The strength of this hotel is the great built-in spa within the hotel property! Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room. Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone. Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel. We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately. If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it. I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars. I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people. The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs. The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that. The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be. I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation. When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.  Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.  Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.  Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

El hotel en sí está bien, pero si hubiera sabido de antemano el ambiente de la habitación principal, no la habría reservado. Al principio, no pudimos ducharnos porque el agua se desbordaba constantemente. Se lo dijimos al servicio de limpieza varias veces, y cada vez se disculpaban, tras lo cual alguien venía a limpiar el agua. Además, la habitación y el balcón son increíblemente grandes, lo cual es agradable, pero el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso y la habitación da un aire hospitalario. Así que no hay un ambiente agradable. El sofá junto al televisor no resulta acogedor. No había ni una planta en la mesa ni nada, y no había mucho color que lo hiciera más acogedor. Una verdadera lástima. Ah, y tuve que bajar las maletas yo sola por las escaleras. Incluso cuando el botones me vio, no hizo más que gritar: ”¿Estás bien?”. No es que no pudiera soportarlo, pero no es un buen servicio. El hotel da mucha importancia a la vestimenta del restaurante, porque la primera vez que comimos allí, llegamos y nos preguntaron: ”¿Qué puedo hacer por ustedes?”. Fue poco cortés; pensé que era por mi atuendo, pero por suerte vi a varias mujeres con vestidos cortos. Y en la cena de fin de año, me revisaron de pies a cabeza para asegurarme de que cumplía con el código de vestimenta. Creo que esto podría haberse gestionado de forma más amable y orientada al servicio. ¡Ah, sí! Otros huéspedes nos robaron las toallas en la playa, y no nos lo agradecieron cuando se lo comunicamos al toallero. Por suerte, no nos multaron, pero podría haber sido mejor. El restaurante y la comida tienen un aspecto fantástico, y debo decir que el personal viste muy bien, lo cual es un placer.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado fácil transportarse hacia todos los puntos de interés Es un lugar limpio con una piscina hermosa y muy limpia Solo a nivel de edificio podría mejorar ya que se ve un poco desgastada la pintura y le quita un poco de glamour En las habitaciones accesorios como espejos, o las puertas de acceso al balcón requieren ser modernisadas ya que se ven muy viejas En resumen buena ubicación, piscina limpia y hermosa, buena comida, limpio y edificio que podrá mejorar con poco inversión Si es un lugar recomendable

Elegí este hotel porque está muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO. Hay un supermercado y una lavandería cerca, así que la ubicación es excelente. El personal es amable. Entre los artículos de aseo se incluyen champú, gel de ducha y jabón. También había una botella de agua mineral de cortesía. La ducha no tiene mampara, por lo que algunas zonas se inundan, pero el baño en sí es espacioso, así que no fue un problema. Pedí prestado un secador de pelo en recepción y lo devolví al hacer el check-out. La luz del baño y el extractor se encienden, pero son ruidosos. A mí no me molestó, pero a quienes sean sensibles al ruido les podría resultar molesto.

No full length mirror in room. No fridge. Every every time I try to amend my booking or add something to my booking it would not let me via the website they always declined anything that I asked for example I wanted to extend my trip by one day they said booking was not available however I was able to book online. They would not upgrade my room. Kept saying everything was unavailable and it was not. Website says there is an iron and a hair dryer in the room but you have to ask for it.

Genial. Repetiría otra vez. En pleno centro de Cancún y con la opción de ir a su club de playa en su otra sede. Muy bonito y buena ubicación

Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again

¡El alojamiento en All Ritmo fue excepcional! El personal de recepción fue eficiente, amable y respondió todas las preguntas en detalle. El personal del comedor, los camareros y los servidores, también fueron cordiales y se aseguraron de que se proporcionara todo lo necesario para una experiencia fantástica. Lo mismo con el personal del bar de la piscina... muy amable y servicial. El personal de recepción organizó el transporte varias veces: llegó a tiempo y los conductores fueron cordiales. Recomiendo que mi familia y amigos también elijan All Ritmo cuando viajen a Cancún. Mi hijo y yo agradecemos al personal de All Ritmo por unas vacaciones maravillosas. Conde

La ubicación estaba un poco lejos de la terminal de autobuses de AD, pero no lo suficiente como para tomar un taxi; solo eran 10 minutos a pie con mi maleta, pero a algunas personas podría parecerles demasiado lejos. No había instrucciones sobre cómo usar la caja fuerte de la habitación, así que llamé al personal de limpieza, pero no hablaba inglés, así que tuve que usar una aplicación de traducción. Aun así, no entendía, así que vino dos veces. Me alegró que estuviera dispuesto a venir, pero no fue solo una visita, así que a algunas personas podría molestarles. Lo más decepcionante fue que cuando fui esperando que el desayuno costara 6 pesos, me dijeron que eran 150 pesos. Puede que el precio haya subido, o puede que haya sido un error y que fueran 6 dólares, pero confié en la información que había escrito y solicitado, y era completamente diferente, así que me sentí engañado y estafado. Espero que esto se solucione pronto.
