The strength of this hotel is the great built-in spa within the hotel property! Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room. Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone. Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into. Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel. We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately. If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it. I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars. I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

Quedamos muy satisfechos no hemos ido a muchos hoteles pero si a unos buenos pero este hasta hoy es el mejor y muy económico la verdad superó expectativas el personal super amable y la habitación increíble con una vista al mar preciosa y super amplia y limpia ..la pasamos increíble mi esposa y yo la verdad.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado fácil transportarse hacia todos los puntos de interés Es un lugar limpio con una piscina hermosa y muy limpia Solo a nivel de edificio podría mejorar ya que se ve un poco desgastada la pintura y le quita un poco de glamour En las habitaciones accesorios como espejos, o las puertas de acceso al balcón requieren ser modernisadas ya que se ven muy viejas En resumen buena ubicación, piscina limpia y hermosa, buena comida, limpio y edificio que podrá mejorar con poco inversión Si es un lugar recomendable

Elegí este hotel porque está muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO. Hay un supermercado y una lavandería cerca, así que la ubicación es excelente. El personal es amable. Entre los artículos de aseo se incluyen champú, gel de ducha y jabón. También había una botella de agua mineral de cortesía. La ducha no tiene mampara, por lo que algunas zonas se inundan, pero el baño en sí es espacioso, así que no fue un problema. Pedí prestado un secador de pelo en recepción y lo devolví al hacer el check-out. La luz del baño y el extractor se encienden, pero son ruidosos. A mí no me molestó, pero a quienes sean sensibles al ruido les podría resultar molesto.

No full length mirror in room. No fridge. Every every time I try to amend my booking or add something to my booking it would not let me via the website they always declined anything that I asked for example I wanted to extend my trip by one day they said booking was not available however I was able to book online. They would not upgrade my room. Kept saying everything was unavailable and it was not. Website says there is an iron and a hair dryer in the room but you have to ask for it.

Está ubicado en el centro de Cancún, y hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia cerca, así que es conveniente. El personal fue amable y estaba relativamente limpio.

Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again

¡El alojamiento en All Ritmo fue excepcional! El personal de recepción fue eficiente, amable y respondió todas las preguntas en detalle. El personal del comedor, los camareros y los servidores, también fueron cordiales y se aseguraron de que se proporcionara todo lo necesario para una experiencia fantástica. La ubicación estaba un poco lejos de la terminal de autobuses de AD, pero no lo suficiente como para tomar un taxi; solo eran 10 minutos a pie con mi maleta, pero a algunas personas podría parecerles demasiado lejos. No había instrucciones sobre cómo usar la caja fuerte de la habitación, así que llamé al personal de limpieza, pero no hablaba inglés, así que tuve que usar una aplicación de traducción. Aun así, no entendía, así que vino dos veces. Me alegró que estuviera dispuesto a venir, pero no fue solo una visita, así que a algunas personas podría molestarles. Lo más decepcionante fue que cuando fui esperando que el desayuno costara 6 pesos, me dijeron que eran 150 pesos. Puede que el precio haya subido, o puede que haya sido un error y que fueran 6 dólares, pero confié en la información que había escrito y solicitado, y era completamente diferente, así que me sentí engañado y estafado. Espero que esto se solucione pronto.

The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor. The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day.
