The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating. At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise. The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

¡Qué bonito! ¡Qué bonito! El spa es nuevo con un gran whirkpool, ropa de toallas y elementos esenciales para estar listo. El 10% de la tarifa obligatoria incluso cuando compra un café que parece excesivo, pienso que la gratitud debe ser a su discreción como algunos empleados muy atentos. Las camas de sol son grandes y gratis para los huéspedes del hotel que es grande, las toallas son para todos, por lo que es más fácil y más cerca de volver al hotel.

No sabía que era una cama única y que era un gran factor de baja para mí. Había 2 pilones, así que alguna mejora en otros hoteles que he estado recientemente. La ubicación fue excelente justo al lado del cuadrado principal. El restaurante estaba encendido y cómodo si llueve. Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no encontré un secador de pelo. Fui a buscar un tratamiento facial en el spa y me disfruté de ello.

Pokój, w którym się zatrzymałem, był czysty i bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Wygodne łóżko zapewniało znakomity sen, a przemyślany wystrój sprawiał, że przestrzeń była zarówno funkcjonalna, jak i przyjemna dla oka. Śniadanie było świeże, smaczne i oferowało dobry wybór dań. Jeśli szukasz hotelu, w którym wszystko jest tak, jak powinno być: czysto, komfortowo, z miłą obsługą i bez żadnych niespodzianek - to jest to doskonały wybór.

Этот отель просто фантастический! Он просто огромный и здесь есть всё: бассейн обычный, бассейн соляной, водные аттракционы для детей, четыре отличных сауны, фитнес зал, бильярд, боулинг, отличный ночной клуб! И что самое приятное, для гостей отеля вход везде бесплатный, что очень порадовало! Так же есть два ресторана ( ужин был просто чудесный)😋 Для тех, кто хочет поправить своё здоровье, есть целый перечень лечебных поддерживающих процедур и массажа, правда, оплачивать придётся отдельно. Обязательно буду рекомендовать всем друзьям и знакомым. И теперь я знаю, где хочу отметить свой день рождения! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство, будем рады приехать к вам снова!

El mejor hotel es el hotel con una zona privada de playa, el hotel es viejo, pero la mantenimiento es muy bueno. El restaurante es excelente y la recepción es muy cálida. Los precios de estacionamiento son más caros para ir a la recepción antes de que lo saluden. El hotel es un estacionamiento abierto muy caliente, y el precio también puede ser más conveniente para ir al estacionamiento comercial a la parquetilla.
