El limpieza se hace diariamente. La piscina y el spa están abajo, pero esta vez no lo he utilizado, así que no puedo decir mucho. La vista del balcón es fabulosa. La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Ahora hablamos de la habitación. Todo es viejo y no se mantiene bien. The toilet flush is broken & doesn't work well. The carpets are old. I can't say anything about towels for I never use the hotel's towels. Adoro este hotel, pero me decepcionó mucho la situación que vi cuando me quedé 4 días esta vez. En general, su OK & pasable.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

El hotel es muy exitoso: frente a la estación de autobuses, donde llegamos de Erzurum la noche, por lo que tuvimos suficiente para cruzar la carretera por el cruce. Cuando comenzó el viaje, vio el tráfico activo allí y se preocuparon por el ruido de las habitaciones, pero nos sentamos en el cuarto piso y había ruido, y en la noche dormiba en las tornillos. El día de la salida, caminaron al aeropuerto por unos 40 minutos. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 40 minutos a pie, en la colina. La habitación es espaciosa, nueva, son muy felices. Hay un jardín de té con té y café, agua. El limpieza en tres días no se ha hecho, pero creo que si se le pregunta, la habitación habría sido retirada. Desayunos de 7.30 y aquí se desconectó el hotel - porque el hotel frente a la estación de autobuses, donde hay muchos autobuses de Batumi, en el desayuno grupos georgianos que se comportan en el desayuno, hasta lo que grita y canta, todo esto es extremadamente ruidoso, Muy perturbado por comer. Pero, en la semana que se han ido, aparentemente si vienen, el fin de semana. El último día llegó para el desayuno a tiempo, pero no encontraron comida ni personal. Ellos ya querían salir como un trabajador de cocina que se quedó corriendo, que comenzó a disculpar y prometer que sería todo ahora. Gracias a Dios que tuvimos tiempo para esperar por ella. Un respirador muy bienvenido.

I stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay. However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m². Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

We have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.
