Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Good business hotel. Breakfast delightful because Kendernath sorted everything! Room comfortable but not well cleaned and some furniture needs updating - very scratched and ‘lived in’.

Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful decor and rooms. Staff at admissions could be a bit friendlier. Advertises a shuttle to airport but actually need to pay 11,800 rupees for one way trip - we got an Uber.

Lovely stay, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good too, and location is v close to the G***da mall. The only limitation is space, probably because it's in the city center. There is hardly any garden area and the size of the pool is small, though it's pretty nice! I would stay again next year! Good value for money.

Top notch service. Spacious room. Food is superb but a little bit on the pricier end ( breakfast buffet with free flow cheese platter and different kinds of pastries ).

Las habitaciones están bien pero viejas. Las habitaciones reservadas con desayuno pero se dijo en la recepción no hemos incluido el desayuno. Tuvo que mostrarle nuestras reservas en las aplicaciones.
