Hay una sala para fumadores, hay un SAP en el piso 11 y hay un 20% de descuento de 9 a 3 en punto. Hay una piscina en el piso 17, la ropa de cama es cómoda y hay mucha agua caliente. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 9:50 de la mañana. Si pedíamos Grab a las 6:30, un conductor recogería el pedido rápidamente. Tomar un taxi hasta el aeropuerto costaba menos de 40 yuanes. Salimos temprano en la mañana y le pedimos al hotel que nos preparara el desayuno con anticipación ~

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

The hotel is clean and spacious. Very well located in the centre of the city with Jl. Tunjungan just outside of the hotel. The soundproofing is very good that we barely hear any noise from a construction site just beside the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of food choices and tasty though. Highly recommended.

Warm, friendly staff who gave good and practical advice about the protests and safety, much appreciated . Housekeeping was impeccable and thoughtful and really prompt with adhoc requests.  Rooms are large (size norms from a different time) and the mix of analog vintage features and updated features is charming. Clear and strong WIFI , clean rooms especially for tropical setting The buffet spread is excellent quality, clean and a good mix of delicious local and international continental options.  The spa is lovely, though service can vary - I had a lovely therapist and my friend’s therapist was using her phone during the session (which is not acceptable at any massage place, what more at this spot) incongruous with the very high service and hospitality standards set by the rest of the staff. Would come back and stay here again!

Albeit being a bit dated, the service was very warm and the breakfast selection was awesome! Everyone had smiles on their faces and it was a very welcoming stay in the heart of the city.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights was a nice experience.. connected to the mall, easy to grab some food at there.. staffs was friendly and humble.. they also allowed me to enter the room before 3PM when the room is ready..

May seemed a little dated at first but it’s really backed by it’s old world charms. The pleasent scent of lemon grass greets you in the lobby with a hint of jasmine. Awesome staffs are always accomodating to your requests however meagre it may be. Rooms are clean and really cozy, depending on your preferences. Would definitely recommend, kudos!

El desayuno fue un destacado la variedad fue impresionante, desde los favoritos indonésios locales hasta los platos occidentales y asiáticos. Localización, es convenientemente cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y carreteras principales, pero el propio hotel se siente como una escape tranquila. Recomendaría sin duda a Shangri-La Surabaya a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de cinco estrellas con una hospitalidad genuina.

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. It’s truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained, exuding a luxurious feel from the moment we stepped in. The beds were very comfortable as well and we had one of the best sleep here. Service was impeccable, with every staff member making us feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. A standout highlight was the breakfast buffet, offering an impressive variety that catered to every taste. Our stay here was nothing short of wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you so much, Westin Surabaya!

Hotel look ok but some wallpaper in the room already old and broken, should repair soon, ac ok cold enough, some instruction for shower not so clear, breakfast standart, parking basement
