Es bueno. El alojamiento para descansar antes y después de escalar el volcán es básicamente de nivel doméstico de cinco estrellas. La actitud y el servicio son muy buenos. Hace que la gente se sienta muy cómoda. El ambiente de la habitación es bueno, hay un restaurante y se puede. Consigue una habitación. Puedes retrasar el check-out hasta las 12:30 y puedes agregar más más tarde. La piscina de Qianyou es muy cómoda. Una mención especial es que el piso 11 tiene todo lo que necesitas para experimentar la comida indonesia.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en el Wyndham Surabaya. El hotel es elegante, moderno y está muy bien mantenido. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, con todas las comodidades que necesitaba. El servicio del personal fue impecable: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Me encantó especialmente el desayuno, con una gran variedad de opciones deliciosas. Además, la piscina es estupenda para relajarse. La ubicación también es muy práctica para explorar la ciudad. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y volvería sin dudarlo.

Location is second to none, near to Tunjungan Plaza. Service is amazing, I loved the short hair lady with glasses at the recep. She is so warm and friendly. Indigo's staff is also lovely and attentive. Room is really nice. Big bathroom, hot showers. Good quality toilet paper (always a sign if the management cares). You can relax and trust everything works. Pool is big and the water is warm. But the immediate sides of the pool is a bit dirty. The chef here is superb. Their soto soups are out of this world. And almost everything on the breakfast buffet is so good. Except the coffee. That's pretty weak and not showing off true Indonesian coffee. The cocktails here are so good too, great taste and strong as well. Although I didn't like the one with creme de menthe. Heritage tour at 2pm and 4pm. Try to go. It's cool. .

Great solid property and performance all round.. what a great short stay we had.. from the elegant lobby and lounge area through to the beautiful spacious room with lovely views over Surabaya. Exceptionally clean with every quality amenity on offer in room and within hotel confines. The room was peacefully quiet, with a soft comforting bed. Pool and recreational area was set amongst manicured palm trees and gorgeous gardens. The pool was one of the best balanced PH levels I’ve ever swam in. Nice comfortable lounges and ample seating around with some seats submerged along in pool. The refined service level at this hotel is a solid 10/10 from reception/concierge/ room attendants and especially in Pavilion Restaurant. The quality, presentation and variety of food is outstanding at breakfast. Thank you graciously for making our special occasion so welcoming with the beautifully adorable presentation on the bed, lovely celebration cake offered along with the very personal attention from the Sous Chef and charming restaurant staff at Pavilion. Special shoutout to Restaurant ambassador Wachid whom personally escorted our plated celebratory cake to our room. Reception and concierge service was also exceptional, graciously assisting us with our missing luggage wheel dilemma. JW Marriott and all involved.. till we meet again.. Terih Makasih 🙏🏻

Excellent service and a comfortable, clean room. However, it was a bit confusing having two separate buildings with keycard access. Unfortunately, the noise from children running around in the room above was quite annoying.

La villa es bonita, espacial, cm en el armario de la cocina no es tan sucio como nunca se ha limpiado. El servicio del personal está bien. el desayuno es variado, interesante y delicioso.

El hotel ofrece un servicio excelente y me ubicaba en una habitación Deluxe renovada, llena de espejos, que no me importaba. La gerente de la Sra. Tasya trató de inmediato y eficazmente mi solicitud de cambio de habitación, incluso me escolta personalmente a la nueva habitación. Por separado, la jefa Kurnia Fitri también fue increíblemente atenta; me presentó a un auténtico alimento indonésico local, incluyendo una deliciosa sopa de pollo que recomiendo muy bien.

Rooms are always impeccable and have everything you need. The bed is comfy and the shower excellent. Because the hotel is set well back from the main road there is never any noise from the street. Surabaya has two ‘main’ centres these days and the Shangri La sits about mid way between the two.
