooms are clean, well-lit, and notably spacious. However, there are several drawbacks to consider. Note that this hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms; as a result, rooms may have a lingering, heavy cigarette odor. Essential amenities like a mini-fridge are also missing. Additionally, street noise may be bothersome for light sleepers. Guests should also account for potential delays with the elevator, as it is shared with the mall (floors 1-6) and other building tenants, including a maternity hotel. This is a solid choice for convenience, but lacks some standard hotel comforts.

酒店大廳很氣派，穹頂上都是鑽石燈，閃閃發光。 酒店樓層還是很高的，我們入住的是19樓，房間的裝飾很中式風，衞浴很大，床也比較大。我們孩子比較大了，需要加床，酒店加床節日需要180元。加床的服務員服務特別好，是一個有點年紀的男服務員，但是給人感覺很好，服務很熱情。

This hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon. The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well. Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

酒店的地理位置一級棒，客房還配有手機充電線，抽紙也是相當厚，客服每個都很敬業，六樓整理房間的小汪會主動打招呼問好，沖涼房的下水道有點水流慢，小汪立馬解決，酒店老闆能請到這樣的員工真心是幸運啊，以後的揭陽行一定還會入住的，已推薦給朋友們。

The hotel is in the centre of Puning. The hotel room is spacious and clean but the hotel is kinda old and staff there are not well-trained even smoked during working on duty that was totally unexpected.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Location was a bit far from main points of interest; it was walkable but not a pleasant walk and shops nearby were not super interesting. There was a 24h convenience store across the street at least. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the hotel breakfast was decent. They advertise a fitness room but apparently it's been closed for a year so the entire floor is not available. Laundry is free but it's one single machine and with no instructions (but staff was able to help). The hallways smell like cigarettes/smoking and our first non smoking room had the smell too but it wasn't too much of an issue inside the rooms for the most part. Beds were comfy and there was enough privacy for a comfortable stay. The elevators did had an issue and they closed one and then both of the elevators for a short time when we were forced to use the stairs but I'm sure this is just an anomaly.
