One of the standout features of this hotel is the efficiency of the staff. The check-in and check-out processes were super fast, which is always appreciated after a long day of travel. Additionally, the hotel provides free parking, a major plus for those of us driving in KK where parking can often be a challenge. The accommodations were excellent. Both the room and the toilet were spotless, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I also appreciated that they were generous with essentials—there was sufficient drinking water provided, so I never felt the need to constantly request more. Breakfast at the hotel was a pleasant experience. While the quality of the food was nice, I did find the variety a bit limited and hope they can provide more choices in the future to keep the buffet exciting. However, the absolute highlight of the morning was the fresh juice station. It is easily the best part of the breakfast service; you can request specific fruits, and the staff prepares the juice freshly for you right on the spot. It’s a personalized touch that really elevates the meal.

Viaje agradable y fácil para los turistas. La actividad marina y el salto de isla en isla son fáciles de realizar y la habitación del hotel es grande y limpia. Me dijeron que la habitación cerca de la piscina y el mar está completamente renovada y el personal me preguntó si quería mejorar. Estaba contento con Mountain View ya que realmente me quedé en la habitación y vi la vista desde allí.

Localización conveniente. Amo el hecho de que el restaurante seafood está justo detrás del restaurante. También fácilmente accesible a través de la grabación de la imagen y las tiendas de la mañana Suria. La habitación era hermosa y el personal muy útil. Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of restaurants, cafes, malls, and the waterfront all within walking distance. Perfect location for sightseeing and food hunting. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice city/sea view. Staff were professional and friendly during check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was decent and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend for both couples and families visiting Kota Kinabalu.

I booked this Loft thinking it was like any other Loft that i’ve stayed before. But this here, exceeded my expectations by 100%! Le Meridien KK, thank yoy for the best stay i’ve ever had in my life. Accomodation was super clean and extremely comfortable. Staff were all friendly, professional and fabulous. Food was beautiful. Bar was great.

You will be surprise the moment you enter into the Ritz Residence apartment unit. The room inside the unit is luxury decor and equipped (Astro and Dyson hair dryer). No doubt is small but enough for two. If you have big bags you may face slight problem then you have to take whatever you want out and put the bag aside. Love the comfy bed and the strong water pressure for a good shower. Location is good, quiet and you can get everything you want or eat (wide selection of restaurant)below at Imago Mall. Free flow of water, soft drinks and amenities is a plus thing. Surprise they provide rain coat, handphone waterproof bag for island hopping and parfume for you to use too. Keep it up and thank you management for the superb services and hospitality. Will be back again if happen to be in KK. Strongly recommended.

Es muy conveniente para ir de isla en isla. También es el mismo muelle para participar en Adventure's Paradise Island. Reservé una habitación con vistas al mar. Me dieron la misma planta que el vestíbulo. Prefiero una planta superior para tener mejores vistas. Solicité salida tardía y solo me permitieron hacerla hasta la 1:00 sin coste adicional. Lo agradezco. En general, fue una experiencia excelente y volveré en mis próximas vacaciones.

I booked the Executive Room with 2 Double Beds and access to the M Club Lounge at Kota Kinabalu Marriott Hotel. The room was very spacious with a modern urban style. I was lucky to get a room with both city and sea views, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes including Malay, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. There were also live stalls for fried dishes and noodle soup. The beverage choices were impressive too, including coffee, teh tarik, and various juices. I also enjoyed the hi-tea experience at the Club Lounge on the 15th floor. The lounge offers a beautiful view, especially during sunset, which created a very relaxing atmosphere. What made the stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at Marriott Hotel Kota Kinabalu. Thank you!
