My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

Everything was simply delicious—from the food to the service to the overall vibe. UMPHHH! ✨ Five stars all the way! The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every meal was a highlight—flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with care. The rooms were cozy yet elegant, and the entire property had a refreshing, modern feel. Amari Dhaka truly knows how to deliver comfort, class, and culinary bliss. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important).  Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job.  I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus ”a la carte” needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!

Este es un hotel muy agradable. La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien mantenida, haciendo mi estadía muy agradable. El personal fue amable y útil, y definitivamente reservaría este hotel la próxima vez

La habitación está limpia y cómoda, el desayuno también es bueno, pero la gestión del hotel es más confusa. Reservamos 6 habitaciones en Trip.com y pagamos el pago de que el hotel recibe el pedido de 5 habitaciones. Después de cuánto necesitamos para una habitación 12 personas, con la teoría y la tarjeta original de reserva de la habitación móvil, También dijo que teníamos cuatro habitaciones dobles para aumentar el costo de 500 yuan al día y que teníamos más de 3000 yuan para quedarnos en más de tres días. Hoy, cuando se retiró, dijo que una habitación bebía 2 cervezas 🍻 y que tenía 2300 yuan (reduciendo 130 yuan) para cobrar dinero local. Lo cierto es que no se ha usado ninguna bebida del hotel. ¡Este hotel también es demasiado oscuro, deberías preguntar a Trip.com sobre el comportamiento del hotel y recuperar nuestras tarifas de habitaciones duras!

El baño del hotel, sin un sistema de huracanes, sería inodoro, muy refugiado, sin ningún otro problema. El desayuno es bastante rico y los empleados son amables.

Esta es la primera vez que visité (Dhaka) Bangladesh 🇧🇩 para vacaciones durante el nuevo año chino ***** 🧧  Quiero dar las gracias y agradecer al personal de la plaza corona que se han ocupado de mi estancia y necesitan primero quiero agradecer el servicio que sirven desde la recepción aquí el nombre de la lista (MASUM) (RAIHAN) (SADIK) (ZIHAD) (IMTIAZ) y la custodia de la casa (RASHED) siempre cuidaron bien mi habitación y la seguridad (SHOHAN) siempre me ayuda con la uber y el precio por cuidar y otro guarda de seguridad nunca le tomo el nombre, pero también me ayuda con la uber una vez última persona en el lado del desayuno (LIMON) haciendo en la estación de huevos siempre me acerca y cocinar por mí el huevo de Scramble que me gusta más gracias a todos en el equipo han hecho un buen trabajo

Terrible Services they provided. Really not worth of staying. We couple staying there newly married as we mentioned and keep telling them, but they not providing us any extra complimentary cakes or anything for this. So poor service as well

Hotel staff was very helpful and efficient. They did their best to help with early check in when I told I really need to get some sleep before my appointment and they managed to get me a room immediately. Also when my room has some leaking issues by the Duty Manager, Shawn immediately transferred me to another broom and extended my check out time Recommend this hotel highly.

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.
