Location is very good. Easy to get around by buses to most city attractions. Nearby to many shopping malls and restaurants. The front office is very helpful. Room is spacious and has separate bath and toilet. Only issue we had was the walls are a bit thin we can hear even when next room is using the bath or toilet.

Located less than an hour from town this is a convenient location to enjoy a grasslands and yurt experience without a huge amount of travel, perfect if you are short on time. The yurt was delightful - super comfortable, warm and good hot water. Nearby there is a steep hill to climb to get breathtaking 360 views of the grasslands and the winding mo’erle river. The staff are welcoming and attentive, the food is delicious and there are activities on site such as horse riding . Kexin - thank you for the warm welcome and your brilliantcare during my stay!

El hotel a los pies de Chi Le Chuan ofrece un servicio excelente. La recepcionista vio que llegamos tarde con niños y nos cambió la habitación a una categoría superior sin costo. Después de ver la Canción del Caballo Eterno, hicimos una barbacoa al aire libre, vimos la actuación 🎤 y dormimos plácidamente. El desayuno del día siguiente fue toda una experiencia. La sopa de res estaba riquísima. La clave está en la relación calidad-precio, demasiado alta. He oído que Chi Le Chuan va a construir un área escénica 5A. Volveré a visitarla el año que viene. Por cierto, el hotel también está cerca del Área Escénica del Acantilado de Piedra Roja.

Sheyi Tea Culture hotel was an amazing stay, definitely a must stay if visiting Hohhot! Food & Drink 🫖 This hotel is also a tea house and it is a tea drinker’s dream! First the room a booked came with my own tea brewing equipment and a tea brewing table with an excellent view and comfortable seats! But that is just the beginning, as you head down to the main floor a fully stocked, beautiful tea house & cafe awaits you. Daily tea and even delicious milk tea is always available. Private table sets and outdoor seating is available too. The tea masters are skilled and attentive, which made all my tea drinking experiences fun and enjoyable! You can also purchase various tea and tea ware right in the tea house. Location 📍 This hotel is perfectly located close to the near by Ancient Street, with many close by temples and shrines to visit. A craft street is close by and available all day, while a famous local food street opens up for colourful night time snacking in the evening. Many close by restaurants offering authentic local cuisine, I recommend reading the hotel’s recommendations as they were always great. If you need even more tea experience, there is a nearby tea wholesale market and many high end tea house in the area as well. The Room 🛌 The room I stayed in had lots of space, was very clean and had everything you could need to feel comfortable. Daily bathroom necessities are provided. High quality bedding, robes and slippers are waiting for you. High end bathroom equipment is installed, with hot water always available. Premium television is set up and Wifi connection always had high speeds. A beautiful kettle and tea set can be used to make tea with daily water and a welcome tea package provided. Staff 👩⚕️ The staff were very king and helpful right from check in. Actually even before check in they were helping bring my luggage inside! They were patient with communication as I was a foreign visitor. They answered any and all questions I had. They recommended great tea and amazing restaurants! The staff were always available and always smiling! Such great people really made my stay a dream. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in and I definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Hohhot! I will be back again for sure.

Having been to many countries, I considered myself a seasoned traveler. This is the most outstanding and luxurious accommodation that I have ever been to and I cannot recommend it enough.  A bright and airy, and sparkling clean place in the midst of Wulanmaodu grasslands. The scenery is so serene and peaceful.  Each room is full of personal and thoughtful touches. Even the tissue container was so cute and made from tweed sourced from Scotland. The restaurant and common area was tastefully decorated and great for photography.  Next, the people who work there are thoughtful, kind and generous. Xiao Yan and Xiao Kong really brought things to the next level with service. We got to the hotel late at around 9:30 pm. The entire staff was waiting for us at the door and helped us with bags. There was even a warm, sweet soup to welcome us in the hotel room. I couldn’t figure out how to turn off an alarm that I accidentally activated in the middle of the night. The staff showed up immediately after I called to turn it off. They provided excellent recommendations for local sights and services. Their service is definitely 10/10. The free breakfast served at the restaurant is better than any 5 star hotel. Healthy, thoughtfully crafted food, but also true to Inner Mongolian roots. We looked forward to eating there every day.  Also very family friendly establishment. My 5 year old daughter asked if we could move there permanently.  I did not want to leave. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. You will not be sorry. Look forward to trip of a lifetime. It’s what heaven looks like.

