10/10 for staff! They were all so very lovely and accommodating, extremely friendly and approachable. I would happily stay here again for that alone. The hotel was gorgeous, easy to get lost! Thankfully plenty of toilets if you get stuck somewhere unfamiliar and in need of one.. The wedding was stunning, I don't think they could have chosen a better place for such a lovely day.. Very organised, lovely food and atmosphere, staff were extremely good at managing to keep with the vibes whilst sticking to the plans where needed. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices, calm environment and lots of choice for seating areas. The room and bathroom could be cleaner and a little tlc but otherwise very happy. Thank you for a memorable time. (Grubby phone, dry food on the floor and wall, hair that wasn't ours in the bathroom, a loose door handle in the bathroom, a large black mark in the bath that looked like it had been melted, cracked tiles along the edge of the bathroom wash, poor sealant on the bath)

Our stay at Kilkea Castle was everything we dreamed of for our bucket-list ”sleep in a European castle”! The staff was incredible and helped us with anything we asked for - including on site booking like meals & spa but also help with off-site food recs and bookings. We stayed in the Fitzgerald Suite for Halloween night which was on the priceir side but well worth it for the stunning views, claw tub in the castle tower, and the overall castle vibe of the room. The grounds were incredible! We enjoyed exploring the gardens during the day and at night under the moonlight. All of our meals were great too (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner at the clubhouse). Everything about this location is dreamy!!

I have stayed at this hotel 4-5 times because there is not many options in Maynooth center, that why they tend to have high prices for rooms, they have done some renovations to the place and it looks better, unfortunately on Saturday night the smoke alarm went off twice 11:30pm and 12:30am, and again on Sunday morning around 11:30am the staff seemed to think it no big deal from my conversation at front desk, unfortunately for me my son got very scared about the situation and didn’t sleep very well that night.

We stayed for a few nights in summer. The service was very good. The food was very good . The underground parking was very good.

The hotel was excellent, staff are well trained. We did the bbq in the evening and the steaks and lamb chops were great. The garden has a large movie screen for families and the breakfast was very good quality. This is an excellent stay just south of Naas.

El viaje de negocios elige una estancia de dos noches en Barberstown, el hotel está en el suburbio, el entorno es cómodo, la historia es larga, la ventana de la habitación está mirando hacia fuera es un florero rosa abierto, los detalles del servicio de salud están muy disponibles, muy buena experiencia!

We worked for Electric Picnic and had no choices to book the hotel. The room is quite out of date.Nothing nearby, we do not have entertainment around. The hotel room charges are overpriced. Definitely not recommended.

El hotel es muy bonito y muy moderno. Las habitaciones ofrecen espacio y son renovadas. La recepción y la salida fueron fáciles y muy agradables por el personal - ＞ La salida al aeropuerto por la mañana con desayuno de salida fue posible a petición. El hotel se encuentra muy bien a través de la autopista y se puede ir rápidamente en todo el área de Dublín... aeropuerto 30 minutos, costa 40 minutos, Wicklow Mountains 40 minutos, Outlet Center 20 minutos, etc. La selección está perfectamente bien preparada, pero el personal -dos mujeres jóvenes- estaba realmente exagerado y totalmente descoordinado. A pesar de una habitación de desayuno muy visible, las mesas no se sirvieron en parte. Teníamos que pedir café varias veces, aunque la pedido fue aceptada, no se recibió café en varias ocasiones. La mesa de la vecindad no se ha limpiado durante toda nuestra presencia, etc. También fue así para otros visitantes de restaurantes, que fueron a la cocina y se llevaron tostadas o café de la cocina. La señal fue que uno de los servicios jugó en su teléfono por minutos, lo que era muy visible a través de una gran ventana de cocina... No soy muy exigente, en la gastronomía siempre puede pasar algo mal en el estrés, Sin embargo, no hubo estrés y era un servicio realmente deficiente.
