Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan! Karena hotel ini baru beroperasi beberapa hari, suasana dan semua fasilitasnya terasa sangat baru dan fresh. Sarapannya juara, enak banget dengan banyak pilihan menu lokal khas Indonesia yang otentik. Hotel ini juga sangat ramah anak karena ada fasilitas playground yang bikin anak-anak antusias dan betah. Ada sedikit catatan kecil untuk masukan: pelayanan kelengkapan kamar mungkin masih dalam tahap adaptasi awal (misal awalnya hanya tersedia satu sikat gigi di kamar) dan TV-nya belum menggunakan Smart TV. Tapi hal ini sangat bisa dimaklumi untuk hotel yang baru buka dan sama sekali tidak mengurangi kenyamanan kami. Secara keseluruhan sangat memuaskan dan recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El hotel está conectado a un centro comercial. Muy bien situado. La habitación es limpia. El desayuno en Magnolia tiene una amplia difusión. La calidad de la comida es buena, la buena presentación y el servicio por el personal es excelente. La atmósfera en el salón del Club es agradable. El hotel 5* ofrece un servicio de clase mundial que todos los empleados prestan de forma coherente. No hay personal que no sea amable ni útil. Muchos van a la milla extra para asegurar que las necesidades de los huéspedes del hotel se cuiden bien. Gracias especialmente a Evan del Club Lounge que nos asistió cuando nos ingresamos y Tian cuando nos salieron, Bayu y colegas (Conceige) que nos ayudaron en la orden de la torta de Spikoe lapis y Bu Rudy, Lita y David (Magnolia) que nos sirvieron en nuestra mesa y Bastian y el equipo para mantener la habitación limpia.

The hotel staff were very patient and friendly, and the service was very good overall. However, the soundproofing in the room was extremely poor, so we could hear a lot of noise from outside. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the tap water. Both the room and the hallway had a strong damp and musty smell, which was quite uncomfortable. As for the restaurant, the food was quite disappointing. It was very average and there was nothing particularly special about it. Overall, the staff and service were good, but the room conditions and the food at the restaurant could be improved significantly.

The hotel is a resort on a hill. It’s beautiful and the weather is nice and cooling. Facilities include heated pool, kid’s club, 2 outdoor playground, kids water play area (cold water), ping pong table, free e-bike, gym, etc. The staff are very polite and helpful. Room is modern, new and beautiful. The room has safe deposit box, bidet, rain shower, and normal shower head. Basic amenities are 2 mineral water bottles per day, dental kit, vanity kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel smells good. There’s bath towel and hand towel. Soundproofing can be improved: 1. On the nights we stayed, they had some events in the infinite8 cafe area. They were pretty loud until close to midnight. 2. We can also hear the people talking along the corridor Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s good. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style. Western-style option is limited (ie. pasta, baked beans and 1 other). What’s surprising is that they have frozen yoghurt and matcha spread! However, the breakfast spread can be repetitive.

Esta es mi segunda estancia aquí y la calidad se mantiene impecable. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y están bien mantenidas; no ha disminuido la calidad con respecto a mi primera visita. El servicio fue excelente en todo momento. Un agradecimiento especial a Joan por gestionar tanto el registro de entrada como el de salida de forma eficiente y profesional. Rápido, claro y sin complicaciones. La ubicación es muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a servicios y transporte cercanos. Cenamos en Nishimura; la comida estaba bien, sin lujos, pero confiable y bien gestionada. En resumen, un hotel confiable que siempre cumple. Volvería sin dudarlo.

One of the best hotel in Batu and nice ambience.. It is one of our favourite hotel when visiting Batu It'a better if they can renew the furnitures in the room, especially the fabrics..it looks too old and dusty... It is so busy for them on the day when we stayed recently, that's basic amneties in the room are forgotten

Great solid property and performance all round.. what a great short stay we had.. from the elegant lobby and lounge area through to the beautiful spacious room with lovely views over Surabaya. Exceptionally clean with every quality amenity on offer in room and within hotel confines. The room was peacefully quiet, with a soft comforting bed. Pool and recreational area was set amongst manicured palm trees and gorgeous gardens. The pool was one of the best balanced PH levels I’ve ever swam in. Nice comfortable lounges and ample seating around with some seats submerged along in pool. The refined service level at this hotel is a solid 10/10 from reception/concierge/ room attendants and especially in Pavilion Restaurant. The quality, presentation and variety of food is outstanding at breakfast. Thank you graciously for making our special occasion so welcoming with the beautifully adorable presentation on the bed, lovely celebration cake offered along with the very personal attention from the Sous Chef and charming restaurant staff at Pavilion. Special shoutout to Restaurant ambassador Wachid whom personally escorted our plated celebratory cake to our room. Reception and concierge service was also exceptional, graciously assisting us with our missing luggage wheel dilemma. JW Marriott and all involved.. till we meet again.. Terih Makasih 🙏🏻

This was my first time staying at Ascott Surabaya, and the experience was not very memorable for me. When I first arrived, the security staff were not proactive in helping unload my luggage from the taxi. Secondly, the lobby layout was not particularly impressive in my opinion. However, the staff were fairly friendly and explained the hotel facilities well. As for the room, it was decent and in good condition. The kitchen equipment was complete, and the microwave, washing machine, and dryer all worked well. The bathroom was clean, although I think it could be redesigned to look more modern. The check-out process went smoothly, but once again the security staff were disappointing. He just stood there without offering any help to load my luggage into the taxi. At that time I was carrying one large suitcase and one small one, so assistance would have been greatly appreciated. That should be part of a security staff’s responsibility, especially for a five-star hotel. For the location, Pakuwon Trade Center (PTC) is located right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient to visit Pakuwon Mall, the largest mall in Indonesia. For me, staying here once is enough. For some reason, I didn’t feel any significant comfort, especially for a five-star hotel, and the attitude of the security staff was very disappointing.

La ubicación es la segunda a nadie, cerca de la Plaza Tunjungan. El servicio es increíble, me encanta la dama corta con gafas en la receta. Es tan cálida y amable. El personal de Indigo también es hermoso y atento. La habitación es muy agradable. Grandes baños, duchas calientes. Buen papel higiénico de calidad (siempre un signo si la gestión le preocupa). La piscina es grande y el agua caliente, pero los lados inmediatos de la piscina son un poco sucias. El cocinero aquí es maravilloso. Sus sopas de soda están fuera de este mundo. Y casi todo en el desayuno buffet es tan bueno. Excepto el café. Eso es bastante débil y no muestran el verdadero café indonésico. Los cocktails aquí son tan buenos, muy sabrosos y fuertes, aunque no me gustaba el de crema de menta. Trabajar en el hotel a las 2 y 4 horas. - ¿Qué?

Arrival was well attended by concierge. Check in is disappointing. (Staff name Max) not very accommodating. Need to learn extend of service. We have 4 rooms booked in total and all located in diff floors. Request for just 1 extra bed as already paid for room with 3 adults w bf but staff insisted to charge extra for bed for it due to high occupancy. He said it’s been requested by 70 guest that is arriving? Double standard service. Even with much plea still said no. Requested for bday compliments they gave a small cake that’s hard and not moist. Pls Improve quality. No balloons or decor. For a 5 star hotel, basically not to standard. We book the shuttle service at 2pm for next day. But next day they said can’t meet the time we requested because of the large group. Terrible! Dint wsnt to complain and spoil our vacation. Bf was so so. Not the best but acceptable. Generally hotel room is large and comfortable. Only the guy staff lacks service. He’s sooo rigid and stucked up.