We stayed here to enjoy the unobstructed view of the volcano and to experience the space-themed rooms. Visiting during the low season at the end of March, we didn't expect to be the only guests, but despite that, we received exceptional treatment. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. The night views were absolutely spectacular and truly made our trip memorable. Although the location is about 1.5 hours from town, we were glad we chose this place for its unique charm and stunning scenery. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers visiting the area. Additionally, there's a large spa / hot springs just a few meters away to relax and make the stay extra special! Again, would highly recommend.

Spent last night at the hotel for 2 rooms with my collegues. It was hard to choose good hotel through the online from the distance. I chose it with the best rank Erenhot and it did not disappoint 😊. Thanks for the clean rooms, good foods and hospitality service! Great experience! Absolutely choose this hotel next time!

We checked into the hotel fairly late, around 8–9 PM, and were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a higher room category—something we truly appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, which was disappointing given that this is a non-smoking room. We informed the front desk and requested a room change, but our request was flatly denied with the explanation that the hotel was fully booked. We couldn't help but feel that this particular room had likely been complained about by previous guests and, with no other options available due to our late arrival, it was passed off to us under the guise of an ”upgrade.” To their credit, the receptionist did offer to send a housekeeping staff member to address the issue. Shortly after, a lovely housekeeper named Zhang Li Jie arrived. She was incredibly kind and proactive—wiping down furniture and mopping the floors in an effort to remove the odour. While the cigarette smell still lingered slightly the next day, her efforts made a big difference. Speaking with her during the process was a highlight of our stay—her warmth and professionalism truly turned a negative experience into something more bearable. If not for her, our entire impression of the stay might have been ruined from the start. On a more positive note, breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was still a decent stay—though we did joke that our lungs took a bit of a hit sleeping in that room.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

Está en una popular zona comercial, rodeado de muchos restaurantes populares. Servicio: 🍐🎼: Como siempre, muy satisfecho. Gimnasio: Este es mucho menos impresionante que otros hoteles Hampton Inn. Solo tiene dos cintas de correr, algunas mancuernas (a partir de 5 kg), aparatos para la espalda, una máquina de remo y dos esterillas de yoga; un espacio bastante pequeño. Desayuno: Las especialidades locales incluyen té con leche, repostería, bollos de cordero al vapor y algo llamado ”Urina” (un yogur con arroz frito) (no estoy seguro, pero es muy dulce). El puesto también ofrece fideos recién hechos, con la posibilidad de añadir tu propia salsa. En general, está bien; no es una maravilla, pero es normal. Café (latte disponible), leche (caliente y fría), leche de soja (la original, con cinco leches rojas y cinco negras de avena, ambas en polvo, estaba bien), zumo de maíz (no muy bueno), etc., pudín de tofu relativamente tierno, gachas de mijo y gachas blancas. El resto consistía en platos de fruta fríos y calientes. Una pequeña sorpresa: El registro fue durante el Festival del Bote del Dragón, y en el vestíbulo se ofrecieron degustaciones gratuitas de té con leche y una actividad para hacer bolsitas y elegir pulseras, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. Habría sido aún mejor si se hubieran ofrecido zongzi (empanadillas de arroz) para desayunar durante el Festival del Bote del Dragón. En resumen: Este hotel fue cuidadosamente seleccionado y no me decepcionó. Hampton Inn siempre es mi primera opción por su calidad y servicio garantizados.
