Hay una sala para fumadores, hay un SAP en el piso 11 y hay un 20% de descuento de 9 a 3 en punto. Hay una piscina en el piso 17, la ropa de cama es cómoda y hay mucha agua caliente. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 9:50 de la mañana. Si pedíamos Grab a las 6:30, un conductor recogería el pedido rápidamente. Tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto costaba menos de 40 yuanes. Salimos temprano en la mañana y le pedimos al hotel que nos preparara el desayuno con anticipación ~

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

Everything about the hotel is exemplary except the toiletries ! Fragrance is not acceptable and I dreaded shower. Hotel has a 360 degree and you can see whole of Surabaya! Spectacular. A big mall, catering to big brands and international Tuntungan plaza is around 20 mins walk. Another big mall, local BG Junction is around 10 mins away. Location is good ! Including eateries nearby. Breakfast was the best I've experienced; amazing spread including local flavors. Absolutely tantalizing.

Warm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.  Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.  The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff. Would come back and stay here again!

The JW Marriott is a next level from the others Marriott hotels. The friendly staff, various of food options in breakfast and countless points had made my stay a wonderful one.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights was a nice experience.. connected to the mall, easy to grab some food at there.. staffs was friendly and humble.. they also allowed me to enter the room before 3PM when the room is ready..

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y ofrecen vistas impresionantes a la ciudad, con una perfecta combinación de relajación y lujo. En particular, disfruté del rico desayuno buffet, con una delicada selección de platos locales e internacionales, todos frescos y deliciosos. Además, el hotel dispone de una hermosa piscina rodeada de verde, dos tenis, spa y masaje, perfecto para descansar después de un día de exploración de la ciudad. We came from Malaysia and stayed at Shangri-La Surabaya with our baby and family and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. They treated our baby with so much care, even preparing a baby cot and warm water whenever needed.

The Westin Surabaya is an amazing hotel, conveniently located right at Pakuwon Mall, making it incredibly easy to access everything you need. The décor is modern and well-maintained, and the rooms are reasonably sized, spotless, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly caring and responsive, especially toward my toddler, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids club was a highlight of our trip—my toddler loved visiting it multiple times, giving us parents some much-needed breaks. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to extend the kids club hours into the evening, as it would provide even more flexibility for families. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and family-friendliness. Highly recommend!

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Wyndham Surabaya. El hotel es elegante, moderno y está muy bien mantenido. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, con todas las comodidades que necesitaba. El servicio del personal fue impecable: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me encantó especialmente el desayuno, con una gran variedad de opciones deliciosas. Además, la piscina es estupenda para relajarse. La ubicación también es muy práctica para explorar la ciudad. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y volvería sin dudarlo.
